Yeah, agreed. The past 9 days has been interesting. Early on I thought I was going to sail through. Not so much. From feeling pretty ok middle of last week, to crashed in the space of 24 hours. I also have the “phlegmatic cough”. Mine was bad enough that I started nebulizing food grade hydrogen peroxide. Even that, despite drs saying it’s a miracle treatment, took a few days to do its work.
My family has Delta – all of us (adults – who knows with the 3 year old) lost our sense of smell at some point. Didn’t last long (couple days)
Dr Malone mentions in the Rogan interview that the idea Omicron is dominant in the US is based on modeling, not actual sequencing via testing (we sequenced a handful, then assumed case prevalence based on how much the model anticipates omicron will spread, blah, blah blah).
I have an observation – a question actually for those on here smarter than I am – about the idea that the reason pharma wants the vaccines in 5 year olds is because at that point it’s considered approved, even for use in adults, and pharma isn’t liable and can’t be sued for injuries and death.
Pfizer HAS an approved vaccine, and has had for quite some months. It’s called Comernity and the company has openly stated that Comernity is no different than the bnt EUA vaccine (in fact, hasn’t the difference between the two been challenged and knocked down in court?).
And isn’t that very fact (an approved vaccine) the reason why the gov’t, et al, has been allowed to mandate the vaccine in troops and workers? (couldn’t mandate an EUA vaccine, correct?)
Riddle me this … why can’t Pfizer be sued NOW for death and injury? They’ve already caused that with their approved “bait and switch” Comernity / bnt vaccine. They’ve stated the two are identical except for the label. Why aren’t they being sued??
I know this has all been done on purpose. I, too, am angry that people are falling for it. But in teasing out the truth … at least for me … the “5 year olds need to be vaccinated” argument isn’t holding water.
Help me understand. Am I missing something here?
@Polder: your anger is understandable. I struggle with it as well. I wonder, though … “My take is that Francis has failed to recognize the devil and is actually helping him in his work.”
Has the current pope failed to recognize the devil, or is he a *tool* of said devil? I’ve waffled throughout my life on the belief in evil and the devil. Have to say, injecting children has eradicated my waffling.
@John Day: oddly enough, I also have covid right now. Today is day … hmmmm … maybe 4? Hard to say, exactly, since the day before I had any real “symptoms” I knew I had it. Does that day count?
I was exposed the Wednesday before Christmas while making cookies with my daughter and granddaughter. My daughter wasn’t feeling great, but wasn’t thinking it was covid. Well, her family found out the following day (Thursday) they’d been exposed. All got sick, all tested positive. My granddaughter, of course, bounced right back after a day or two (she’s 3).
I took ivermectin when I found out about exposure but got sick anyhow. [shrugs shoulders] It’s in god’s hands now.

It didn’t matter what *approach* they used, some of us had no interest in injecting a novel, untested substance into our bodies. Period.
Frankly, even if the vaccines had proven to be “95% effective” I wouldn’t have gotten one. Let me know in 10 years how this all plays out, then we’ll talk about whether I want one. (nix that thought – I won’t)
There’s no way to bend your mind around something as insane as England deciding to go door-to-door to administer jabs that don’t stop the spread in order to stop the spread.

Sigh. Aside from those who watch Rachel Maddow, et al, blathering on about this stuff on CNN, MSNBC, etc., no one believes any of the recent hysterics, much less feels tension over it.
Look! Everyone look!!! Over here! It’s Russia, Russia, Russia!! Back in 2017 I asked a 70-year-old friend who had TDS how he could possibly fall for the “Russians are coming!” BS again. No good answer to that question.
Russia generally displays level-headed decision-making in what it does. I’ve never gotten the vaguest idea it was interested in starting a world nuclear war. Why would this time be different?

Step 1: stop thinking social media is even a simulacrum of the real world. It isn’t. Once you accept that, the rest doesn’t matter.
PS, anecdotal: In the past month or so I’ve questioned several Biden voters on their voting decision. Not one can now defend the choice they made. Not. One. They don’t even try to use the “better than orange man” argument.
The latest person asked [normally quite intelligent] said something along the lines of “Well, when Biden is out – he won’t make it through the next 3 years – they’ll have to figure out who to put in instead of Harris because no one will accept her.”
Really? Who would that be? No answer. lol. Have at it, idiots, you’ve sunk your ship and no amount of bailing is going to drag it back from the depths it’s fallen to.

@susmarie: thanks for the concern. 🙂 I kinda look like a kid living in a struggling African country. Glad I live in a cold climate and can wear layers now so people can’t see it. I think it’s stabilized, but I don’t own a scale and only occasionally step on the scale at my daughter’s house. Been having serious problems with digestion. It is *slowly* improving in the past few weeks. Oh so slowly. I have faith, though. Let food be thy medicine and all that. (note: I have lyme, but I consider that immune disregulation at this point, not infection. Lots of inflammation I suppose).
@trivium: I can’t donate blood right now. I usually weigh around 110 lbs but haven’t been feeling well for about 9 months and currently weigh about 85 lbs so … don’t weigh enough to donate.
I’ll let you know how things progress. Life tends to get in the way of consistently following the protocol (I need to get better at that), but I appreciate that Morley emphasizes to do the best you can. Hate getting beat up by gurus that think we’re machines who don’t have real lives that intrude on being perfect.
It’s really hard to avoid stress right now, although at least I finally have a paycheck from remote work. That helps.
@susmarie: since we’re discussing the Root Cause Protocol today … I checked into it after Trivium brought it up so many times. The scientific side of it is complex and I’m not interested in spending my free time earning an advanced degree so I didn’t read much of it.
However, the basic premise of the protocol makes sense. Quit eating processed garbage that passes for food these days, quit ingesting toxins as best possible in today’s world, start eating real food, stop taking synthetic vitamins, start getting vitamins and minerals from food and natural sourced supplements. I’ve never done well on synthetic vitamins so, as much as others may find that part of the protocol odd, it made sense to me.
Yes, I’ve begun personally rolling out the RCP. I’d already stopped *most* of the stops anyhow, and am adding the starts. I now eat beef liver (local, grass fed). I’m actually enjoying it. It makes me feel better.
@Trivium: no kidding, a month or so ago I started sprouting broccoli seeds here at home (organic).

I feel that not discussing healthcare has been included in that mix for years, if not decades. Some examples: Try mentioning you don’t agree with annual mammograms. Try pointing out there are downsides to colonoscopies. Question children getting over 30 vaccinations by the time they’re 5 or 6 years old. Mention that what passes for preventive care is actually not preventative, but diagnostic. Question the use of a pharmaceutical to relieve symptoms when that same pharmaceutical creates more symptoms that then need to be treated .. with more pharmaceuticals.
I believe Robert Kennedy, Jr., talked about this in his Tucker Carlson interview (I may be misremembering which interview it was, but I know Bobby, Jr., mentions this).

We have quite a few indigenous tribes here in NY. Yes, there are agreements. But those in power just change the rules when one of those agreements doesn’t suit their purposes. There doesn’t seem to be much feeling of obligation to the original treaties whatsoever.
I always read Doc Robinson’s posts because they’re brilliant analyses of published studies and data. Today’s post makes me sad. This vaxx mess has become a test of intelligence and some (many? millions of?) children are going to lose because their parents lack it. Tragic.

I don’t know, Michael. Is land the answer? They arbitrarily make up new rules and “take” land, if they want, or even “buy” land with money they siphoned off poor people. I don’t think it’s about land. I think it’s a complete disregard for poor people, no matter the race. It’s about class – easier to get away with killing the powerless.

Muddling through as best possible because who CAN know? I’ve added things like candles and emergency blankets to my stockpile. Probably never need them, but who knows? What if I can only use the oven to heat? How to wall off the kitchen? (emergency blankets). How to hang those blankets? (duct tape). I’ve also stopped donating warm clothing I no longer wear – might need them in the future (live in a cold climate). I have a Berkey water filter (snow, water from the nearby stream can be filtered). I hope I never need these things, but who actually knows?

For those who continue to focus on *who* is controlling the levers of power and *who* is getting a free pass … I recommend you stop focusing on that and start focusing on what you CAN do in your personal life to best weather what’s coming.
The universe* will take care of those people when the time is right. I don’t pretend to know what that will look like or when it will happen, but the universe ultimately balances itself. We don’t have the power to do that, the universe does. Full stop.
*replace universe with whatever suits your belief system … god, gods, nature, the infinite, etc …

We may be going down, but I’d rather live here than most other places at this point. Beginning to appreciate our form of government more and more as I watch what is taking place in other countries. Also appreciate having 50 states to choose from when deciding where to live. And have grown to appreciate our right to own guns. (Yeah, our government poisons us with toxic food more than other countries, but we can choose what we eat to a large extent.)
The US might be limping badly coming into the stretch – institutions are crumbling, government is barely functioning, and the Biden admin is a nightmare – but we’re still on our feet.
I feel horrible for oxy. For the people in Austria, Israel, Germany, Greece, and all the rest on the list. What are they to do? How are they to overcome the totalitarianism that is smothering them?
This entire situation has become so ridiculous it’s hard to even talk about it anymore.
Some countries are now mandating vaxx for all … but every highly vaxxed country has more cases than at any time in the past, and following the initial vaxx push most had waves of cases that don’t track with typical seasonal waves.
UK makes up a new name to explain away the exponential rise in vaxx related heart problems – PPSD – and people will actually *listen* to these asshats. If PPSD is a thing, where was it last fall? It takes two years to show up, is that what they’re saying?
