The Empire of Lies has not descended into a Third World Medical sytem, yet.
But it’s more like a “Second World” medical system. Think Eastern Europe mid 60’s, Bulgarian mountain village medicine.
That’s probably better actually than what the average Duh’merica can access.
An amazing number of people have “medical insurance” with a 5 or 10 thousand dollar deductible.
Basically No Insurance.
Several hundred dollars a month to make sure they don’t lose their house due to a major medical bill.

All PCR aside, Putin nailed this confrontation. They WOULD escalate to everything, including nukes. And they WOULD try to make it last forever. Therefore, it’s WWII, but where they need to limit all casualties. So Russia is taking every tactic to be the “Defender” mostly, and run Ukraine down, before advancing. They’re advancing now, which is costly, but nothing like it would have been.
Similar, and similar to the front, they are specifically keeping Kursk open so they have to funnel material into there and lose it on nothing, instead of taking a minor ego loss, a thing Nazis cannot do.
Every day I have higher respect for the fighting of Ukrainians. All resolve. All bravery. Slavs to the end. However, every single officer from corporal on up is a seething moron. They have zero tactics, indeed, ANTI tactics, using every tactic that kills MORE men and loses faster. So you can see the ideal: Russia directs the war, their Ukrainian province provides the soldiers. Step Three: Profit. But since Ukraine’s going to cease to exist here shortly, it’ll be 40 years before anyone can use that plan.
