I had that problem when living in in NZ. I trapped the rats using peanut butter, they love that stuff. Once they had all gone, the possums moved in and that was even worse. They would chase each other around the roof space making a lot of noise and sounding like they were about to fall through the ceiling. They would sometimes climb out the roof and sit in front of the french doors, looking at me in the living room as if I was infesting their house. I soon got rid of them with traps, but once caught in a trap they again would make a hell of a noise dying. Such is life. After that I sealed the roof with wire and enjoyed a decent night’s sleep.

Why do these people see the vast majority as not needed? Their parents left them a ton of money so they think they are needed? How does money make you needed and being poor makes you not needed? There is absolutely no logic in that, money being just an invention of the people who claim to be needed.

Can Europe make up the difference? Of course not, Europe has no energy resources. China is totally self-sufficient in energy for electricity – it produces all its own electricity from domestic coal resources. Where it does need imports is with fossil fuels, but it shares a border with Russia which has more than enough oil and gas, a border that the USA could never control.
Even Australia is self-immolating its fossil fuel sector, cutting off its own legs to destroy its own economy. They are one of the west’s greatest sources of energy, but they refuse to use it, so in times of war, there will be no industry available to help defend the nation.
The financial gift from the USA to all and sundry are basically theft. The majority of that money will go into private pockets in return for nothing. The US tax payer is being fleeced – has been for decades – and the political system benefits through brown envelopes. There is no auditing of where the money goes in the same way as there is no auditing of elections; crime requires the authorities to turn a blind eye, the sort of blind eye that Soros pays for with his elected attorneys. Israel does not need more money for weapons, the USA just ships across as many weapons as they ask for, the weapons are free for Israel, so why do they need more billions in USD?

Fake news. You have never been able to use these apps in China. Even if you could download the app, you could never use the app as it could never connect to the service providers’ servers. The only way to escape this is to use a VPN, then you could access these apps, but normal people cannot be bothered, they just use WeChat for messaging and the other Chinese apps instead of Facebook etc. Unlocking your phone will still enable you to load these apps, but again they still will not be able to reach a server, so kind of pointless unless you want to go the VPN route.

Trump has benefitted massively from this charade that is currently underway. At least east and west stock market indexes are still going up, for the time being. Property is much less certain, but at least property has utility.

Recently installed a 2hp aircon on our rooftop, so that we can sit outdoors on the roof and enjoy aircon at the same time. It is bloody brilliant, I should have done it years ago.
