Not what the article says: “The resurgence in both hospitalisations and deaths is dominated by those that have received two doses of the vaccine, comprising around 60% and 70% of the wave respectively.” So not 60 to 70% of the fully vaccinated then….
It’s this sort of basic mathematical error in the media that makes me despair. One major lesson of our COVID era is surely how utterly innumerate nearly all the population is – including our esteemed media.
