Andrea Pozzo Ceiling Fresco, Church of St. Ignazio, Rome (entire ceiling is flat) 1685-94

Did a podcast with James Kunstler the day after the midterms. We had a great time. We’ve never met, but we’ve known each other for a long time. Lots of mutual appreciation. The timing meant we missed out on Jeff Sessions’ resignation, and on Jim Acosta being fired. No doubt those events would have taken us well past the one hour mark. Well, there’s always a next time.

Outstanding dialogue between two keen observers of the contemporary scene. Look forward to hearing more of these in the future!

Great listen Ilargi; you and James fire well off of each other.
Given we’ve never met the podcast adds another dimension to what we know of you.
I pretty much resonate with most all of what you two discussed.

That ceiling, Andrea Pozzo Ceiling Fresco, Church of St. Ignazio, Rome; is nothing short of amazing and beautiful.
An early Esher no less… 😉

James is one of the people asking honest questions and looking for honest answers. People who both talk and listen. A rare commodity these days.
