I am going to attempt a rebuttal. I see the behavior to which you speak. I do not see the boundary of logic running between the sexes. I see too many men also gullible. Where is the boundary? I dont know, but I am happy to guess. Its between those who have an investment in going along to get along and those who dont. This may draw in more women than men. I see the inverse in action in employment. Executive positions exist to minority report going along. This may draw more men than women. If your executives go along, they are not doing their job. I think this is the case. Linking this to executive behavior points to the remedy. Systems with true executives will out compete systems that go along. Even if they are from another country. The go along tend to do well and spread because thats what going along is for. That is only within the boundarys of your system. It wont be fixed until its looses to another system.

Not taxing a particular job is no tax. Not taxing someone paid from taxes is establishment of a flat tax. Maybe progressive, but deductible free.
