In a variety of areas of life, we now have people professing that there is an invisible 2nd world that is the REAL world superimposed over this world we can sense and experience – the not-real world – playing out in “environment,” race, sex, etc.
People have been increasingly conditioned to this thinking for decades now, certainly more intensely in the past 8.
A major objection of mine to Christianity was that you shouldn’t be conditioning yourself via repetition to think illogically or to implicitly accept unconsidered axioms.
But people having been conditioned, I see the new belief in an invisible “real” reality and a fake real reality we can perceive rear its head everywhere. They insist that the “real” world is the invisible one which only initiates see and have authority to speak on. (wokeism, marxism) I get to see it DAILY.
I’m not seeing Christians ANYWHERE influencing ANYTHING. They haven’t bugged me for decades now. I haven’t noticed them trying to enact a raft of policies to destroy society and holodomor the world, so they are kind of low on my priority list for now. Frankly, I wouldn’t mind sending Westboro Baptist at the Woke like flying monkeys and grabbing some popcorn.
