I find Aaron Kheriaty, a dr and medical ethicist who lost his job due to covid jab mandates, to be one of the most reasonable, logical, and well-spoken voices on the experimental injection debate stage. Highly recommend you read (frequently on Brownstone Institute) or listen to his interviews when you get the chance.
The covid nonsense is not over. Distracted as the West might be right now with Ukraine, TPTB are just resting up to figure out the next push.
My sympathies, Raul. Went through the same thing myself about a month ago. Don’t worry about TAE – we’ll miss you but muddle through until you feel up to returning.

So this not unique to NY? Our mask mandate ended a few weeks ago. Lots of people are still wearing masks. Some of them while outside. Some while driving around by themselves. Masked people avoid being anywhere near someone who doesn’t wear a mask. Interestingly – I see more twenty-somethings and young parents wearing masks (children also masked) than I see seniors, who mostly haven’t seemed overly concerned since the start of this.
I think some people are damaged at this point. Not sure there is a fix. Sad.

That right there is the crux of the problem. I didn’t realize until a Malone interview that “peer reviewed” only meant the study itself was reviewed – that reviewers didn’t have access to the raw data.
That means that nothing, absolutely nothing, is being or ever has been peer reviewed. F*ck these lying monsters. There are no words left to describe how twisted this system is. No fix. Let it crumble. The sooner, the better.
*Scientific progress is actually thwarted because humans are dumber than a box of rocks, but that’s a different discussion.

We aren’t even good stewards of our own species, thinking we have the ability to provide good stewardship of any part of this planet is laughable. We’re just here to release the fossil fuels and do some other overhauling, as kullervo pointed out. We’re getting closer all the time to annihilating ourselves so it should be over soon.

Just watched a Tucker clip where air raid sirens were going off in Kyiv so Fox’s Bill Hemmer started going over maps of Ukraine, talking about where Ukraine is holding the line, where the convoy is stalled, etc., etc.
Seriously … does anyone with a functioning brain cell actually believe Ukraine can win a war against Russia? (defend against Russian invasion is a more apt way to describe this, but I’ll play along with the game and use the word war)
This crap in the media is all theater. The bombing of the nuclear power plant (no one fell for that, did they?) Somehow Ukraine has stalled the Russian military convoy, or the convoy ran out of gas, or something. (sure, that’s what happened)
Russia could have leveled the entire country, if it so desired. It is giving Ukraine every opportunity to negotiate an end.
I wish the media – all of them, from every country – would stop stoking the nonsense. Just. Please. Stop. It’s like “rubber necking” at the scene of an auto accident. People just can’t help themselves. Gotta be part of the drama, even if they have to make it up.

About hospitals – a hospital about an hour north of here had to close a few years back. Now people travel for healthcare. Must suck when you’re having a heart attack or in labor. Hard to fathom. Can’t get an appointment around here to see a doctor without waiting days (seriously, you can’t, even when you’re sick), but hospitals are closed because … not enough patients to cover operating costs? Too much skimming going on. If I remember right, that’s what happened to the hospital that closed.

Why does everyone refer to Deflationista as a male? (he)
I have always thought of Deflationista as femaie – perhaps because of the languages that gender identify with word usage? (Spanish for example).
I’m only a half hour into this Rogan interview with John Abramson (#1756 in case the link doesn’t work). I thought nothing pharma does could shock me anymore. I was wrong. Most eye opening is the statement that peer reviewers don’t have access to all the data when they review. They only have access to the data the pharma company provides. I’d hardly call that a peer review.

As an aside, what was that stat? 63% put on ventilators die? I’m sorry that after two years we’re still putting people with covid on ventilators, administering Remdesivir, and killing them. Seems we should have learned something by now. Apparently we aren’t capable.

How many people who got covid (hey – we’ll even use the official tested positive definition – how’s that for being generous!!) actually had to go to the hospital at all?
When Deflationista can provide that stat (no one can since not everyone tests) … then we can begin to have a rational conversation about this.

Well, um, Dr Fauci stated in an interview the other day that, for example, almost all children in the hospital who “have covid” are not there because they “have covid”. They are there for other things, like a broken leg or appendicitis, but everyone is tested for covid when entering the hospital so … they may be in the hospital “with” covid because of a positive test result, but they are not there because they are so sick “from” covid they need to be hospitalized.
So, yeah, that’s what we’re saying. Figure that one out on your own. You can look up the Fauci interview. Also, in case you’re interested in facts, go ahead and look up the case numbers on worldometer … then look up the death numbers.

@Oxy: correct. Nature is, indeed, heartless (from man’s perspective – I don’t think it’s a killing machine – it’s a life cycle). However, man does not, indeed, matter much in the greater scheme of things. Man on earth? Man not on earth? Why would nature even care. Man better think about that.

Interesting comments in this vein tonight (my time). I actually began praying recently (first time in decades), asking how not to be angry and judgemental with all that’s going on, particularly when it comes to harming our little ones. The answer?

Yup, that was the answer. Easy to understand, once it was tossed in my face. What, exactly, gives me the right to judge others?
(respect is a different matter – I can “dis”respect others based on their actions. I still have no right to judge them)
My sister is a dr. A pediatrician, actually. She called last week to see how I was doing since I have *the virus*. I was barely civil. Just barely. I challenged her on everything and she had not one good answer. Not one. Almost all medical professionals have let humanity down. They have for decades. We don’t owe them respect. Not sure why people worry about damaged relationships with people who can’t even bother to uphold what they swore to do when they earned their credentials.
I don’t do that in my job – ignore what I know to be right because it’s easier – I don’t tolerate that from others, either.

I haven’t doubted that a virus existed so not surprised when it hit me and the fam. I was hoping *the protocol* would have a more significant impact on it than it has proven to have. But who’s to say, maybe it did. (I don’t think it did … but I’m keeping an open mind …)
One thing I decided upfront, being here in the US and [especially] in NY and [most especially] in upstate NY in the epicenter of the SUNY UPSTATE UNIVERSITY hospital system (apologies for the all caps, but this freaking NYS funded – that’s what SUNY stands for – Upstate University healthcare system is a monopolistic plague on our entire region).
Anyhow, the *last* thing I was going to do was go to any medical facility anywhere around here. I decided I would die at home first. And that was not a “tongue in cheek” statement. That is what I decided. And a few times over the past week or so even wondered about. 😉
And so life goes on. What I will say, guys, is if I can make it through this in my state of health when it hit me, I’m pretty sure you can make it through this.
@John Day: Meant to ask, how is Jenny’s hospitalized family member doing? (… the other one got worse after finishing ivermectin, and hospitalized after a few days off of it, even though the full 5 day course was taken, and all of the other medicines and supplements were also continued …)
And, not to dismiss the usefulness of Ivermectin or other treatment protocols, but to me it does not seem anything is the “magic bullet” for the virus. Much like any other coronaviruses, I suppose, which we cannot successfully prevent after hundreds(?) of years of trying. It is what it is.
