“the court had no jurisdiction over the conditions of his imprisonment..”

So the courts which have jurisdiction over the Prime Minister, who can tell the Queen to get stuffed you old bat, which have jurisdiction over citizens worldwide, and who indeed claim jurisdiction throughout all space and time, retroactively creating and enforcing laws, has no jurisdiction over Belmarsh Prison. I need to go there because it’s apparently the only place on earth safe from their overreach, and where the good people live, Britain’s only remaining Free Speech zone.

Spare me. If the judge overseeing this particular prisoner’s case has no jurisdiction over UN/Geneva open torture, confirmed by the media itself and human rights groups openly on the BBC, then no one does. Or rather YOU do, you citizens, should you wish to claim your sovereignty and power over the state. Oh and by the way, take BACK the sovereignty you’re furiously shoving away, BACK from the EU, but back from the United States who’s been openly calling you a U.S. “poodle” for decades. Come on, where’s the spirit? I mean if you love the EU that savages Greece like the 3rd Reich, deposes Italian Prime Ministers at will, railroads activists in Spain, shoots the eyes and hands off of French women, at least dislike the United States and Trump enough to stand yourselves above abject slaves.

Let’s not forget, however, that the case against Assange is especially poor in the United States, and that as all Five Eyes/CIA nations will be trying to kill him, he has remained ‘safe’ so far. Perhaps safer than the embassy, where if I remember no less than two assassination attempts were made.

“Information On Poroshenko Money Laundering/Biden Cover Up (CDM)”

CD suddenly to the fore, adding the details of why a Ukrainian minister was convicted and is in prison for openly rigging the U.S. election in favor of HRC. …And why the U.S. cannot report on this open, confirmed, international fact. Now Ukraine is a corrupt country where many men are railroaded on false charges, but that’s a juicy allegation that would be reported in a real society. Since it’s not here, apparently Burisma paid $1M US to Poroshenko to shut down the charges. I can’t imagine how much money that is there.

“Trump ‘Fully Prepared’ For Military Action vs Turkey If Needed – Pompeo (CNBC)”

The WWE goes on. Our 50 troops shore would give Turkey what-for. In reality, Russia is fully prepared to humble Turkey if needed. …It won’t be needed though.

“Enter, the Dragon – Hillary 2020 (Kunstler)”

The direction and distance of Kunstler, a hard, left, lifelong Democrat, is startling. But this is what happens when you, as a lifelong reporter, follow facts. What is he supposed to say? The only way for Democrats to win and kick Trump’s bloc out is to internalize the real truth of how they got there, and what voters really want. As also told by that other life-long bastion of the DNC, Michael Moore. No one’s listening, as demonstrated by HRC’s comment and the support it gets.

“…it’s four more years of the Trumpian Reich, Russian soldiers patrolling the streets, martial law, concentration camps, gigantic banners with the faces of Trump and Putin hanging in the football stadiums..”

Oh wait: I meant the OPPOSITE. This dictator who promotes free speech and gun rights for his opponents, follows Judicial edicts, refuses to arrest corruption in the opposition party, and allows vendors to make a living with booths on the sidewalk of Trump Tower selling gear saying he’s Satan and we should kill him. You know, like Stalin, Hitler, and Mussolini always did. Meanwhile, free states like Britain outlaw free speech and assembly in the Extinction Rebellion, France shoots free speech in the face, and Spain imprisons political opinions, you know, as Free, Democratic Nations do. In contrast to us Putin-Nazis, of course.

You saw the Johnstone article, “”Russian Asset” Is a Meaningless Noise War-Pigs Make with Their Face-Holes” https://medium.com/@caityjohnstone/russian-asset-is-a-meaningless-noise-war-pigs-make-with-their-face-holes-c883685ad4c

Where being a “Russian Asset” means you never talked to Russia, Russia never talked to you, gave you money, or had anything to do with you. Ever. In fact, it only means you exist and oppose illegal, international wars of aggression.

Sometimes you have to ask yourself, I’m dressed in a black mask and beating gay Asians and orthodox Jews in the streets, “Am I the baddie here?”

Anyway, just ‘cause Hopkins brought it up, if anyone bothered to, you know, be a journalist and call anyone, on earth, ever, for any story, they’d know that NeoNazis hate Trump and consider him a sellout. They do, however, like Ilan Omar for her anti-Israel stance. I don’t make it, I just report it. But knowing this would require talking to people different than yourself, and no one would want to be contaminated. That’s truth and tolerance!

““The dangerous fuse of Republican discontent with Trump..”

Well, true, but the discontent is with wealthy INSIDERS, not Republican VOTERS. The insiders will obviously try to assassinate him – again – in fact, Tom Arnold called for it again last Friday right on cue. But the article is hugely disingenuous with “an impermissible interruption that, especially for Republicans, just doesn’t fit in the epic story of American “presidentialness.” For ‘Republicans’? Does it LOOK like Red State citizens are abandoning him for not starting more wars? At the same time, the DNC is FOR war even more than the GOP is, if such a thing is possible. So the story is really “Super-wealthy insider elites keep trying to light a fuse that will explode and destroy DJT and his lack of illegal mass-murder, while outsiders and normal, non-psychotic citizens of BOTH parties are dramatically anti-war.” …Being one of the major elements of discontent splitting the DNC into pieces. Hey, is that a matter of CLASS? You know, that one thing everyone, everywhere is always careful not to talk about?

“44% Of Americans Don’t Make Enough Money to Cover Their Expenses (ZH)”

Record economy! Green Shoots! But looking at the article, above, really all ten zip codes in D.C. and all 12 Blessed cities are doing fine. It’s just everyone in all 95% of U.S. counties that don’t have $500 for an emergency. Gee, how can that be? Could it be that THEIR money has been extracted via Wall St and taxes to the 0.0001% at Harvard and K-Street? Asking for a friend.

On the DNC, unfortunately top cycles forecaster Armstrong said the same thing: after a long downtrend starting with FDR, they will essentially cease to exist. And I thought it would be the GOP, but strangely they didn’t rig the primary and attack their own voters and so the party was transformed or redirected instead.

As HRC’s statement makes clear they are too far down the road for reform, nature abhors a vacuum and we all hope and pray that the new, replacement DNC forms anew behind a Gabbard, or somebody: I’m not up on all the great hidden candidates they must have, because they’ve been so ruthless in suppressing their own good will and talent. We thought it might be Bernie, but alas. Yet something new will appear even before the old falls.

This forms with the much longer cycle of the end of Socialism. For as in Scandinavia, and as even Marx would avow, Socialism can only exist after Capitalism, and spend other people’s money. But when you run out of other people’s money, socialism ends, and if you didn’t notice, everyone on earth is broke from pure mismanagement and ordering each other around like a ward full of Napoleons. As that comes clear it will go out of fashion for a time again, and independence and self-reliance will be the day. That means family and those values, but also devolution, decentralization, which may look scary all over, but here will be buffered by the States once again asserting their rights and being able to express their individual characters. They’ll say it’s a break up of the Nation, but since that safety belt exists, most probably not, but it will become a nation none of us would recognize, but possibly J. Quincy would. Perhaps not a trip any of us would choose, but to my mind is better than centralization and absolute power, used absolutely.

You seem very emotional. Who’s winning when you’re upset? And it isn’t here that’s the issue: speak your mind! It’s that if it’s in your mind, you’re the one carrying it. Make what you carry, your living space, your consciousness, a good place. There are bad men in the world, what of it? Like the poor, they will always be with us. There’ll be more when I’m gone.

“Once upon a time, if you voted against someone like Obama or Tony Blair in Britain, you simply accepted your loss and moved on. Those days are indeed properly for story books which begin – “Once Upon a Time.” This is not something which is unique to Britain. We are beginning to see the collapse of civilization which will only end in separatist movements and violence. People are no longer willing to accept democracy. If they lose, they are turning much more violent demanding their way or no way. Pro-BREXIT British MPs had to be escorted to Parliament by police to protect them from violence….” Etc. Cycles expert, Martin Armstrong

BREXIT Vote Delayed – Democracy Has Fallen

Question is, do you want to have war and fight endlessly or it is not worth it if we can agree to vote on power, and more importantly, relinquish power, as the price and compromise not to live an eye for an eye like the Hatfields and McCoys that makes the rest of the world blind. And more importantly, poor. Let’s not do that. Let’s agree to hold democracy, western values, sportsmanship, and with it, not telling people what to do, and letting go of power until your turn. When FC Liverpool tells Manchester United “Goal! Suck it, we punkd you, ha!” do we burn down Liverpool? Or their players even? Heavens no. It’s just a snipe, you got me, rubber chicken and the THUG Act, ha ha. Or else what kind of world have I constructed? If where I’m living is tense, where is that? In my mind?

Well, that should move Tulsi to the top of the polls, and much rejoicing by all.

Trump Ditches Plan to Host G7 at Doral Resort: ‘Irrational Hostility’ (G.)”

I need to keep up more. This: “Trump added that he had announced he would do it at no profit and at no cost to the US” followed by this: “The choice of the Trump National Doral was widely condemned as the most egregious example yet of the president abusing his position to enrich himself”

And yet no irony. So not only do these guys not read, not ask, you know, sources, they don’t even read their OWN previous paragraphs. What about free don’t they like?

This is similar to the ‘emoluments’ they’ve been on I’ve mentioned before. I don’t think that means if the new President owns a bagel shop, they are required to stop selling bagels to every one, every employee, influencer, every lobbyist, every voter, every foreigner, in Washington D.C. Certainly it never meant that in the past. But beyond that, they write an article that “Trump is losing billions”, correct, probably not as much as $1B/year, but it’s down, and he has no salary. Yet at the same time, “Trump only wanted to get in to enrich himself!” Wow, he’s REALLY bad at it then! And apparently still hasn’t noticed as he’s going again! I don’t care which one you report, but pick one and stick with it, will ya? Not back-to-back contradictions like above.

Anyway, yeah, entertaining troll, handing the Democrats a ‘win’ so empty it draws a vacuum. Loved the “THUG” act though. That’s the way to do it.

Brexit Delay and Election Better than Johnson’s Deal – Farage (R.)”

They can’t have an election or the people would ‘win’ and Westminster would ‘lose.’ Otherwise, they’d have held it already. Which shows Westminster is the core enemy of democracy. But it’s a messy system. What was that article a few days back on how…suspicious…the Brexit setup and Farage is? Yeah. But if so, who’s running it? The Queen? Because the setup says, “leave, but I can in no way be responsible.” Politics.

U.K. Ministers are probably making mint on jacking the Pound around and trading on it though. Probably pull the nation out of bankruptcy with that inside line.

    “Brexit isn’t going to happen.”

Surrenders-R-us. Yeah, and what will you do when you finally have an election and the Brexit party dominates the field? Not Brexit again and again forever? Not saying it will happen, but note this is from a very narrow, Westminster, perspective, and damn-all-the-people.

France is miserable, sick of austerity.”

All quite so, but remember: the ‘austerity’ they actually revolted under is the save-the-earth, environmental, AGW, Green ‘Austerity.’ They think if they wrap up economic ruin in a green wrapper it will work. It won’t. The people have hit the wall. Meanwhile, what was it the G7 said? Like a $40 Million dollar party, each with their own Leer jet? “Ruin for thee but not for me.” You plant trees and save the earth, living in tents and huts, and I’ll put up another $100M 1,000 acre airport tarmac and cash in.

I’m glad others are reporting how transparently anti-democratic, dictatorial even, the EU is, and not just me. Was I they only guy who saw them remove the PM of Italy? Of ITALY? You’re a threat to all life on earth.

Libor Rigging Inquiry Shut Down by Serious Fraud Office (BBC)”

I don’t find that suspicious at all. See how the BoE is the one doing the rigging, on inside Brexit info, above. But rigging markets is what makes them great, and therefore everyone will flock to London to lose their money forever, right? Not Singapore? And when the financial center finishes moving to Asia, we won’t be out of power for 1,000 years, right?

Boeing Board To Meet In Texas As Scrutiny Intensifies (R.)”

Well one thing is always sure in human nature: they’re not going to blame themselves. It’s either my fault as an employee for following orders, or even my fault as a customer because: reasons. (they literally said this yesterday.) So do they get $500B in bonuses for crashing like Wall St here, or is their payout smaller because they killed so many fewer people?

The Not-Com Bubble Is Popping (Atl.)”

Yes, and it is large enough to take things apart, but Herr Doktor is so slow: WeWork was a ground-up price-rigging operation. You take your one company, WeWork, and then rent buildings from your OTHER company, Empty Manhattan Real Estate, Inc, inflating your real estate prices. Then when things go wrong, one of the two companies goes bankrupt, yet the OTHER keeps the years of debt-fueled cash from the other company. Totally legal if removed far enough. Bagholder=shareholders, who honestly deserve it if they couldn’t read how pin-headed the WeWork ledgers are. It’s more plausible and legal to sell the Brooklyn Bridge, but this is what happens when you turn the monetary fire house to “11” and let it spray your golfing pals for 20 years.

For Tulsi, they smear all army people and veterans as traitors, because they’re rednecks who own guns and wear red hats. Been doing it since, I dunno, Waco, I guess? Is really at a peak now though.

Ain’t free speech great? Now we know what kind of person HRC is, and Ms. Gabbard is, from their own mouths. …And we know what kind of person the corporate media is, too.

“Pelosi needs to hold that vote. But she won’t.”

If Trump has done something wrong, it’s not an option, it is their sacred DUTY to impeach him. …And I just realized, because I’m so, so dumb, that he booked the G7 at Trump Estates just to make them. McConnell openly says they’re having that impeachment, and he wants the Congressmen home by Christmas. …Wha?

Yes, it’s the only court of law where ACTUAL evidence is presented, with ACTUAL depositions and testimony. Not like CNN.

“Brexit Vote Could Be Delayed After Move By MPs To Prevent No-Deal (Ind.)”

Shouldn’t they prorogue Parliament since they’ve refused to do anything since they go back anyway? Truly, where’s the harm? They are the core obstructors and opponents of all Democracy.

“The IMF is running out of money”

Well…last I heard China had bought out the IMF, so…

“Large scale often violent demos … Chile, Ecuador, Lebanon, Barcelona, France, London, Puerto Rico, Hong Kong.” And don’t forget the whole U.S.A.

$3B a day increase in bailouts, rising exponentially: they need a war to blame their stealing, mis-trading, and debt on. Always worked before! “Can a brother get an Iranian ship sunk in here, or what? What’s it going to take to blame this on you, not us? –Jamie Dimon, overheard at his last coke party.

‘Just Don’t Waste’: David Attenborough’s Message To Next Generation (G.)”

“Kids, feel guilty! Go kill yourselves!” Worked on Greta. Thanks to their nonsense she’s mentally ill instead of off planting trees and raising fish. I had similar charges when I was young, which are because (ahem) “ALL ADULTS ARE LYING TO YOU.” They are ALWAYS lying. But don’t feel bad; all the adults are lying to each other too. And themselves. And under their breath when no one’s around… I’d guess Attenborough is at least two out of three for this, because his plan makes no sense with his prognosis. Not him but more general example: if the world is going to end in 10 years, DON’T GO TO COLLEGE. You don’t have time. Drop out of school. Either party hearty or else pet some whales in the few days you have left. I would. So clearly they believe basically noneofit. Or rather, like all our abstract, sheltered, intellectual, intelligentsia culture, they believe only with their minds, and not their hearts and hands, thus the distress. If the ship is going down, man the ropes. Right? Don’t dispose your paper properly overboard. They need more to do. I suspect they’ve never met anyone, EVER, who actually ACTS as they speak, as they believe, that integration called “Integrity”, because if they had, the next move on such a belief would be obvious, and I see no action.

I’m stuck over here with no help because of it. No one’s manning the shovels.

Hey. Plant a tree, eh? Do at least one useful thing with your life. Surely if you care that much and the world’s ending tomorrow, you’ve got 20 bucks, what’s the difference?

Maybe great subject make for better thinking and better comments. Thanks for Oblique who says things better than I (but most do). Glad to see the Professor again.

Not sure why we’re picking the hard when it’s so easy: “Use it up, wear it out, make it do, or do without.” And this is by no means a human or DNA problem. This coffee-table Darwin is applied all kinds of places it shouldn’t go, most recently in pointing out what primates eat is nothing like their teeth structure, nor us neither.

The natives here had an endless forest for building and burning: all the energy, the BTU’s they could dream of. Coal was flopping out of the riverbanks into the river, and they knew it burned but didn’t bother. More humbly, animals by the millions, could be extracted to extinction. Doesn’t happen. Never happened. Why? Different culture, different values. SAME DNA. Same “life,” essential to all life. And so with men for the 100,000 years before Babylon. So why give up and say it’s inevitable? Even Europe didn’t act like this not until Rembrandt’s time, or let’s say until the Romans.

You can do this too. It’s a rich life. Honest. Just different. Don’t give up, just stretch outside your culture. Like the Mayans, we’re going there anyway, why not beat traffic?

“McConnell: Senate Impeachment Trial ‘As Soon as Thanksgiving’ (ZH)”

So as I said, they want and are forcing the DNC to impeachment. The DNC is also now looking for the audio of the Zelinsky call, suggesting, as I said, the White House/Intel planted a fake call transcript on the WH server that the CIA could illegally tap and screw themselves. Beyond hope, they think it’s somehow possible they were right, weren’t punk’d, and that other bad, impeachable call really happened.

“Not only could Mr. Biden be forced to be in D.C.”

So the Democrats would be the ones throwing their own election against Biden. Wild. But they already have, or meant to. They tried hard to swap Biden for Harris, but Harris is so violent and unbearable she faded. Then less happily from Biden to Warren. However, Wall St and all business has said they will stop all contributions for Warren or Sanders: business boycott blackout. That’s not winning. #ComeBack

However, for the national conscience (should one still exist) they need this whole thing hashed out in a public Senate trial in the legal record, on national TV. Even that wouldn’t be enough, but you have to try.

“Trump Florida Golf Course To Host G7 Summit (BBC)”

Ugh. However, then he gets to control the unlimited wire-tapping and his what, 16th assassination attempt? Almost certainly another one soon if I’m reading the signals right.

“Turkey to Suspend Syria Offensive, Mike Pence Announces (BBC)”

Cheeto literally said, “We’ve been trying to get this done, but they (who?) needed some ‘tough love’, and now the peace is settled.” Ding! Couldn’t get the Kurds to sign on to Assad and lose their Kurdish state for another generation. But Turkey will happily annihilate them. “He wanted a ceasefire. He wanted to stop the violence,” It’s not a mystery here, it’s incredibly obvious; they’re just lying about it and reporting the opposite with every breath.

“we were told were an “ally” being sent to their slaughter”

But Turkey is NOT an ally? Or our ally Iraq when we told them to attack the Kurds? But when they do it was good, but when Turkey does it’s bad? Or does our reality rest on the opposite of whatever orange man tweets minute to minute? Here’s one way to settle that: go home.

“the US military would go into Syria for just 30 days to save the Yazidi”

The who? How long? We were going to ToraBora for the Taliban until OBL was killed, what? 20 years ago? Gosh, it’s almost like they LIKE war and don’t want us to leave or something. It is possible…they’re…lying?

“the YPG “will be disbanded and integrated into the Syrian army.”

Ding! Exactly as said. P.S. those forces are legally an international terrorist organization. Longstanding. That we armed. Against international law. Against our own NATO ally. And we’re mad that Turkey is going against legal international Islamic terrorism. Spare me. They don’t disappear but putting them in the non-terrorist side and under the Syrian Army might, I dunno, keep them all from getting killed or killing an equal number of innocent Turks? No! Stop! We don’t want peace! Peace is #Logos!

“Boris Johnson has signed a deal he said he didn’t need, creating a border he didn’t want, under the authority of a Court he didn’t accept, to be submitted to a Parliament he doesn’t control.”

It’s interesting, but there’s a lot still going in. Since this is essentially May’s deal, won’t they reject it again? Then BoJo will have done every, single, thing, and No Deal will be that much more necessary. Europe could also sabotage approval. Etc. I’m sure it’s well gamed out with all the branch options.

“US Imposes Tariffs on EU Goods, Targeting Airbus, Wine and Whisky (AFP)”

What this really does is stop Globalism and reinforce Nationalism and independence. Doesn’t matter if the $$ are net neutral, offset, nations will still be thinking to stay in their regions where it’s safe and predictable. Even if it cost money, it would probably make more than it cost in jobs and autonomy back home.

Why don’t we play environmental, since that’s all anyone cares about? Not shipping goods worldwide 5, 6 times before the end user is green carbon savings. Grow, make, and sell local. But apparently that’s the worst thing int eh world. If goods don’t move 5, 6 times, bankers and globalists don’t make their cut 5, 6 times and be able to extort nations and play them off each other. And then where would we be? With no war and lower costs? Unthinkable.

“Medicare for All pure socialism, but that would mean Canada, the UK, most of Europe and Asian countries like Thailand all pure socialist countries.”

The terminology certainly needs a lot of work. No one is careful in their definitions, even or especially the parties themselves. Military certainly can pay for a lot, which is Bernie’s longstanding and workable plan despite criticism that he doesn’t know or post economics, and that with him it would be all new taxes. It wouldn’t. However, medical in the U.S. is easily 5-8x what it should be, and the plan with socializing – you know, the thing that’s bankrupting NIH, Finland, Sweden, etc – is a way for the PROFIT interests to avoid a reduction in PROFITS. Cut the price to 20% of now, as Oklahoma Surgery and Lasik proves is possible, and you can pay for it WITHOUT Medicare, and cut the Pentagon too. No one can even SAY this, so I guess we know who all Trump’s, Bernie’s, Warren’s, Biden’s, CNN’s masters really are.

“Russia has always wanted a “foothold in the Middle East”

One of these two countries is there illegally, as a war crime, murdering millions in a voluntary war of invasion and aggression. The other is Russia.

“The Russian Masterpiece in Syria: Everyone Wins (Pieraccini)”

It works but I wouldn’t call it a masterpiece. Making as much of bad material as you can. Also their pretending (lying) about it all these months gave them years more time to get a good arrangement than diplomats generally have. Nice that they attribute it to Russia, though. Not that we weren’t there, but it’s almost certainly more appropriate. The style and choice of not openly saying (bragging) about what’s been decided has Russia (or the “oriental”) style written all over it. Russia is where East meets West, so their ability to think both ways has long been noted.

Pieraccini’s professional take is just like mine from days ago, and I think that will be proven out, not “genocide” and “abandonment.” Hope.

“Damascus will regain control of the oil fields.”

And now because they wanted it ALL, we will not build or run the hundred-billion pipeline, and make no money either. Russia will. Too bad. If you don’t want a war, don’t start one, because this is what happens when you lose, and it’s a gift it’s not a lot worse. Use that gift wisely.

“The US has been trying to covertly overthrow the Syrian regime off and on for some fifty years, periodically joined on occasion by Israel or Saudi Arabia or Iraq, or Turkey or the UK.”

Election meddling? Oh no sir, constant, open, violent attacks, murders, assassination attempts, and open wars. …But that’s okay when we do it. Now if Syria were to come here and undermine Texas by attempting to kill every leader one by one from LBJ to W., we’d be all kinds of mad. Bite me. Thankfully, the U.N. has been there to hold the line by rolling over and completely vacating the field, approving of every act of overt war we and those other four countries have committed for half a century. Israel’s still bombing them today. Clear article by Fuller though. No bones.

“Schiff Pushed Volker to Say Ukraine Felt Pressure from Trump (WE)”

Is that witness tampering, like he did when he pre-arranged testimony from the (non)whistleblower? Well, probably not, and there is far more damaging evidence against Mr. Schiff elsewhere.

“One Person Is Missing in The Dems’ Impeachment Inquiry: The Whistleblower (R.)”

Pretty typical. The one person they DON’T have is the one person who knows anything. Or in theory. Really when you release no evidence of 3rd hand hearsay, he doesn’t know anything either: the transcript does. So we’re going to do the same for Assange, right? He doesn’t have to show up, can stay hidden at his condo, collecting his pension, and ordering Thai food from Uber and cavort with Senators under FBI protection? No?

…Btw, they say he’s hidden because he was receiving ‘death threats.” Can anyone tell me how? No one knows who he is, so do the assailants email his lawyer, “Ima gonna get you sucker?” And in which case, why are these not being followed up by FBI or D.C. police, and the people arrested? A: because it’s all made up for the cameras, like the rest of his case.

“Of course, the effort to “protect” the “whistleblower” has been a juke all along. For one thing, he-she-it is not a “whistleblower” at all; was only labeled that via legalistic legerdemain to avoid revealing the origin of this affair as a CIA cover-your-ass operation.”

By a standing employee, who was in Ukraine with Biden, and while on company time.

“why is the FBI sitting on those phones?”

Nothing of the “Brady”, i.e. exculpatory evidence was released, in total contradiction of 230 years of Federal law. But it’s the FBI, so OF. COURSE. they lied and framed everyone they meet! What do you think they DO over there in J. Edgar’s department? But this is also staged. Guarantee executive insiders, prob NSA know all that has gone on there and ‘leak’ these things they know/shouldn’t know to Flynn and the press on demand. That’s because if they just SAID SO and told the truth (and they’ve tried) it would refuse to be reported. So they’re forced to “release” only a “scoop” that reporters are too dumb to understand the implications of. Recently with the twist that they pretend it’s Trump’s faux first.

Another option: Barr got the phones from Italy when he visited the other day. Italy has Mifsud on tap, because he’s a longstanding FBI/CIA asset. Oh, and therefore NOT a Russian spy, duh. Just like the OTHER longstanding FBI informant, Carter Page. So let me get this straight: you’ve had Page on payroll for years, have background checks way back, and he’s been in the public eye since then, and you suddenly got a FISA warrant because you supposed YOUR OWN employee/informant was now somehow a Russian agent? Fire yourself if that’s true. Or you can arrest yourselves if it’s false and you just used him to get a warrantless wiretap on an opposition candidate during a national election.

Fake. Fake. Fake. Fake. Fake. Fake. Fake. But today’s fake is pretending they didn’t already know all about Mifsud’s phones. Admiral Rogers had told them all about it by December ’16.

“she went and called them despicable to their faces”

Ouch. Again, if he’s this bad and this corrupt, it’ll be super-easy to beat him. The economy stinks, it’s all lies, and there’s many a slip with banks imploding before 2020, but you have to pin that against him selling out stadiums every. night. And with a message that we’re trying to get an economy and get things back home again. Warren is trying to win on giving foreign illegal immigrants free sex-change operations: no joke. Not selling, not on-message. SMH. #ComeBack.

The map is generous, as the 95% of counties voted GOP even last time. Also an example of why we must have the electoral college, otherwise, only 6 states would vote, the other 44 would be their slaves, and I thought we outlawed slavery. Bad enough as it is, as even within the six, a single city runs roughshod over the whole state, like Illinois.

“Trump Impeachment Probe Claims ‘Dramatic Progress’ (AFP)”

He’s so guilty, we don’t have an “impeachment probe”, we have a fake headline and no vote. They are so sure of their case they’ve banned the GOP congress and the public from the hearings, and changed from witness interviews to depositions where only one lawyer gives one statement, no questions allowed. And even THAT is in secret Star Council meetings. …From which testimony can be leaked, but unable to read the whole passage, context, or rebuttal. …Pretty standard for a Stalinist State and a party that openly aspires to Stalin’s progressive values.

So I do not find that suspicious at all. Sounds like they have a rock-solid case. …Or so rumor has it: I’m not allowed to see.

Giuliani Says He Won’t Comply with Subpoenas from Democrats (Hill)”

Fake news: he’s not saying that at all. They don’t have subpoena power until Congress inbues the committee with due authority. That requires a vote. And rules of process for the minority party. So he will comply with any and all legal, authorized, constitutional subpoenas, should any ever appear. …And they already went down this road with Tlaib when she said they’d go up, arrest Trump, and hold him in Detroit county jail (Every part of that being illegal under every process, he has to be impeached first, THEN removed, he is not subject to D.C. police, and Detroit has no jurisdiction): which side is the U.S. military on? Unlike Nixon and Kennedy, they are on Trump’s side, leaving the CIA/mercenaries against him and the Air Force flapping in the wind. Funny, when one side discusses military/civil war, it’s normal and okay, and when the other side does, as the Joker says, “everyone loses their minds.” It’s a real thing, a real discussion, so let’s talk through.

The Military, Intel, and the Marines put Cheeto in power. Who is Congress going to get to arrest him for obstruction? Ruth Bader Ginsberg? I think Andrew Jackson said the same thing. Anyway, have a VOTE, you know, with some DEMOCRACY, and you won’t have this problem.

Excellent insight, however, the opposite: if the UK is undercutting the EU and drawing in great business, hardening the border hurts IRELAND. So the basis of the argument here is that the EU is horrible, hurts their members for spite, and the UK is a lot smarter to get away. If that’s the case, why wouldn’t Ireland push off the EU and tie up with the DUP to keep their largest trading partner? Not to say either, but this man is making the argument for Brexit and Irexit too, when I think he’s trying to Remain. #AntiLogos

Another picture of how Rembrandt was one of those rare geniuses where every stroke is always perfect.
Prettymuch what I was saying. We’ve got some phrasing, that the U.S. will put on Turkish sanctions, like I was saying, this just drives them into the Russia-China camp, so I can only assume that the U.S. has largely ceded Turkey from the Western economic sphere, which we already knew and was going to happen anyway, but this formalizes their interests.

The Kurds are protected, but by Syria. The article talks about Turkey, but Turkey is now largely a Russian satellite, has been since the U.S.’s (yet another!) failed coup. (We’re #1 at losing!) Erdogan can blame all the economic readjustment to Russia pain on Trump. But that’s to say the articles make it seem like Turkey is acting independently. They’re not. Their leashes are held by the U.S. and Russia, indisputably, and BOTH want what is happening here, the Deep State loses and territorial integrity is being upheld for now, war ends, Europe is not destroyed with mass disruptive cultural immigration as planned, and refugees rebuild their own homes. Now if only we could give them $1,000 a person in war reparations from the Soros/Cheney/Biden fund to make that happen and teach not to do that again. But the (Iran) pipeline will be billions, so…

The U.S. and media have surprisingly stood down on this, only the usual sniping OMB. Yawn. That means it’s a done deal, they’re not even going to try, and why should they? What? Are we going to do anything with 50 whole troops? Are we going to re-escalate to 50,000 somehow? Nope. Pull it.

Communications, not sure – of course! If I were, the DS would be too – but China has the entangled encrypted satellite system, and they never invent anything but steal it so pretty sure we have one. As example of how science, or rather pop ‘Science!™’ is constantly wrong, they use Schrodinger’s Cat to carry the message, entangling two ‘particles’ (not particles) such that as soon as the box is opened, one spins one way and one the opposite. This is God’s own seal that the box/message has not been tampered with. And it can happen at any distance, and here’s the science part: it happens simultaneously, i.e. faster than the speed of light. So below Plank’s Length, toss out Einstein.

CryptoCurrency encryption is essentially AES256, which is good on brute force, but was developed and released by the CIA/NSA themselves, so I’d be shocked if there isn’t a design-flaw to back-door. Not quite good enough, so why not those “beautiful letters” Trump coos over from Kim Jong? Yes, just write the #@%* thing down with a pencil and hand it to someone. That’s the one thing they’re not looking for, the super-dopes, while sniffing undersea cables with remote subs and causing Alaskan sinkings and U.S. Destroyers to crash into container ships chasing them at speed. Just write it down. Honestly, I don’t know how anything gets done anymore. In 2002 General Van Riper eviscerated the U.S. military in a war game simulating Iraq. How? He used bike messengers, fishing boats, and flashlights, old-school WWII stuff.

“In a preemptive strike, Red launched a massive salvo of cruise missiles that overwhelmed the Blue forces’ electronic sensors and destroyed sixteen warships. This included one aircraft carrier, ten cruisers and five of six amphibious ships. An equivalent success in a real conflict would have resulted in the deaths of over 20,000 service personnel [in 24 hours]…”

    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Millennium_Challenge_2002

So he sank the entire U.S. fleet in one day, despite not being allowed any normal arms. “At this point, the exercise was suspended, Blue’s ships were “re-floated”, and the rules of engagement were changed” …to prevent things like taxis and flashlights, so that conventional, high-tech U.S. forces and tactics could, at last, win. Totally reasonable. Not as if flashlights and taxis are available to the enemy or anything.

Wait: EXACTLY as seen in the real wars we lost in Afghanistan, Syria, Libya, Iraq, Sudan, Ukraine, and every other place we lose, lose, lose, lose, lose. And somehow they think that the military – having never won a war — the U.S. government would win a low-tech small-arms war against the U.S. people while on their home territory. I’ll say what Vietnam said: “We have to win: this is our country. You can go home, we can’t.” They won: we went home, they’re still there, better than ever. We’re broke.

Remember that apocryphal Space Pen? The U.S. paid NASA $10 Million to develop a pen that could write underwater, upside-down, in space. The Russians used a pencil. When all this went down 20 years ago, Putin went out and bought some manual typewriters for the FSB.

…And you wonder why we can’t win any wars. California just lost $1 Billion in the (intentional) blackout because no retail shops have shoeboxes to take money in, and no remaining land-phones to do business over.

    What to say?

Perhaps Bolton IS the new whistleblower: “Bolton called Ukrainian investigation effort a ‘drug deal,’ witness tells Congress.”

Therefore, Trump simply fires everyone in the NSC that ever worked with Bolton. …And we wonder what he lets these guys into office for. So easy a cave man could do it, which is fortunate, because… But if a cave man is outsmarting them, we can only IMAGINE how dumb the Deep State and Intelligentsia are. And this is after having Bolton get Iran to the negotiating table and the hilarity of banishing him to Mongolia while the adults talk.

“Trump Tells Turkey to Stop Its Syria Invasion (R.)”

Just like Iran and NoKo, scare the pants off Kurdistan and get them to settle down. The U.S. obviously can’t go in and fight the Kurds, our sole (official) ally and only place that actually fought ISIS. At the same time, we’re the ones who armed them and now they’re a threat to every nation in the area. So we send Turkey in and tell them if they want it to end, stand down. I can’t imagine how hard it is, giving up the 100-year chance to get a Kurdish state, but Turkey WILL destroy them, and happily. Take the half or lose the whole, it’s the path history will approve.

Yay! Just because it’s failed every time it’s been tried and has killed more people than smallpox is no reason not to try Socialism again! Did you see the ‘outWoke” article on him making a 99% tax rate for billionaires? Sure, because having never held a job in his life, he has no concept of liquid assets and standing assets.

Bezos owns $101B, illiquid assets. He now needs to trade $100B of standing assets into liquid assets (cash), unless the gov’t just wants to confiscate and run Amazon (which the CIA already does but nevermind). So there are a loose $100 Billion in cash hanging out in Joe Plumber’s bank account to BUY that $100 bil? Nope. The very ATTEMPT would crash BOTH Amazon, AND the U.S. banking system, which would freeze up in liquidity shortage instead. Or take the family farm: $10M, a real fortune! Now you need to sell, I dunno, $3Million in probate taxes. So what do you plan to sell? The house, the combine, or the grain elevators? And you may “own” $10M on paper but you have a NEGATIVE $200,000 on the bank books. And what do you do next year? No land, no combines, no storage, because to pay taxes you already sold them to Joe Suburb who wouldn’t know a harvester from a spanner.

This is why Socialists die by the millions, with Bernie at the forefront. #Holodormir Yay! I vote certain death!

“…banning the Chinese vendor would add years of delays and billions of dollars in costs to launching 5G networks.”

The only advantage it has is panopticon surveillance of reporters and rabble rousers. Ask Hong Kong. Ban it for 20 years until they can explain what it does and why anyone would need it, because so far their reasons are the biggest pile of steaming b——t I’ve seen.

War continues in Syria. “Oh the Kurds! The Humanity!” This from the same press that just two years ago tried to get Iraq to bomb the Kurds just so there’d be some war. “Those beautiful, beautiful bombs” –Brian Williams
I’m not thrilled with it, but I’m not listening to the same people that started, it, promoted it, cooed over it, profited by it, lied about it, loved it. Here’s an idea, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, Israel, U.S., Britain, AND Kurdistan: if you don’t want a war, don’t start one. You won’t like where it goes.

“Through your arrogance and stupidity, you’ve opened these peaceful realms and innocent lives to the horror and desolation of war! You are unworthy of these realms, you’re unworthy of your title, you’re unworthy! …of the ones you have betrayed! I now take from you your power!” –Odin, Thor

“To initiate a war of aggression is not only an international crime; it is the supreme international crime, differing only from other war crimes in that it contains within itself the accumulated evil of the whole.” –Nuremberg Trials

Right now Kurdistan is the home base for all the CIA who started the war and those who just tried to start WWIII. Tell me how you think they’re going to expel them from their own de-facto CIA country without some outside force. The Kurds aren’t going to double-cross them easily, first ‘cause honor, but second because that’s the means to establish the long-desired Kurdish state the CIA promised, the one which would cut Turkey and Iraq in half.

Maybe we can book a conference room and ask the Black CIA arms-dealers and their paid international mercenaries to surrender nicely to a court of law?

For ethnic cleansing, how? Kurds were a viable population of Syria and accepted for always, even though they are an independent and unruly people and they are constantly de-facto using Syria as a platform to destroy Turkey — a diplomatic problem of the 1st order. So all they need to do is to become Syrian citizens under Syrian rule, as Assad and Putin have offered. That’s hardly “ethnic cleansing,” or by them anyway. What do you think Assad is going to do, hand his country away or let a fully-armed Kurdish Army wander Syria at will?

In any case, what would you like us to do about it? Set up a Kurdistan that will destroy Iraq, Turkey, AND Syria, as Western Intel long planned? Stay for 1,000 years?

Syria abandoned YPG territory because a) they had to protect Damascus, b) the Kurds are the people most able to fend for themselves, now proven, and c) ISIS WAS SUPPORTED THROUGH TURKEY. Obviously you don’t rally-round the ENEMY’S borders, you fall back to safe territory. So did they prohibit the Kurds from hiding in Damascus? Doubt it. They would have been conscripted in Syrian army, in which case they might as well fight for their own hometowns, which they did just as I would. The Americans didn’t support them because the Americans were supporting ISIS, and needed them large enough to control the pipeline route. But the white papers say they would have created Kurdistan because it would destroy the present nations of the pipeline route, above. They supported them later to hold ISIS in their zone, and later still, as the U.S. mobilized against this CIA/S.A. op and actually started to (barely) attack ISIS for real, easily seen because once we actually tried it only took a few months to annihilate them with both arms tied behind our back. The facts of the Libya-Turkey-ISIS gun rat line are still coming out just yesterday.

Erdogan is in a box, his leash held by Putin and Trump alike. He’s going nowhere and doing nothing without permission. Kurdistan is going to half-exist for now as they will mostly likely legalize the autonomous zone they already mostly had, and I expect this time was chosen because U.S./Russia have been telling them that, but they won’t stand down and submit to Assad; the CIA/State/Boltonites have been sabotaging such talks. However, destroying Turkey can’t be in the cards right now, or would you prefer the war move from Syria to the 80 million people in Turkey? You ain’t seen nothing for refugees or humanitarian crisis if the happens. A thousand ISIS fighters released into a free-fire war zone is a joke. A small town in Iowa could destroy them with loose deer rifles, to say nothing of the entire Turkish army.

We have to leave, and there is not a single place on earth where U.S. withdrawing forces won’t be disruptive. But isn’t our being there MORE disruptive? There’s not a perfect world where we leave with rainbows and parades and not a single puppy dies. For one thing, the CIA, Turkey, organized crime, and heck even China will make sure of it. But go we must, and the sooner the better. Every day we remain people die too, but somehow that’s always okay.

The Kurds will be driven to the negotiating table and Turkey will stand down. Soon enough we’ll see who’s right and wrong. Thank you for your article, I would have preferred a happier end too.

Not at all. I’m sure they have it all sewn up and the negotiations were the reason it took Turkey so long to invade. On cue, the Kurds finally get the message to stop screwing around and fall back on Syria for safety. Syria has long had a lot of them and doesn’t mind.

In other news, Julian Assange is taking up Adam Shiff’s offer on whistleblowers and will be giving his testimony by mail, through his lawyers, while ordering in 5-star menu from his house in Adelaide, while being paid his day wages by the CIA. But okay, you have the right, not like people haven’t noticed. You’re Trump’s re-election supporters, and doing a great job winning Minnesota for him.

Anyway, seems 30% drop in crop yields this year, could be more. We can’t tell, the USDA, being the gov’t, is viciously lying, and we’ve never seen a year like this, at least not in a long time. Note 30% drop in supply does not equal a 30% rise in prices. That can compound much more, but depends on a rainbow of factors: storage, demand shifting…

Because those hospitals are deeply responsible and it’s impossible not to know. <Crickets> No journalism here! What’s the closest wealthy nation that can do transplants? SA, UAE, Israel. Gee, with all this nattering about Auschwitz, cattle cars, what do you think history will say of a people that said nothing, didn’t even look into worldwide organ trafficking in the hundred thousands? China? China? Uighurs calling, wave that Chinese flag. Perhaps YOU are the slavers? Perhaps YOU are the Nazis? Perhaps YOU are the baddies? It’s right there; you can’t say you didn’t know.

Sure, investigate them all. Shiff sold the port of L.A. to China, Pelosi had a Chinese spy in her meetings for 20 years, Reid stole NV land and sold it, Kushner has Israeli business deals, Trump has this. Again, problem is, “Illegal! Investigate!” Okay, it’s Hunter Biden getting kicked out for drugs, going on a crack-fueled gay-sex bender in Skid Row, then the next day flying to Ukr and getting paid more than Exxon’s executives for not knowing law, oil, gas, or Ukrainian. “Legal! Investigate no one!” Why? If they’re all fine, they should laugh, investigate, then throw it in Trump’s face. They’re supposedly rigging 2020 election: well what do you think investigating Trump for the midterms was? A: Throwing the 2018, and now the 2020 elections. Goose: meet gander.

“Read the freakin’ Constitution. And then let’s honor our oath to it.”

So quaint to hear their undying loyalty to the Constitution when they are publicly against the 1st, 2nd, 4th, 5th, and 10th Amendments. And against speaking in any public place of the “creator’ that “endowed” the people with “inalienable”, i.e., un-removable, inherent rights, i.e., the 1st, 2nd, 4th 5th and 10th amendments. And against the freedom between men to trade it was philosophically based on, i.e. capitalism. And against the very existence of the nation at all, i.e. borders. So if they want to adhere to the Constitution, I welcome it.

…But for the small issue, if it’s so simple and clear, why DON’T they have a vote that will surely win, that will establish a committee to “investigate impeachment”. …That’s not even an Impeachment! It’s just thinking about maybe someday possibly having impeachment. No commitments here! Why? Because then they would have to follow legal and parliamentary RULES. And when you’re #AntiLogos, any rule, any order, any restraint to total power of the ego is your mortal enemy. It IS embarrassing Trump has to remind them of their duty and process of U.S. law, especially when they’re all lawyers, they SHOULD be embarrassed, but that doesn’t make him wrong. If they’d just followed the process they know they would win, he wouldn’t have been able to shame them.

“US House Republicans to Seek Sanctions on Turkey over Kurd Offensive (R.)”

Sounds great. But I expect Trump, Putin, Assad, Erdogan, and most probably BoJo have already cut up a plan on the Turkish border and are keeping the sausage-making in the dark. The market, the others, don’t seem worried about it, so they know it’s settled. Kurdish Syrians had no trouble before, even in a 5-ethnic nation, so I don’t see why they would now. Turkey would fall if they accepted a fully armed, mobilized Kurdish army inside their borders, so pick your poison. Europe’s largest army collapses with the nation and goes rogue, or accept some smashing?

“Erdogan has threatened to release 3.6 million refugees into Europe, so don’t hold your breath for this one.”

I’d say great! You release the migrants, we align with Greece and take Cyprus back. No NATO, no gas fields. Suck it. But since they only surrender because surrendering to everyone is ‘nice’, that can never happen.

Never happens. So we had ALL, two piracies, wiped out the world’s refinery, AND blowing up a ship near Suez, and…? The world is a lot more stable than they lead you to believe. A million people without power in one of the most crime-ridden, income-divided cities in America: nothing. No “Two Days Before the Day After Tomorrow” panic in the streets. We wiped out the biggest port in the U.S. in NOLA. Nada. No impact on the U.S. as a whole. This is why the collapse is the “Slow Decent,” but for S.F. the shtf today. P.S. 30% drop in U.S. crop yields minimum. Because of snow. Thanks to Global Warming because that’s logic!

Bezos is akin to Woolworths or Sears Roebuck. We haven’t had anyone do anything real in so long, no one can remember what it was like or who they were.

What does he want? He’s a front man for the CIA who funded him, just like Zuck, Dorsey, Gates, and Epstein. Look into his contracts and who made it legal for him to monopoly while not collecting sales tax for 20 years. Wasn’t him! Sure wasn’t the states who got screwed for every one of his billions! Why? Monopoly control, but more the 1984-type surveillance of everything sold, and back when, especially books.

“Logging began in the protected area, threatening the habitat of the gorillas.”

Depends how the logging is done. The greatest, oldest forest in Europe is logged regularly, but in limited acres each year, and no one can really tell. Japan logged for 2,000 years and they are protected woodlots, where trees are tallied for individual purposes, like temples. In the northeast, they have been logging continuously since Thoreau talked about it, yet there are 1,000x more trees now instead of the logged-over wastes in 1840. Just depends if you act like a fool or not. But hey, if you want everything you buy to be made of petroleum instead, stop logging. Exxon won’t mind. Or you could knock down D.C. and Berlin and grow a tree farm. Be productive! Be green! Be green as San Fransisco is today as a few hundred die of events related to power outages, like fires and traffic lights. The gorillas won’t mind your death at all.

Yes he is the target going back months. I feel they staged the phone call for this plan.

Shell UK country chair, said the best way for people to cut their road emissions was to use electric vehicles, supplied with renewable power.
    Fires

    Go green!

And this is before it catches on fire and completely destroys all that hard-won, CO2-wasting, environment-destroying lithium mining. Okay, herr Doctor, be helpful. Here’s an environmental car:
    TT-Top

–Insert 1923 Model T Ford Truck–

Light, quiet, hearty, minimalistic, 40mpg, cheap, very economical use of resources, easily fixed at home indefinitely with simple tools, still on the road. The imbedded energy has long since been amortized. Saw one on the road just the other day.

…Unless you think we NEED to go 130kph, and 100k/day commute. If so, there’s nothing that can make your lifestyle environmental. But invading Afghanistan for lithium so you can be charged on a brown coal/nuclear plant at 3 Mile and waste 20% in transmission is certainly not the solution.

“We do not love tariffs, in fact we would prefer not to use them, but after years of discussions and no action, tariffs are finally forcing China to pay attention to our concerns…We could have had a deal two-and-a-half years ago without going through the whole tit-for-tat on tariffs that we have.”

Don’t know what to add to this. Stop stealing stuff, pay IP rights, whatever. We’re not asking the world, they signed that deal with Clinton in WTO ’99 but just lied and cheated for 20 years. They’re clearly cracking pretty hard, and the supply chain is already being moved (unf to Vietnam and Thailand) , but like I said last week this takes years of planning and effort. Again, in any conflict, it’s not cost-free; it’s always whether they hurt MORE than you. You’re never going to lift or win anything without effort/pain on yourself. To think otherwise is to lie on your back and give up on the world.

“Chinese officials say they have little expectation of significant progress.”

They’re counting on the election, but I don’t think they’re going to win that. Prices aren’t rising here that I can tell, so double tariffs again. Surely we’re not doing enough unless it bites a little on our side, see above. If we don’t feel the burn, we’re not playing hard enough. I’d do that just because China seems to be commanding all our corporations and sports teams right now, running our censorship and we need to say, “Bad dog. That’s not yours.”

But I guess free speech, western values, and all our property rights are what we are surrendering today. It’s okay if you take our Bill of Rights, we weren’t using it anyway.

“PG&E Power Outage: Lines for Gas, Batteries, Groceries and Generators (LAT)”

So, top for VD, top for human feces, top for prostitution, drug use, homelessness, spraying the streets with bleach for Hep C, running typhus, starting with medieval diseases like plague and leprosy, high taxes, crushing taxes, fleeing population. And now regular power outages. Yup, socialism at work, like every other time in human history.

It’s more than rolling power outages or brownouts, though. In those, power is off for 2 hours, 4 hours, and they swap parts of the city. This is important as some work can still get done although you savage business. If you drop power for longer, in this case 48 hours, every cooler in San Francisco goes warm and by law every ounce of food must be thrown away. Every medical device, oxygen and CPAP machine goes down. Every air conditioner shuts off. To backstop this, 800,000 gas generators are started up in a smog area, whose white-hot mufflers start fires anyway. A couple people are killed by carbon monoxide. …So you end up killing 300 people anyway, but it’s “not your fault.” Welcome to socialism and the third world. As apparently people forgot, THIS IS WHY we have “modern infrastructure.” We already did those things and a central always-on grid worked better, polluted less, and killed far less people. But they want a utopia on earth that kills NO people, ever. Kind of like withdrawing from war. It’s okay to break international law and have wars that kill a few hundred a year forever, but it’s NOT okay to OBEY international law and LEAVE war if even one child dies. ‘Cause that’s logic! #AntiLogos

“For The First Time Ever, Greece Issues Negative Yielding Debt (ZH)”

No money problem here! Money is beyond free when they want it to be; but only for insiders but not for people. However, money is a mental construct, a call on real goods. Whenever you have socialism, there is a shortage of goods, and political favoritism decides who gets the ‘money’, the ‘call’ on them. Not Nick in Thessaloniki. Franz in Frankfurt was given the calls on real Greek goods, and he sold them to Young in Shenzhen. This is what happens when you’re not allowed to own the fruits of your labors, but “share” and “redistribute.” And it always works just as well as we see in California this afternoon.

But not them only. Worst city in the nation, Gary Indiana: https://www.theorganicprepper.com/50-miserable-cities/

Now why don’t they want to sit there and take it happily while Wall St prospers and the richest 10 zip codes are in D.C.? I don’t understand.

I believe Foss said something like, “The finance, the money problem, is prevented from being fixed by politics. Therefore, we don’t have a money problem, we have a political problem.” Of course that’s on top of the base problem of oil/resource depletion, which can be addressed a lot but the point was, we’re not addressing our real resource problems for finance/political reasons. It’s all about resources, and finance/politics are what is deciding who gets them.

As she hasn’t been on in years, I don’t have the quotes handy, but it was near the end and I think more than once.

That she’s right is pretty clear from the bank bailout and also the debt-shale industry. Money means nothing: there was no shortage to bail banks, to pump bad oil, to fight wars, or payoff countries. We drop another $1.5T on nothing no one can identify, quadrillions come and go, so pretty sure there’s no ‘money’ problem. But money is a symbol, living in the mind. We have a reality problem. We have an allocation problem. And that’s a political, a human group-cooperation problem.

Not meant as “There’s no such thing as the global financial crisis.”

Raul, a great article, but brings up the longtime TAE that point we don’t have a money problem, we have a POLITICAL problem:

    https://www.zerohedge.com/markets/welcome-not-wednesday-not-9-not-october-not-2019-after-fed-started-not-qe4

a simple piece of Kalecki analysis that is NOT taught in economics classes, and hence NOT used in central banks or think-tanks, and thus NOT recognised in most market research:

Banks create debt (and hence broad money-supply) via lending. If that lending goes to productive investment the stock of money and goods are matched and there is no inflation and there is no long-term increase in debt to GDP. If the productivity growth from the new enterprise is fairly split between profits (for further investment) and wages (for consumption) then the growth cycle continues without a long-term increase in debt to GDP.

However, if businesses push down wages for profit–via globalisation–then consumption growth can only be sustained by borrowing, and debt to GDP trends up: when it hits a peak, growth permanently slows. At that point, businesses have no need to borrow – or if they do it is to speculate on financial assets and not invest in productive business. Growth slows further, and the cycle breaks down structurally. Governments have to then invest more and/or force wages higher. [YOU ARE HERE].

Central banks lowering rates merely sees housing and/or equity bubbles running on fumes. Each hiking cycle is replaced by an easing where we see lower highs and lower lows until we go negative – which is de facto debt default. And/or we do QE, which the Bank for International Settlement recently agreed does not flow to the real economy, but pours more liquidity into asset markets, making the rich richer. Unless QE allows governments more room for fiscal spending – which is de facto debt default. [YOU ARE HERE]

It’s really not that hard to model the system described above – or to predict the outcomes from it. Unless you are a central bank or think-tank – because this all gets political rather than economic, and they like to pretend the two are divorced when they are NOT. “

“White House Says It Will Refuse to Cooperate with Impeachment Inquiry (R.)”

Because: media, even the headline is wrong. There is NO Impeachment Inquiry, Trump just sent a letter asking the House why it is refusing to cooperate with a VOTE, a vote that would make such an inquiry legally exist. They’re in the majority: so easy. Pass it and proceed. Done. …So they don’t because why? A) 60% of Americans don’t want it, so their House Congressmen would lose, B) It would establish rights of the minority party to also interview and investigate, and they apparently can’t tolerate ANY review of the facts, even by the minority party which cannot win votes in their subcommittees. …Because they’re completely innocent and there’s nothing to see here, of course.

Like I said: tell them to look all you want, spend 2 years and $10 Million dollars because we’re innocent, and see you at the elections, fool, where you’ll lose for fraudulently prosecuting the innocent and wasting the taxpayer’s time. Why don’t they do that?

In any case, UNTIL such a vote, a 100% lock, THERE IS NO INQUIRY, and therefore, THERE IS NO LEGAL GROUNDS FOR SUBPOENAS. They know this because they CHANGED THE LANGUAGE in the letters and subpoenas to be uniquely non-legal standard. And the media reports on this honestly because…oh wait, that wasn’t us. We report the OPPOSITE of the truth. Because our guys are innocent, and don’t need any offsides favors.

…Which they already did. QE4 because the economy is so great and there’s nothing wrong anywhere. $218B in Repo rollovers already. May I remind you in ’08 they had to go before Congress for a massive, impossible $700B, now so small we’re almost there off-book.

“Trade Wars Lose US Its Competitiveness Top Spot – WEF (AFP)”

I see this all the time. But if tariffs are so bad like the economists say, then why through history, does every nation that uses them prosper? Like the U.S., Britain, China… Also, in a war of any sort…say the political wrangling in the U.S. right now…a war can be bad for you, and yet hurt your opponent MORE. Then you shove them down until they crack, and when you let up on your own pain, you bounce back and they don’t. …I mean, aren’t all wars like that? It’s not like they’re cost-free for the home team. Do all these journalists, economists, parties grow up in Shangra-la or something, where there are no costs or consequences for any of their actions? Oh wait: yes, their parents bought them into Eton and Haaaavard, then onto the boards of baseball teams and oil and gas companies where they fail ever upward, nevermind.

“Boris Johnson Facing No-Deal Brexit Cabinet Rebellion (R.)”

This is a loss. They’ve gained nothing. Ultimately there are only three things: The EU accepts a fair exit. UK leaves with No Deal. There is an election. In the election they are feverishly preventing-democracy-at-all-costs, they will lose and it will authorize the no-deal or anything else he wants, otherwise they would have called it. So they can only forestall the irritation of the people and crush democratic will for just so long. …But since they’ve admitted the EU will fall if the UK leaves (which deGaulle even said decades ago), you can understand their reluctance.

Larger view: the UK is (somehow!) the 2nd largest economy in Europe (wtf). It takes Italy, France, AND the England to counterbalance the power of Germany. If England leaves, Germany is no longer restrained and essentially Europe = Germany, forever. They already claim that now WITH England weighing on them. So what to do with petty fiefdoms France, whose bonds are all owned by Germany, Denmark, which isn’t the size of a German county, Holland, barely there, Belgium, only slightly better but divided three ways, Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Cyprus… Portugal? Ireland? Greece? Nope, nope, nope. Poland? Spain? Not if France doesn’t even rate. …That leaves Italy.

You see, by political/economic weight and counterweight, it can’t work. They either go full political state or back to root nations. You think it’s bad for Spain with the Basques and Catalonia? Imagine a German state with 25 ethnic minorities agitating, and every day having to run them over to keep the state viable and on track. Problems.

Blackmailed? Conspiracy! Surely that never happens, they say as they review the very case of Epstein and his worldwide blackmailing ring… Nope! No blackmail here! And certainly not from the secret service of a foreign ally!

Syria: guessing as usual the State Dept. and bureaucracy is simply defying orders and doing whatever they think they can get away with. Cheeto only runs maybe 20% of the government so far.

Rumor has it there may be interesting terrain in this part of Syria though. WHAT IF Iran, to be in compliance of the nuclear treaty, instead ran a centrifuge base a mile across the border in Syria? What if that base wasn’t run by Rouhani, but the breakaway Rev. Guard who shot down the drones and tried to get a war going that would only advantage S.A. and Israel? WHAT IF the C-130 cargo planes of cash-money given to Iran specifically so it couldn’t be tracked via banking trace was meant to insure that war happens? And you know, any uranium mischief has an inescapable signature of the source mine, one thing slowing down such mischief, traced to the source. So WHAT IF if was uranium sourced from the Uranium One mines? They are in Canada, but can plausibly blame Russia even though the U.S./Canada/Deep State would have the same material. …Because it’s pretty clear there are quite a posse’ of high-profile individuals gunning for a nuclear war in the M.E., to bring the Christ, to bring the antichrist, to bring the Madhi, to hide the financial theft and collapse, or just for $$$ and greater territory. And we already know a bunch of de-commissioned delivery missiles are missing from the United States. IF by some chance this were true, it would make the territorial control on that border much more understandable. All the U.S. men, Russia, and Assad’s Syria seem to be converging on the same target. Funny world.

Also it would come from the Judiciary, which already has a committee and 6 REAL investigations. If lies don’t work: More Lies!!!

“How the top tax rate for highest incomes has changed in the US.”

But the wealthy don’t pay those taxes. They buy a senator and a loophole. Didn’t Russia prove this when they went flat-rate and revenue increased? A 10-minute discussion with any accountant will tell you that the wealthy buy oil, muni’s, T-bills, and other tax-free instruments, then offshore money, keep it in corporate structures instead of taking “income”, (Bezos’ ‘income’ is a mere $80k) and shelter it in assets. If you want economic hoarding and stagnation, or the near-total destruction of family farms and businesses, this is how to get it. What happened with Kennedy and taxes? Not saying it has to be erased, but there’s an inflection point, and our tax rate is already far beyond it. The top 10% already pay 90% of taxes. 50% already are too poor to pay any (income) taxes. Too high? This is why they need carbon taxes. They are regressive and fall exclusively on the poor. If they took everything from every person, corporation, and asset, they could only balance the budget for one year. But we have a solution! More government! More spending!

Luongo was excellent. Nailed it, in my opinion. Since they would go after him if he stops W’s neocon wars-of-certain-death, he’s got a free hand since they already have opened up all ammunition against him. It’s a straight freebee. Every American in Flyoverland (i.e. the people who suffer these idiotic wars) knows we should get out unless someone can define winning, losing, and why. Americans are always “mind your own business because I couldn’t give a wet s—t about any of you.” That villainous “Isolationism” the schmarty-guyz natter about, unwilling to be within 100 miles of a weapon themselves, much less sign up and go over Lincoln-brigade style, as is their right.

So although they lambaste hicks as being violent, ignorant, bloodthirsty, racist, Jesus-is-for-war cannon fodder, in reality they would, and do, stay out of every war including WWI and II if they could. It’s the Haaaaa-vaard types and Wall Street that makes it happen, to bail their system out and get profits up. In any case, every American except CNN wants out. Out of everywhere. Out of Iraq, out of Africa, out of Germany, even. It’s these bloodthirsty war-profiteers like GE (former owners of NBC) that don’t.

Even the military wants out before the U.S. is destroyed with empire adventurism, which is why it is happening under a President the U.S. Marines and Military Intel put into office.

Either way…where’s the love, Europe, where’s the love for our honest, diverse Muslim brothers, who simply have a “diversity of beliefs and tactics” and “who am I to judge”? Or are not all animals and all actions equal, and there are rules after all? Sweden said they’d take them, just need to drop-ship and they’ll get refugee status and free health care. AOC agrees.

Here’s what real whistleblowers are like:

As he says, funny ol’ thing how the CIA didn’t protect him as required by law but instead ginned up a new investigation, tapped his phone, bankrupted him and threw him in jail. Got off pretty easy.

Bosco: thank you the honorable opposition. Take your party back if there’s anything I can do to help.

Vet: Ominous. Yet not wrong. Somehow we will take a third direction, messy and long, completely unsatisfying for everyone. We deserve it, and still worse, so we may get off easy in the end.

Democracy is presently an illusion, such illusion that ex-Presidents and Universities issue front-page reports on the sham and inspire no comment, no discussion, no change, yet it doesn’t have to be. The only thing that makes it a sham is the surrender and dereliction of duty by the people, which is now being remedied, but fruitlessly opposed. Each day the villains get revealed a little more, and the new generation growing up seeing nothing but lies gets a little more to voting (and fighting) age.

A scalpel to the eyes? That’s graphic.

It’s Monday, what to surrender today? How about the Constitution? I mean, that’s like every other day, but…

“If the impeachment provision in the Constitution of the United States will not reach the offenses charged here, then perhaps that 18th-century Constitution should be abandoned to a 20th-century paper shredder!” —Retweeted by HRC

So of course we should just erase 230 years of Federal Law and replace it with whatever we feel like that day. When has that ever gone wrong?

    “The ‘Whistleblower’ Probably Isn’t (Taibbi)”

What’s he whistleblowing? If we’re lucky, they may force Trump to release the transcript. Oh wait: they set up this whole plan on the basis that he WOULDN’T release and are too stupid to adjust. I suspect this is because Mil Intel planted a fake honeypot transcript on their server and let the CIA read it…thus the discussion about him moving it to a “secure” server. The White House isn’t a “secure” server? Can you clarify what you’re saying there, ‘cause it sounds weird. Anyway, what’s Brennan and Schiff going to say? “We’ve been running illegal surveillance of the President and all his servers in an attempt to undermine and remove the executive?” Uh, no. They got caught, and he sucked them into an impeachment misfire specifically mirroring Biden. This is also why Pelosi inexplicably said Schiff read Trump’s actual conversation into the Congressional record, even when challenged on national TV by Clinton/DNC’s Papadopoulos of all people. She may still believe and/or be trying to make something of it.

Go Taibbi though, don’t know how he’s allowed to tell the truth like that. The very fact he’s speaking, and protected anonymously instead of ‘leaked’, outed and arrested, means persons #1 and #2 are definitively NOT a whistleblower.

But we knew that because they worked for the CIA.

“When will the MSM start publishing about the “DNC-UKRAINE SCANDAL”? The Director of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine was convicted in Ukraine for interfering in the U.S. presidential election in 2016…”

A: Never. There is no level of criminality or malfeasance that could possibly cause any protected person to be arrested. Or anyone in their family. Or even investigated. It’s treason to even suggest such a thing.

And they wonder why the peasants rose in 1789? At some point people think either the law applies to them too or to nobody at all. What do you think would happen if I invented a legal document, back-dated it, and filed it with the Judge in order to use the court as my extortioner? It would be a miracle if I got only 30 days. Narcissists on the march: Laws for thee and not for me. “May the odds be always in your favor.”

WashExaminer, they are “choking” on this terrible scandal. Yeah, choking on the record money they’re raising, $25M in one day in CA. Isn’t that sort of the OPPOSITE of Woodward’s characterization? But don’t worry: they haven’t spent any of it winning or doing anything useful, so you’re safe.

“If the US leaves the Kurds alone to be cannon fodder for Erdogan, it will deeply regret it. No-one counting on US support will ever trust it again.”

Nonsense. The Anglos have betrayed and double-crossed everybody they ever met on every treaty they ever signed. Ask the Hungarian revolution, the Iranians, Cyprus, Saddam, Kaddafi, the Ukrainians, and lately, the EU…just like they have for 500 years and just like de Gaulle said they would. Apparently makes no impression on anyone. Maybe everyone is illiterate and never tells stories about the past, I dunno. I’m not a genius or anything, I’m just literate and read, you know, words.

“Auto Imports From Mexico Surge As US Sales Decline (WS)”

These aren’t just things, just widgets, I daresay such a move is the result of 10-20 year plans to move factories and supply chains there. And there is no stopping the opening of the doors when you do that, even into the face of an auto recession. (Yes, the U.S. is as flooded with cars as it is retail space. We could stop making them for 5-10 years and get by)

So they make it sound like this is a choice. They just shipped some widgets. No choice. And this is why stability and visibility is more precious than gold to corporations. (thus why gov’t rules being slapped on and off with each season, personality, and fad is so destructive.)

“their allies in the media have proclaimed the texts to be “damning.”

The media is so discredited, if they were cake recipes, they’d be called ‘damning.’ Just yesterday, the NYT made up their entire article. –Hey bub, you can ALREADY just call up whoever on the phone, who you ALREADY know will say whatever you want, though an outlier, and write a real article that will do the same thing. Lying by focus, done for decades. Did you really have to just make it up? This is news?

Yes. This is how divorced from reality they have become. Anyway, that’s why there’s less sense in discussing it, though we have to. Orlov had the same impression: Zelinsky and Ukraine are a nobody, Trump told him if he wants anything, don’t call: you’re the EU’s problem. The West is still living a fantasy: although he said, “talk to Russia if you want anything done,” Russia doesn’t want anything to do with Ukraine. It’s a money pit Nuland, Brzezinski and the dummies at the CFR tried to poison and get Russia to eat. They won’t. They could care less. Never have the CFR and all think tanks been made to look so stupid. So as a neighbor, they’ll send a team, they could even annex Donbass, but why would you take on the world’s most corrupt nation, AND filled with carefully engineered violent, rabid, western, Russia-hating Nazis (for a change, no metaphor or hyperbole, wiki Banderas) You idiots believed the EU and particularly the Anglos, both of which have double-crossed and broken every treaty they’ve ever signed. And now you’re being double-crossed, broken, and sucked dry. Were there no history books in Ukraine? Did the USSR not tell you not to trust the lying, corrupt West? Ah well.

Despite the widespread conclusion” by the media, which is now mostly CIA and MI6 (see above), somehow he didn’t slavishly trust the source of the “WMD and ties to al-qaeda crowd.” How guache to have the brains of a moo-cow. Get thee to a University and have that fixed so you can believe what we schmarty-guys do.

“Hong Kong Democrats To Challenge Mask Ban In Court (HKFP)”

The courts again, jumping into politics to decide when enough is too much. “Oh wait: there’s no law, we just all felt you’d gone too far.” That’s like running up and down the football pitch with a new sideline painter whenever you want a play to be in or out of bounds. …And in another sense, what can you do? The idea that anyone is truly objective is an illusion, and the courts have always made up the law anyway they wished, through Martin Armstrong back to the Star Chamber. You have to aspire to better, is all. But aspiring to better is within men, not within law.

“We cannot allow rioters any more to destroy our treasured Hong Kong.”

Well she does say “OUR”, as in, “why don’t you look at what you’re doing to the city we all love.” They don’t appear to have any intent of negotiating. They will only accept surrender, and a total loss of face for the central government(s). I’m not sure that’s wise. …What would you do if Brexiteers and Black-clad protesters were waving the Chinese and Communist flags while vowing to topple the government? Oh wait: they are. In any case, it will go GREAT for the CIA and MI6 to destroy China and move the Banking center to Singapore, but it will be ruinous for Hong Kong. So they’re waving the right flags and singing the right anthems: they’re going to die in the service of BoJo and Trump. See Ukraine and their reading assignment, above.

“A woman attacked by Jeffrey Epstein … and Leslie Wexner … summer of 1996.”

And nobody knew nothin’. So when do we arrest and try the policemen in Ohio for dereliction of duty, taking bribes, contributing to a felony, and telling the Ohio Governor too? I’ll wait. We knew back then, but it was a “conspiracy theory.” Funny ol’ world how all the myths are true, which anyone could know if they would look half a second and read a few documents, you know, with your eyes. They won’t. They won’t look, and they’ll say they know it’s not true because they didn’t do any research or investigation at all.

“They should not be allowed to use the filing to shield their assets.”

Back to courts. The whole POINT of a corporation is to shield assets, and if you break that, you will gravely harm modern capitalism. However, you also cannot commute(?) assets in order to put them out of reach of your creditors. If you could, every company would sell their factory to the owner for $1 the day before bankruptcy.

They say the Constitution wasn’t made to deal with modern capitalism and rules, but I’d go the other way on that: under Hamilton, to get a corporate license, you needed to sell Congress on the social good you would create, and could be easily revoked, exactly because they knew how dangerous the West India Company could be, like Epstein and Blackwater, with their own private army. Does Twitter want to explain how their product is improving the peace, prosperity, and tenor of discussion to Congress and the American people? Does Wells Fargo want to explain how creating a few hundred thousand fake accounts, and then feloniously billing people for them is a social good of the people? I think not. Maybe the problem is that we’re not following the Constitution, that is to say, Federal LAW, nearly enough.

That’s what happens when your escape hatch is to cause a civil war.

We get over-excited about it, and nobody likes it, but the process is working pretty well, especially for the strain it’s under. Some dictator: listening to Congress, not re-appropriating funds, obeying all judges even in the 9th which is inevitably overturned… At the same time, Congress attempts all kinds of things, but the Courts still rule on them, the executive still calls for process, it still goes to the courts, etc.

And they can’t stop the process here as in Britain. For one, we HAVE to have an election. Parliament CAN’T stop the executive. So sure if Congress wants to investigate and release, so can the DoJ. The court actually exists and has a history. And the election will tip the field one way or another, and one side will then fruitlessly claim it’s false. Again.

No one wants to hear it, but the government also doesn’t dare overrule the people beyond a point either. Cheeto doesn’t have to tell them: they already know if they go too far the 300M guns will suddenly matter, and despite everything they’ve come up with, in war games the People destroy the U.S. military every time. It’s infuriating to every tyrant, so that’s why Beto says he’s coming…or rather he idiotically thinks he’s going to order 90% red hats to go attack 90% of other red hats, and they’ll mindlessly obey him, just ’cause he’s Beto and they’re Minions. All narcissistic sociopaths do.

So the Republic is under a lot of strain, but is working, and the election will pick the direction, not the black-masked guys beating orthodox Jews and gay Asians in the streets of Seattle in opposition to free speech. (Do you ever ask yourself, ‘Are we the baddies?’) Isn’t that against every spin-doctored illusion and lie they’re told you for the last 100 years? That the very existence of guns, and stress, would inevitably mean everyone would shoot each other? You’re still more likely to be bitten by a shark, and 10x more likely to die of ordinary crime in Chicago and Baltimore. The press’s father is the Father of Lies. Their job is to hide all objective statistics and make things seem bigger than they are. Keep your heads.

Yes they’re going to try all these underhanded tactics, but note they will NOT go further. Why not? What is restraining Pelosi from, I don’t know, more mischief than just childishly weaseling some House rules and lying about it on TV? Something certainly is. And it could go further, but instead we’re going to put that energy into an election, and take out the opposition in a SAFE, LEGAL way. …Just as designed.

At some point, they will also flip back to the 10th and give that power back to the States as required for 100 years. Then Blue states can be as Blue as they want, have all the gay marriage, single bathrooms, and single-payer health care they want, and the Red states can have fireworks and do whatever Red states do, I dunno. Via law and elections. Frustrating and slow though it is.

Lke the Joker, their job is to make you think law and order isn’t working. That you must resort to theft, violence, anarchy, abuse, but you don’t. Cooperation is always slower and stronger. We’re getting a lesson in exactly why we have laws, we have processes, and we follow them — a thing forgotten for 50 years and removed from schoolbooks for exactly this reason. In why we don’t want police standing down. In why we have free speech. All this is a good thing, not a bad thing. How else can a people re-learn the lesson of law and #Logos? Why order is better than chaos, why reality works better than illusion? But it’ll be many years yet. Be patient, and more than that be grateful. We almost missed even the offer of a second chance, so make the most of it while it’s here.

Wow, let’s not make you captain of the ship. Suppose a storm breaks and we’re battered by the winds, urgent action is required.

Should our response be a) mindless terror, or b) vigorous action?

Should we a) terrorize the crew with stories of how we probably won’t come out alive or b) invigorate them to personal action and teamwork?

Should we a) do what has worked in the past for 1,000 years or b) attempt to rebuild the ship, our response, and our hierarchical structure into something new and untested a few hours before the storm begins?

Battering your crew into mindless terror, thereby avoiding all action and change in their personal actions — the only action they actually have power over — is irresponsible in the extreme. When they have mental breakdowns on the ropes and are washed overboard — as indeed seems to be happening — count yourself responsible. I’ll go plant trees.

It’s Thursday, who should surrender today? How about Sweden?

    Swedes Are Fleeing

    https://www.gatestoneinstitute.org/14894/swedes-are-fleeing

Well, it is the hand grenade capital of the world. However, should you really abandon your country rather than fight for it? Of course this could be fixed, remediated, but to do that you’d have to talk honestly about what has happened and where to go from here, because hands will have to pull together.

“NYT: ‘Whistleblower’ Spoke to ‘Shifty Schiff’ Before Filing Complaint (RT)”

We’re finding new illegalities in the Schiff frame-up job. The Whistleblower documents were altered, as we know, specifically to make it legal for this CIA agent to use nonsense hearsay, as proven by the call transcript. And we know Schiff sat on this “Urgent Matter”, the very reason it has whistleblower status, for 2-3 weeks. And then there’s the other matter of, yes, the Whistleblower ACCUSED the President, (not sure that makes you a whistleblower, maybe a leaker? Or as CIA, a “bureaucratic adversary”?) but how did the agency know the allegation had merit unless THEY HEARD THE CONVERSATION? –And clearly they didn’t. Just question, because sans evidence, all we have is “You said” — which is the reason Whistleblowers must actually have evidence-in-hand. Otherwise, I could say Schiff was brainwashed by aliens from Alpha Centuri, overseen by David Icke and get Whistleblower status — a nonstarter.

But worse than that. The document was suddenly changed, and the leaker’s helpers – CIA and Schiff – BACKDATED the original complaint on the pdf form. So they are not only changing forms at will to make them legal, they are essentially filing false government statements as well. And they had to to get the date and the legality to align, as for 220 years until that date you had to have a thing called “evidence.” So any one else think the CIA whistleblower is himself the CIA agent from the board of Burisma? You know, in conversations with Brennan?

“They should look at him for treason because he is making up the words of the president”

Oh geez, calm down. Like yourself, there are 50,000 felonies in play here, and you go after the one thing that’s senseless. Do your job and prosecute his ACTUAL felonies, which are many.

But such is history. It looks clear and exciting in the books, but in reality is messy and takes a long time. In reality, things are almost always habitual and ordinary, as it must be. Bah. The British Supreme Court has only been around in this form since 2009. Somehow they got along without it lo these thousand years. So if they vanished, would anyone notice? No one knows where they fit. It would be different if they’d been integral to the founding, like here.

Not that the other questions aren’t relevant. So the Court says they’re Primary and rule everything, including the Queen. Boris says he’s primary, and as head of Parliament, rules executive and legislative, while the court has no jurisdiction over a tradition that existed 500-years before they showed up. And the only one that actually HAS a credible case for pre-eminence, and unlimited precedent, where she merely lends her power voluntarily to the state is the Queen, and she’s abdicating all. I’m alright Jack.

Any of them, including the EU, could solve this in a week if they wanted. The Queen can throw against the court and say, “Oi! Like it or not, I’M the one who said Prorogue was legal. I predate you.” Parliament is essentially required to call and election, and should, and won’t, because they would “lose” and the people would “win” over Westminster. The EU has to see this is no-win and shouldn’t try feverishly to be the villain every time. The court should disband themselves before somebody gets cross with their Henry VIII impersonation. Oh and the people should gilet jaune them all with cricket bats ‘til they fold. But clearly a nation of abdicators and surrenders. And they say that WE’RE the ones who always do the right thing after exhausting every other option. Human nature, I suppose.

Leave But With A Deal may well be the largest group out there.

That’s true but the EU will EBD before they allow the UK and their $11B to leave and set a precedent for leaving that Italy will follow behind. So: there IS no deal. There never will be a deal. The deal is kaput, it is no more, it has joined the choir invisible. If the EU had an army they would nuke the UK and invade before they would agree to a deal. So the majority of Britons can take the highly-advisible view that they should leave with a deal. They should. But that can and will never, ever, EVER, E / V / E / R happen, so they must needs make other plans. …Which I and like 500 other bloggers said as far back as 1999. Here we are, screwed as predicted, and still waiting as predicted, while Britain darkens each day.

This is why the Leave with a Deal is being ignored. If they all want peace they can have it. If they all want a deal they can have it. It hardly takes an afternoon to say, “look this is happening, let’s make the best”. They don’t want peace and they don’t want a deal. They don’t even want a democracy.

    So what do you do?
