By discussing it previously and openly, Trump effectively declassified and removed any executive privilege from the discussion and subject matter.
And regarding Comey, what classified information did he reveal?
Correcting your first point then:

Oval Office, a private talk Trump made public and unprotected by executive privilege.So how great is that Financial Choice Act? Something I hope you would share your thoughts on.
Its clear that the upshot of this testimony is Loretta Lunch obstructing justice, and Comey doing contortions to accommodate it. Trump-the-boor is basically vindicated. We still see no Russian interference with the election, either.
Reality Winner got misused all around, and was light-and-flaky to begin with.Comey is a distraction occulting something far more important.
One such thing is that both Democrat, Inc. and Republican, Inc. are working hand-in-hand to keep BanksterCare in place because it enriches the Banksters and their corporate fronts while screwing the vast majority of ordinary people.
If the American people ever pulled their “big boy pants” up and admitted that both parties are beholden to a single Debt-Money Monopolist entity, one which shall not be mentioned even at the Automatic Earth blog, then we could make progress.
But the Debt-Money Sith mind control, or is that money control?, is simply too strong.

Bernie Sanders made $1 million from the establishment by “fighting” the establishment? NOT! Why are so many people economically illiterate? The establishment doesn’t pay its enemies $1 million.
Duh! No wonder he went along with the rigging of the election (Bernie likely would have won, but that would’ve dented the agenda of putting Trump in office as a lightening rod on which to project blame for the debt-bubble implosion that will occur during his administration).
Remember, You can touch everything else, BUT NEVER TOUCH THE MONEY SYSTEM!

All of the Russian election-tampering stuff was nothing more than a Hail Mary to distract attention away from the criminals and crimes surrounding Hillary. It was an eighty-yard, unsuccessful pass to achieve an impeachment touchdown. That would have ended the game, had it succeeded. But now the clock has been set back to half-time. For the half-time show, expect Comey, Lynch, the Clintons, and a cast of dozens more to parade around half-naked, struggling to evade endless wardrobe malfunctions.
Quoting Denninger:

The first shot in this duel missed its mark. Trump can now take a deep breath and aim carefully.
