    The last link squarely pins the collapse of Caribbean corals on overfishing. The resulting decline of parrotfish populations and a mysterious disease affecting sea urchins back in the 1980’s have evidently rendered photosynthetic corals unable to compete with algae for sunlight.

    But I just have to laugh. This article still manages to pay awkward homage to global warming – – an irrelevancy – – five times. I wonder how many readers come away from this article thinking it was ABOUT global warming. The brainwashing has been quite a success.

    Is the Fed any different? And yes, Bill Bonner, the Fed can play this game until all are so dependent on it, they will insist it become normal.

    These power mad psychos don’t care about the future. That’s someone else’s problem. They plan to play this out and be safe in their bunkers well before it flames out.

    On the travel thing, every room in the county is booked for the weekend. Tried to reserve one for a friend. First time it’s happened since around 2007.
