Over 3,500 Lebanese have been killed, the majority of them women and children. The bombs that killed them were not only made in the USA, they were supplied by the USA for the purpose. As were the aircraft that dropped them.
The Americans are arrogant enough to send Amos Hochstein, born in the terrorist state to Israeli parents and himself a former member of the IDF, as their “peace envoy”.
And it says everything about America’s real interest in the region that Hochstein’s official position in the Biden Administration is actually Energy Security Adviser.
As I explained in my last article, Israel’s intensified bombing campaign is designed to terrify Lebanon into signing a peace deal that is actually a surrender. It guarantees Israeli armed forces access at will into Southern Lebanon, and military overflight of the entire country.
The access to Southern Lebanon in the latest draft has been supposedly toned down and phrased as “in pursuit of Israel’s right of self-defence”.
As the entire world has seen this last year and more that “Israel’s right to self-defence” is interpreted by both Israel and the United States as the right to commit genocide, Lebanon would be utterly mad to sign this document.
Similarly Lebanon is supposed to be reassured by insertion of the USA as the “guarantor” of the agreement.
You read that right; the county which is currently funding and supplying the genocidal bombing of Lebanon is going to be the guarantor of its safety.
If you have not by now seen through the Biden administration’s pretence of “trying to restrain” Israel, whilst providing ever greater funding and weapons for the genocide, then you are such a fool that I cannot help you.

I do not see any hope for the USA while it maintains a stance of world thug and massive over spending to support that role. Until that mindset changes and people return to the mindset of “we are going to build a great nation that trades with other nations” then nothing will change. But even then, that is just the start, most of the real fixes (MIC, fed, managed economy etc) will put the plebs at odds with the oligarchs. The alternative is stagnation.

Within DAYS of us breakinbg the story of illegal human experimentation at MIP being illegally funded by the major pharma companies none other than the head of CIA (William Colby) personally flew to St Louis where he spent two whole days in closed meeting with the two big daily newspapers and other local bigwigs. And the day after that those two newspapers devoted their front pages and center-spread to BLASTING good ol’ Fred and quashing the MIP story. Like wow! We find out much later that the MIP drug experiments were a big part of MK Ultra.
That’s pretty wild, but it ain’t what bounced my jaw off the floor. From this linked video I JUST discovered that at that very time, early 1973 to be precise, MK Ultra operatives had ALSO just carried out ANOTHER Op that makes the first one look like a tea party. THEY FUCKING AERIAL SPRAYED THE CITY OF ST LOUIS WITH LSD!
If Fred and the rest of us had stumbled on THAT MK Ultra op (and we were so close we might have felt it’s breath on the back of our necks) then I don’t think that the retribution would have been as mild as a mere weeks-long evisceration in the major daily newspapers. I am completely certain that CIA would have simply killed us and disappeared the purloined documents that we were working from.

That’s a lot truer than you might think. The fear response is to then do something (anything one can) to defend themselves, even if it is as hopeless and helpless as cowering in fear or obeying orders. Protection of self is, by definition, “selfish”, and selfishness is never a good strategy. It leads in the opposite direction from the direction one really needs to go, which would be generosity, love and help. Making others afraid is maybe the worst thing that one person can do to another, because it tends to compel them to take wrong actions. Being unafraid, on the other hand, is always the right choice but usually requires more courage than we think we have.
