    On the anniversary of Jan. 6 Capitol riot, a reminder that watching footage may be traumatizing

    “Those images were incredibly violent … and so repeated exposure to them, even if you’re not in immediate threat but can simply empathize with others who were, causes you to maintain a state of hyper-vigilance — that high level of arousal you maintain by exposing yourself to it,”

    good grief! the average american watches “die hard eleven, blood squirt” for breakfast, and then plays “call of duty – operation grind ’em up” to relax after work. how on earth would a crowd of grandmas traumatize them!??

    for those who dare:

    https://www.thedailybeast.com/this-is-the-day-that-joe-biden-became-president

    In what may be the most powerful speech of his presidency, Joe Biden commemorated the one-year anniversary of the January 6 riot in the U.S. Capitol not just by condemning the violence and defending democracy, but by calling Donald Trump a loser.

    hahahaha, mr. biden is plagiarizing me! (see post #97174

    actually, it’s kinda embarrassing.

    • Take over-the-counter pain relief, such as ibuprofen or acetaminophen, if needed.
    • Stay hydrated, by drinking lots of water.
    • Have soothing foods like soup on hand.
    • Get plenty of rest.
    • Isolate from those in your household who are not ill.
    • If you have difficulty breathing, seek help immediately.

    Mine eyes have seen the story
    Of deplorables in D.C.;
    They were trampling on the mall
    With MAGA hats, it was all on the T.V.;
    They rambled up the fateful steps,
    Urged on by F.B.E*.;
    The truth just matters not.

    Glory! Glory! Trump’s a Loser!
    Glory! Glory! Trump’s a Loser!
    Glory! Glory! Trump’s a Loser!
    The truth just matters not.

    I have seen them taking selfies
    With a hundred D.C. cops,
    The rabble filled the Capitol
    Armed with viking hats and mops;
    Truth be told, they let them all run in
    The bullshit never stops;
    The truth just matters not.

    Glory! Glory! Trump’s a Loser!
    Glory! Glory! Trump’s a Loser!
    Glory! Glory! Trump’s a Loser!
    The truth just matters not.

    So round up a commission
    That has just one thing to find;
    Obscure the facts and lie and cheat,
    And Warp the People’s mind;
    Nancy, Chuck, Liz Cheney, Adam Schiff
    Have it all so well Designed;
    Blackrock will be so pleased!

    Glory! Glory! Trump’s a Loser!
    Glory! Glory! Trump’s a Loser!
    Glory! Glory! Trump’s a Loser!
    The truth just matters not.

    phoenix: excellent point. i often have thought how “lucky” we were to have contracted covid in early 2020. my wife did suffer greatly (and may still be doing so), but my son and myself felt little to nothing. that experience liberated me from the fear that was being thrown at me every day.

    Nicole brought this to my attention through her social media.

    •• she’s smart

    Some people here seem to play down the virus.

    •• no way. it killed a loved one. however, he was denied any form of early treatment.

    They mock the precautions.

    •• mock is not the right term. a thorough analysis, however, shows that lockdowns and masks are useless.

    They disparage those who get a vaccine.

    •• not true. i worry so for my family and friends, but loathe the criminals who know how dangerous these injections are, yet still offer them up as a way out despite knowing they are useless at best, deadly at worst.

    They mock those who wear a mask.

    •• not true. i worry about how much people have been manipulated. mocking is karmically dangerous.

    They laugh at suggestions of taking basic mechanical efforts to prevent the spread.

    •• i do not laugh. i do, however, see that these mechanical efforts are futile.

    They think social distancing is a scam.

    •• i’ve always stayed away from others when i’m sick. when i’m sick.

    Most latch on to ivermectin

    •• ivermectin has saved millions of lives. for covid, it is one small piece of a multi-drug regimen that would have, could have, has and is saving many, many lives.

    and the great reset narrative.

    •• do you trust the davos set?

    Because, that’s what you do.

    •• actually, i’m a musician and vegetable grower.

    Several warned us all back in August that AED would usher in a mass die-off event probably by Xmas,

    •• well, it’s not aed, it’s actually the injections.

    where all of you “truth tellers” would be the only one’s left standing.

    •• god forbid. my family and friends are vital to my happiness and health.

    What a fun world that would be!

    •• i see trees of green, red roses, too..

    Some people here had covid last year and still have problems.

    •• yep. everywhere. mr. fauci et al. must go to prison.

    Many more will catch the virus

    •• eat your vegetables!

    and will suffer from the long term effects described in the thread I posted.

    •• true. but, again, the injections are worthless. early treatment is key.

    It seems like some of you have even gotten covid just recently,

    •• even though we’re all locked up and masked..

    despite the ivermectin “sure fire protocol”.

    •• again, it is you who is fixated on ivermectin.

    Maybe you should think twice when disparaging your family who doesn’t talk to you,

    •• i don’t disparage them, i quietly wait for them to see what’s been done to them.

    because maybe, just maybe, they are afraid and suffering.

    •• they are, and it’s absolutely criminal what has been done. mr fauci et al. need to go to prison.

    Maybe they are experiencing trauma from illness or loss of loved one’s.

    •• so am i.

    And maybe they think you’re a bit crazy in the way you probably mock them as you mock me.

    •• i don’t mock them. i mock you because you are incredibly rude, but only a little ’cause i like to keep my soul clean.

    People are just not as smart as you- you said it yourself.

    •• actually my brother, sisters and father are really, really smart.

    But it seems like being that smart might also give you some perspective on the fear that other’s carry about an unknown situation that they now find themselves living with.

    •• oh, i can see the fear machine and its detrimental effects in action every day.

    Your friends and family are tools,

    •• again, so rude. my friends and family are wonderful people. they would create neither bioweapons nor promote “solutions” they knowingly can see are harming others.

    just like everyone else,

    ••  each is individual

    just like me,

    •• you are unique..

    incapable of nuance and ignorant of all the deep level of conspiracy that you have uncovered.

    •• it’s actually uncovering itself.

    Sometimes its fun to see people like you react to simple postings.

    •• fun, huh?

    Especially one’s that describe the dangerous, long term nature of this novel disease.

    •• and the injections loaded with the same dangerous stuff.

    What is my point? What is your fucking point?

    •• why are you so rude?

    well, my dad spent two weeks in hospital immediately after with “pneumonia”, and now has trouble walking. my sisters got together for christmas and didn’t invite us. they said they’d call on the 25th, but didn’t.

    upstate, doc day: all my in-laws in méxico (¡saludos!) have had the bugg. there (unlike my medically primitive kanada (shhh, don’t tell csis (kanada’s nsa, i.e. the fourth eye)) where they stick you in the hospital and loved ones pray) you get early home treatment, including home oxygen.

    when i tell my mother-in-law about the “treatment” here, she’s absolutely stunned at how backwards we are.

    doc day: “This extended persistence and resurgence of the virus, whichever strain we have, comes as news-to-me.”

    my wife went up and down the alpha rollercoaster for 6 weeks march/april 2020. she first thought she had a “cold”, then ok, then “flu”, then ok, then covid*, then kinda ok, then ok.

    *by then, the symptoms were the “classic” alpha set. she never had a test as it was in the height of THE BIG SCARY and the only option was going to the hospital for the test, but clinically, it was obvious.

    now, she’s had to leave her job with a big jumble of muscle pains, cramps and spasms, nerve pains, breathing troubles and heart irregularities. this started in august of this year.

    she’s seen every type of specialist (thanks, taxpayers!), but still no diagnosis. it seems the bugg might have acerbated some hidden immune condition, but…

    good luck!

    ••••

    i asked the other day, “where did all the terrorists go? did they get covid?”

    well, i fear we will soon find out. mr. biden has many problems on his hands (and in his soul), but the most important for him and his creators are the upcoming midterms.

    many will say, “what difference does it make if it’s just two sides of the same coin and blackrock gets to do all the flipping?”

    maybe, but these folks are megalomaniacal narcissists who absolutely don’t want to sit on the bench; they want to start the game. and start, they will.

    and so, war it will be. it has proven to be a winner, election after election. warriors and troops and homelands and freedoms and such.

    where and how will it start? ukraine? nope, that’s just too insane, even for these people whose hearts have been replaced by megayachts populated with underage flesh. too nuclear, and importantly for them, too white.

    so, that leads us back to the terrorists, perhaps supplied with viruses. regardless, my bet is on that old standby, somalia.

    yep, that place. plenty of rumblings of late, and it has good name recognition in the u.s., even if your average senator can’t find it on a map.

    so how does it start? well, that’s where the terrorists come into play. an attack on the “homeland” by the wicked al-shabaab with perhaps even mr. biden as the target, made even better if ms. harris is caught up (and out), too. president pelosi could happen, but better results could be achieved with a “temporary” military council comprising a few cheaply purchased generals.

    or, maybe they’ll keep the pliant mr. biden, as he’s become a reliable fixture, much like that old chair you just can’t throw out, and they’ll just blow up something like a football stadium or the mall of america up in minnesota, conveniently located near many somali immigrants.

    in any event, they’ll be no need to worry now about vaccines and their terrible effects. those will be on page 32 next to the ads for eliquis. economy? we must sacrifice to make america safe again!

    far-fetched? i sure hope so. but i do worry about this proxy force the cia et al. have used for years for many nefarious purposes.

    and so, off to africa to save the world for democracy and freedom and markets and banks!

    operation black hawk talon, anyone?

    absolute: i do appreciate your commentary, and i am well aware of the limitations of this “evidence”. nonetheless, these are the things that “regular” people notice, and my, oh, my are they noticing. read the comments under any article of the type referenced.

    so, a large part of the reason i find these articles noteworthy is that “the normals” never see what we discuss – they know not of dr. malone or mr. kirsch nor of toll-like receptors or receptor-binding domains – and so, these anecdotes are their science, and they are the people that really matter because they are 80% of the population. when that tide turns, these dungeons of sand will be washed away.

    as to the vaccine question: From December 15, fans will need to show proof of double vaccination or a negative lateral flow test result in order to attend Premier League matches; rules are part of government’s ‘plan B’ to combat the Omicron variant Thursday 16 December 2021 20:00, UK

    p.s. at the bills game (go lions!), one man was in the parking lot, the other in the loo. stressful situations, to be sure (imagine the bathroom¡¡¡), but these events are piling up like penalty flags in the lions’ secondary.

    p.s.s. in regards to snow shoveling: Are you too old to shovel snow? If you’re over 45, beware of heart attacks, doctor says 45?! where are we if a 45 year-old can’t shovel snow?!

    thanks!

    absolute: there comes a time when so many anecdotes becomes evidence. the avalanche is starting.
