Rule Your Rankings forum links

[JohnPork]

I learned this the hard way last year: I spent weeks chasing forum links, but most were deleted or ignored, and the traffic was practically zero. Since then, I focus more on relevance, useful contributions, and links people might genuinely want to click. For ideas on building a more balanced strategy, I sometimes check https://ruleyourrankings.com/ . It covers different approaches, but I still compare everything with my own data before acting. A link is only worthwhile when it fits the discussion naturally and adds something useful not when it’s dropped just to increase backlink numbers.
