Talking of egg shortages in Taiwan: China has a never-ending supply of eggs, we never run short and the shops are full of great eggs. Must be something in the western water, or it is Bill Gates’ Beyond Eggs killing birds through corruption, which seems to be the Bill Gates way.
I am visiting Taipei, Taiwan, again for a few days. Today I saw a queue for eggs and asked a friend, a restaurant owner, what was going on. She told me that there is a shortage of eggs and that people are expecting a food crisis in the next few months due to climate change, the cause of the egg shortage is just the beginning. Oh dear.
You have to understand that Taiwan is a “western” country when it comes to political games. CNN is the most frequently quoted western news media over here, they play endless CNN clips on local news. The Taiwan government has apparently decided to go along with the WEF culling of chickens. They have been culling chickens for bird flu – sounds very familiar – but this is a very suspicious act in Taiwan as there has been a meat-import ban in Taiwan for a number of years. Nobody is allowed to import meat, certainly not live meat, unless that meat is inspected by the government and the importer is licensed. Many have taken this to be just another Taiwanese monopoly, a way for the well connected to fleece the population, in the same way as Taiwan only has a single importer and distributor of liquor … totally corrupt. Returning to bird flu, you have to wonder how the birds in Taiwan managed to catch bird flu when meat and live animals cannot be imported. Were they poisoned by CIA agents? If so, will the Taiwanese government discover this or will they continue in their usual ignorance? You can just taste the corruption.

I do have a mobile phone but do not carry it around with me, I check it once in the morning then put it away for the day. I guess you would think that if you also believe the world ends at your gate and started when you were born. Otherwise, this is a plainly stupid assertion. Then came the propaganda age, the years since the USA started ruling the world, and you could view the USA’s killing as no different to the big names. The USA kept the killing behind a curtain so that the US people could pretend that they believed that killing children in Iraq was saving America. Of course, the people of the USA always knew that every day people were being killed using their tax money, but they had a socially acceptable “I didn’t know, is Iraq a country?” lie they could spout to forgive themselves of the evil that they allowed to be perpetrated in their name in a world outside America that the US people count not even be bothered to find out about: killing people they didn’t even know existed.
I see this as a big problem with Christian culture: Christianity includes forgiveness which allows people to do terrible things as long as they later repent to Christ … Christianity allows people to not take responsibility for the crimes by saying a few hail Mary’s to wipe clean their history of murdering. Hence people like Colin Powel can be rehabilitated into society. How evil is that and how long have the Christians been allowing evil to live in their midst under the pretense of forgiveness?
Naomi Wolf claims that evil has descended, but that evil comes out of the mouths of the ignorant west all the time. For example, a lot of people in the west consider freedom to be one of the most important human rights. Many people in China would not agree with this idea, they would rather forfeit freedom in return for a reduction in crime and faster economic development: enabled by state run social scoring, facial recognition systems and financial controls. Same for Democracy, most people I have spoken to in China think that the Chinese would not benefit from Democracy. Of course, these ideas are core to western ideals, but they mean nothing much in the rest of the world. The western people were willing to swallow the line that they fight in Iraq, killing hundreds of thousands, to bring Democracy to that nation but nobody cared to ask Iraq whether they wanted Democracy. Similar in Ukraine. It does not take much to see the sort of corrupt regime the people of the west are supporting in Ukraine, yet they keep on supporting the Ukraine war. The evil is there, it has always been there, it will always be there and the ordinary people collaborate with evil all the time.
Pretending that Covid is some sort of new evil is just a rather flimsy excuse for not calling out the evil of the past and not seeing Covid for what it was at the time.

With all due respect (and I do highly respect most of your input, when you’re not overwrought) you don’t know very much about the often cited (but rarely accurately represented) Jesus.
I was raised in a “speaking in tongues” evangelical family. Everything we did was related to God as my father was completely dedicated to God which was why I was raised in Africa, so that he could work his career helping the local poor in the name of God. Unless there is even one scrap of the Jesus story that I did not hear – there isn’t – then I consider myself well informed on the subject. I am not disagreeing that the Jesus story is about a good man, what I am disagreeing with is that it is the solution to our problems. Sure, if everybody obeyed the teachings of Jesus then the world would be a better place, but they won’t in the same way as people in communist countries will end up being corrupted by greed, so why consider this to be relevant when looking at society. Other societies, such as China, do not have a God or a Jesus story but do have a moral framework, morals without religion, so what of them? Should the west impose its God and Jesus story on everyone on this planet? Is the western way the only way?

@Dr John Day: I apologise if I appear to be having a go at you re. Tulsi Gabbard. I am using you as an example of how people have viewpoints that are maybe contradictory to their values or not what they would necessarily choose to support, the viewpoint being the result of their cultural heritage.
A more extreme example would be me saying that I understand why non-elite Jewish people in Israel would steal the homes of Palestinians. Why would a normal good person steal someone else’s home. The main reason is that the elites of that group support such actions and couch the justification to the common people in terms that make the people think they are not being bad by stealing someone else’s house. They are as brainwashed as the people who support the vaccines or woke and although they may have nagging doubts, they soon override those because it is easy and society supports them.

All groups have their elite classes and it is mainly the elite classes that run the groups. Take the British and their empire, was the East India Company a reflection of all British prople, including British children, or was it just the greedy British elites grabbing what they could steal. The result was an empire, a British empire, but did the British children have anything to do with that empire or do they just get dragged into the fray because they are British – and now labelled white supremecists. As for the Jews, they have their elites and those people form the basis of what people in the world will think of the Jews. The theft of Palestine was done by elite Jews, regardless of whether they are practicing or not is irrelevant, in the same way as the people in the East India company were Christians, regardless of whether they were practising or not. The Jews in Israel are heavily supported by the elite Jews in America and vice versa. I don’t care which ones are practicing, which ones are “real” Jews, that is for them to sort out – none of my business – but they all identify as a part of that group and their land, Israel, also identifies them as Jews. Your argument about whether they are real of not is like an argument about whether Church of England are real Christians because they are not Catholics. I don’t care, they are all Christians to me because the people who decide who are Christians – the elite Chiristians – say that is so. The elite Jews say all these people are Jews, so they all gain the protection of the anti-semitism laws and they all get the right to live in Israel. Sure, some Jews will get dragged into the classification of Jews although they do not agree with what their elites are doing. I am sure it was the same when the East India Company was pillaging, but it makes no difference to the victims, they are all victims of the British and today we are all victims of the Jews. I really don’t care how you try to pretend that these people are fake Jews, although language is constantly changing, the word Jew today includes the people who are identified as Jews by Israel. If you think the real Jews are victims then they can break away from the Israel Jews and let everybody know that they are different and reject Zionism and support the Palestinian right to live in Palestine, you know, all those political viewpoints that do not exist in any of the Jews in congress.
The judicious truth is that these “real” Jews that you talk of do not stand up for themselves, they do not sponsor politicians to support their views, so why should I stand up for them? To me the distinction between real and fake Jews is a straw man argument, plain bullshit, mostly because actions are what counts and these two groups are not fighting each other outside their comfortable Jew enclaves. Talk is one thing, but unless it is backed by action, it is not really what people believe.

AFKTT gains credibility by being anti-vax, anti-Ukraine war, anti-establishment, anti-oligarch, then he goes forth and uses that credibility to promote the establishment and oligarch climate change lies. People keep reading him because he needs to provide entertainment and our-side hate-speech in order to try to get you to read his stuff and hopefully recruit you on to his climate change team. I do not read his shite, I know where he is coming from, but it astounds me that people still take him seriously given all the obvious contradictions in his political position. I can understand reading him for the rants, if you are into that sort of thing, but not for serious info or debate. Consistency of values reveals whether someone is disingenuous or a true believer. AFKTT does not have consistent values.

Observing that there is a very high concentration of Jews in positions of power, for example, almost all the Covid positions of power were Jews, is now unacceptable?
