So glad to see that the United States has shifted onto the firm and dependable policy of governance by Calvinball Rules. Much easier to work with, day to day, than that complicated ol’ Consitution.
I don’t think that all this chaos swirling around is World War 3 at all. I’ve broadened my perspective. I think it is Global Civil War 1. We’ve been de facto Globalist for decades.
The world has been steaming in the direction for quite awhile but invention of the Internet built a REAL fire under the boiler. We have been been predominantly Globalist ever since the net got a firm grip on the communication of ideas, money, espionage and machine control.
Now Earth is arguing , heatedly, over who gets to be boss. The current chaotic and scary conflict is not a war ‘between nations’ over resources . (Hell, if you need or want any resources in any quantity, just buy them online and pay with digitized money using more internet gizmos. )
This shifty dodgy dirty dog fight of truth, lies and betrayals isn’t nations fighting over the globe, it is a Civil war on the Global Scale, over who gets to be Chairman of the Board . It’s being fought by the same power coalitions who already own everything , to see who gets the inordinately generous perks of being the boss. Brothers and sisters, y’all are in this thing whether you like it or not. And if you don’t want to choose side don’t worry, someone will choose which side you’re on for you.
It is a straight up raw power struggle, back alley rules ( i.e. no rules). Forget about law except in the Public Relations sense, the players will do what they can do. They know the risks, make their plays, and take their chances.
I am extremely confidant that it’s going to get much much wilder and crazier, as in “You ain’t seen nothing yet.”
On most mornings you will awaken to news of some fresh outrage which far exceeds what you imagined possible. For examples : Beijing Biden won the Presidency. The Office of President of the United States is summarily banned from communicating to America’s citizenry. The Supreme Court declines to hear evidence about election fraud which has driven the Nation to the brink of open warfare. 25,000 combat ready troops have securely cordoned off a “Green Zone” around the capital in Washington to “celebrate” a “virtual” inauguration. The Congress “impeaches” a President who is gone. No doubt tomorrow’s news will have a newer, bigger wackier something.This the first instance that we know of in human history in which a single conflict simultaneously engaged every person every where in such an ‘immediate personal consequences’ sort of way.
What I don’t know about the detailed mechanics of the struggle would fill volumes, but it sure is interesting to watch. And watching the action very very closely indeed is good advice if you want to keep your body and soul connected and under your own personal control over the next few weeks, months and years.@Kerry Wilson

Not only is the language of the First Amendment crystal clear and unambiguous, it closes the door on criminals, authoritarians or tyrants trying to fiddle some way around it. It bars that door by beginning with the words, “Congress shall make no law . . .etc.” America’s Constitution guarantees absolute freedom of speech, and forbids writing new laws to get around the blockade. It is a cornerstone of human rights .
In other words, you have the right to yell any damned thing you want in a crowded theater. If people are killed as a consequence, then it is you causing their deaths that is the crime . . . not the yelling. It’s the same reason that in a shooting the law accuses the shooter, not the bullets.
If there was a law against yelling FIRE in crowded theaters, then people might die because you saw a fire but were forbidden by law to yell out a warning. Just like believing that Trump should not have freedom of speech to publicly accuse the criminals who stole the election. Rigging the National Election was a crime, so the people who did it are criminals. What if you witnessed Trump committing election fraud, but, you were forbidden by law from saying anything about it to others?
Should Trump NOT tell the 75 million people who voted for him that their victory had been stolen , because it might upset them ? They should let an election thief be their President instead of the one they voted for? . On January 6th , 2021, 100,000 people or so peacefully assembled to petition their government for a redress of their grievance that the election had been stolen . They were obeying both the spirit and the letter of the Constitution, the most fundamental law of the nation. They did their duty, broke no law , and neither did Trump. He honored his duty to his citizens, and they did their duty.
How can any of that that be construed as bad in anyone’s mind ?
If Trump was inciting then why didn’t they incite? If he was “fomenting” an insurrection then why didn’t they foam ? Where, exactly is this insurrection, anyway, under my porch? What I see in Washington is 40,000 armed National Guard standing around with each other inside a barbed wire fence. No flames, smoke or gunfire. Pretty boring insurrection if you ask me.
And in closing let me you remind everyone dropping in that Infringing Freedom of Speech is not only unjust, it is also very illegal.

track & record the movements and communicated thoughts and behaviors of all human beings,
surreptitiously influence (control) the movements thoughts and behaviors of all human beings,
replace the nuclear family as the primary unit of social order and replace it with government authorities, redefine the word “racist” to mean “anyone who opposes our agenda”,
remove the individual as the primary unit deciding political power limits and replace it with organized associations which already have political authority over individuals.I could go on at greater length. So could you.
What do those crazy intentions all have in common ? They are all evolved from the works of Karl Marx, and they also constitute the openly admitted and publicly promoted agenda of the Chinese Communist Party.
The solution is so extremely simple as to sound overly simplistic, but in fact it really is this simple : individuals who espouse that Communist agenda are to be financially, legally and politically removed from their positions of authority and made to play the persuasion game by the same rules as the rest of us. No more cheating. Some of the worst cheaters have seriously violated very big and important laws. Consequently, many of them must be prosecuted and , if found guilty, put in prison to safeguard lawful society.

In other words, a real problem suffered by real people with legitimate grievances.

Look at it this way: In every contest there will eventually be a winner and a loser. Because of innumerable differences in circumstances and in skills of individual humans close to half of those people are going to land on the losing side so often that they can’t go on living.
Do you “owe” them a living, like the Commies say ? No, of course not (its not even physically possible) BUT , by the same token, can you reasonably expect them to NOT try to change things around so that they can win in the future ? If they have to form conspiracies or mobs of Commie agitators to gang up and win next time , can you reasonably expect them NOT to ?
Of course not. People are going to do whatever it takes to survive.
Allow greedy oligarchs to rewrite the rules and capture all of the positions of power, in such a way it becomes impossible to survive by playing fair and guess what happens next.

The Dems are accused of executing the most brazenly fraudulent election in history , followed by hyperbolic claims that correcting, challenging or even freely discussing the possibility of election fraud were horribly unlawful punishable offenses.
Did I say that well enough ? I’m saying that in transparent service to a self-admitted hostile foreign power (China), Democrat Party politicians and leaders illegally rigged the U.S. Presidential election, and then immediately made it literally illegal to accuse them of the crime. It is now a punishable offense to claim or publish evidence of the crime, or even discuss the subject of the crime to anyone in any setting at any time. Or so the opponents say, and those opponents are in positions to exert legal, financial, technical and physical force with or without any further permissions from you for that authority.
It is no longer even necessary to communicate one’s opinion that fraud may have taken place and should be investigated. Merely wondering if it might be true is now , literally, a criminal act. Law abiding citizens are being arrested and charged at this very moment .
In openly coordinated action the Main Stream media and Big Tech companies (Google, Twitter, Facebook and Amazon) conspired to immediately and simultaneously deprive the President and his tens of millions of supporters of access to the public communications platforms they controlled , in unambiguously intentional violation of their Constitutional right to free speech. These are enormous and egregious crimes against the nation itself, because they obliterate the most basic ( in fact essentially necessary ) of the fundamental human rights which make America a democratic republic in the first place: the right to know and share vital information.
Considering that Democracy is literally founded on the principal of giving everyone a voice in discussing and deciding issues, it is pretty crazy to make that same process of democratic discussion and decision to be an act of treason. Yet that is precisely what they have done.
How crazy will their next “solution” be ? Well, I’m saddened and horrified to predict that , based on their previous solutions, their next solution will be to use lethal force to prevent thought and communication and evidence of election fraud from being seen or exchanged by anyone.
But, you say, that’s too crazy to believe ! No one will do that !
To which I say, ” Of course they will do . How silly to say otherwise because they are doing it, right now, at this very moment. And they are ramping it up with maximum haste. Why so fast ? Because they know that if they fail to stop the discussion about election fraud then they shall lose everything . They know this, and they believe this, because it is true. They know there was massive fraud because they are the ones who did it ! They have no doubts about that. You may have doubts, but they don’t. They know for sure. Trump won, Biden lost, and Biden’s team knowingly committed willful treasons betrayals and enormous felonies in the process. All of the perpetrators fear losing their fortunes and their power (and rightfully so) , but the leadership stands to lose a lot more than that. Their leaders expect the very realistic possibility of losing their freedom or even their lives. For them this is an existential crisis.
Better than anyone else, these lawbreakers KNOW what is in store for themselves when the truth finally leaks its way out into fully public awareness, about what they did and why they did it.
Stealing an election on behalf of a hostile foreign power is a very very big deal. Those who did so knowingly and maliciously will almost certainly be sent to prison for life or executed. So it is no wonder why they fight against disclosure as though their lives depended upon it. Their lives do depend on it.
Remarkably, alternative media ( far from being powerless) now have it completely within their ability to turn this apparent defeat into glorious victory. It’s as easy as talking. If they choose to do it then no one can stop them. All they have to do is tell the truth. Just say it or write it . . . and put it online, just like I’m doing now.
Hold the fraudulent election trial in the unregulated public forum of the internet. Outline, list, summarize, explain, document, present evidence and argument ALL of the facts, statements, affidavits, forensics, etc. and broadcast it hither and yon across the Internet in the same way are practiced in doing. .
Don’t wait for “Declas” , SCREW official declassification permission. Just print it. Fuck the possible exposure of spies, just dox the bastards. Lay every single fact right out there in the sunlight and let people sort it all out for themselves. Let the people of earth decide what’s right or wrong about any and all of it.
Why do this ? Because if you don’t do it by peaceful means (like unrestricted freedom of speech and exchange of vital information) then it is going to be settled the other way . That other way would be a bloodbath such as the world has never contemplated.

Done. Go about your daily life just like you always have, and never touch Google, Facebook, YouTube or Twitter ever again. Your life gets simpler, easier and happier . . . and four of the most dangerous and evil criminal enterprises in the world just shrivel up and die. My adrenals will not allow me to give a flying fuck about the denizens of TAE arguing vehemently and in great detail about a disaster that was OVER WITH months ago. They are just too gawd damned far back from the ongoing real time events for me to give the tiniest little shit about what they think. Whatever it is they think, they should have thunk it 4 years ago. Why blather about it now ? They are worse than a mere distraction. They are a threat to your physical survival because they would have you blather instead of think and act in response to a real and present danger.
We are days, a few weeks at the most, from the most stunning Blitzkrieg of draconically authoritarian lawfare in human history. I suggest that it’s a pretty good time to be thinking about that instead of Twitter and Bitcoin. Laws are about to be swiftly imposed and enforced which will restrict your movement and participation in such fundamental aspects of your daily life as leaving your house, buying groceries or emailing a friend. You are about to be forced by law ( and the need to eat, shelter and move around) to accept an mRNA vaccine that will change the entire human genome, forever, despite the complete and utter absence of knowledge about possible undesirable consequences. Your knowledge, opinion and vote have just been proved to mean absolutely nothing . mRNA has never been used on humans, and there are ZERO long term studies of effects in either the short or long term . Extreme violence on a large scale is unavoidable . Large numbers of people will resist the government forcing them to isolate, lock-down, wear a mask, take a risky vaccine, cross a state line, get on an airplane, or buy groceries without an “vaccine passport” . Nothing ( except perhaps by Divine intervention . . . and I am not being facetious) stands in the way of the authority to make and impose those laws , , , and yet those are the laws which the Pence administration has already promised that it will implement immediately upon his inauguration.
It is well past the time to confront , like an adult, precisely how you are going to respond to each of these challenging developments , because they are happening.
This ain’t America no more, Boz. The America we think of when the word comes up is, is going underground. Topsiders and slowpokes are about to be rubbed out.It is sinking in very slowly (very very VERY slowly, in fact) that the events of the past few weeks have culminated in the fall of the United States as both a nation and as a world power. Nothing that any of them say or do at this point means a damned thing to over half of the country. The final indignity, in which the Office of The President of the United States of America ( arguably the most powerful empire of all time) was denied access to the protections of the First Amendment and due process . . . was just a mean spirited flourish at the end.
Making the rules up as one goes along to accomplish the agenda of the moment is now the official operating basis of the USA, and by extension the World, which pivots upon the actions of the USA, These “no rules” rules will of course also apply to the morons who are doing it . . . but that hasn’t occurred to them yet. They’re riding too high to hear that the death knell of the Trump administration will soon be tolling for them, as well.
There are now no rules other than the rules of raw power. Civilization has taken a backward stumble of a thousand years.
And by the way. I do hope you are paying attention to the fact that a significant number of high testosterone young males are about to start shooting the joint up. I know that you personally eschew violence, but just in case you’ve lived this long without noticing, there are one hell of a lot a people who don’t feel or think that way at all. They like violence just fine. It’s just part of daily life. Some do it for the fucking fun of it. Who’s going to stop ’em now , eh ? Who is going to risk their life protecting assholes from harm? January 6, 2021 . Supposed to be a real big day. Will it be ?
If Team Trump feeds its supporters nothing but another nothing burger on the much hyped January 6 Wild Times Rally in DC , then I think a lot of them are going to puke him out. At the very least there must be the release of heretofore hush-hush information about the so-called Black Hats. Deeds must be exposed, names must be spoken, the fucking details must be detailed.
If that doesn’t happen, after four years of promises to drain the swamp, and at a crucial moment when the eyes of the world are laser focused on that singular event in Washington . . . then that’s that. Between now and the day when the Trump Presidency constitutionally ends (Jan 20) there is no better time to present his case to the world and capture public opinion. No better venue for staging an end-run around media censorship, and delivering the truth directly to the people of the world (and America in particular) about how the cheaters are cheating them, and who the cheaters really are (by name).
Can we the people fix this mess with that information ? Maybe, maybe not. But one things is certain : that without that information (and/or with a Black Hat controlled White House, Senate and House of Representatives) the people of the United States are headed straight into a bloody civil war, which can only or ever spill round the world.madamski

mRNA vaccines are the biggest and riskiest genetic engineering experiment of all time.
Diamonds aren’t forever, genes are. So-called ‘Messenger RNA’ ( mRNA) based vaccines are designed to alter genetic code. So, put those two ideas together and see what you come up with . You got it . Forever is a long time. Anything introduced by that mRNA into the main code DNA of the cell is now part of that cell’s blue print. If it’s something good, hey, swell ! But if it’s not so good . . . or even deadly, tough luck.
So-called “messenger” RNA takes a bit of genetic code and places it in the cell’s DNA so that every time that cell replicates itself the “newly revised” DNA is replicated right along with it. Like, forever. Or at least until that line of cells dies out completely . As in “end of the line”. A typical vaccine delivers a few billion of those little makers in one go. Allowing an average of 7 days between human cell divisions, and just thumb-nail the arithmetic for how long it takes for the recipient to be a whole new and improved version of themselves, the version with permanently modified DNA throughout their organism..
No matter how great the odds are for only mostly good results , the odds for getting a bad result damned well better be absolute zero, or else you are toast. Think of it as playing Russian roulette with a really big revolver that holds millions upon millions of empty chambers and only a few dozen bullets ( the odds in your favor look GREAT!) . . . . . BUT you must now pull the trigger non-stop, over and over again, forever. Oops. Better call your bookie and cancel that bet because the odds just took a major U-Turn for the worse.

So the Covid-19 mRNA vaccines might be just fine, or maybe not. Who knows ? That’s why it’s called an experiment. If it doesn’t work out, well then a few million (or a few hundred million) people might die prematurely, but if it does work (to their way of thinking at least) then the Gateway to the glorious future of injectable genetic engineering is thrown wide open. Wahoo ! Jillionaires would call that a ” Win-Win” situation.
It isn’t, of course. By which I mean to say clearly that it is not the imagined ” win-win” that they believe it is. Notice that I say they believe it is rather than think it is. If they were actually thinking they would see that the unstoppable chain of causal-effect events they’re setting in motion eventually includes them, too. Them as individual human creatures. It’s their DNA too, ya know?
They understand the science of it just well enough to support an unwarranted belief that the experiment will get them more of what they want. And they are simply too stupid to do the math which proves beyond shadow of doubt that the experiment (when carried out) will result in the exact opposite.

Her sales pitch , boiled down to its basic goo goes like this : It doesn’t matter how much “borrowed into existence” debt is created because we can just fire up the good ol’ counterfeit machine and print up as many Yankee Dollahs as we need to pay it all off . That’s what we’ve been doing for decades, and despite a few glitches (like the crash of ’08 !) its been working great for us back here in the USSA.
So far (as in, “up til now” ) however, it looks like all of this free money has all gone to the rich. They’re just not “math aware” enough to see it. You see It is not America’s poor who are being ripped off. It is the people outside our borders who are being bled dry. They are forced to borrow worthless dollars (fake money) and pay it back with REAL money , REAL work, and REAL products.
Everybody in America ( including the poor) have been enjoying the benefits of this free ride ever since the US Dollar became the World Reserve Currency in 1944 (treaty of Bretton Woods, ratified by the 44 largest countries, including the USSR). If you wonder what the “financial system” is, well that system (Bretton Woods) is the system. It made it a legally enforceable fact that international debt would be denominated in U.S. Dollars. It made the dollar King.
Don’t break your brain on this point. It’s way more simple than it’s made to appear. Basically, if I loan you dollars then you can’t pay me back in wampum. You must get your hands on dollars to pay me back if I say so. And the courts of the world will back me up it. No exceptions.
3. No one knows the upper limit of just how far (or for how much longer) this ridiculous ripoff can continue before the true victims (i.e. the rest of the world) reach the end of their rope and declare “No mas ! ” But there is one thing they all know and agree upon : The world is teetering on the brink of that “system” breaking under the load of too much real money is being demanded from real producers (i.e. the rest of the world) to pay back too much fake money to counterfeiters (i.e. the USA).
In other words, no way will the powers that be hasten ‘The End Of The World As We Know’ It by giving freebies to ungrateful poor people. Those same poor people, however, might soon hit the end of their rope, and put an end to the world of the rich anyway. In other words, revolt.
4. THEREFORE AND ON THE OTHER HAND : Rich folks might be persuaded to pay poor folks not to revolt, and that is the card that AOC is playing . Thank you for putting in the thought-work and the writing-work to articulate so clearly the big picture composite of what so many of us have been thinking and saying in small pieces. It is a very very good summary of where things presently stand, insofar as we are aware with a reasonable degree of certainty.Obtaining more ( or better) information under current internet circumstances is unlikely because our sources and channels of communication are so compromised. There is so much lyin’, cheatin’ and stealin’ going on that is ( as we all know) very VERY difficult to winnow the wheat from the chaff.
My suggestion, therefore, is to process and reprocess the information that we already have, looking for new patterns, reaffirming (or changing) previous conclusions, and perhaps discovering those important details which we have certainly missed. Perhaps Battle Plans can be improved thereby. That’s what Generals do on the eve of battles. And in my opinion the fight of our lives is about to shake the earth.
For starters, I’m going to re-read your essay three or four times to see if there is more there than immediately meets the eye. I think it was Paul Dirac who said “My formula is smarter than I am.” Well, I can’t shake this feeling that there’s something in your essay that’s even righter than you thought it was.

Re-reading what I wrote to Geppetto , it does come across as a bit dramatically arcane, but that was not the contextual meaning, nor was it it my intent to convey mysterious allure. The truth of the matter is that many of the folks on TAE are long term professionals ( maybe even experts, who knows ?) in fields which are not within the purview or focus of the subjects TAE traditionally addresses ( and very successfully, I might add ). This platform covers a lot of ground, but it doesn’t cover everything. I simply do not want to distract the conversation from what has worked so well for quite a long time.
On top of that, The Automatic Earth is Raul’s intellectual property , not mine. He has curated it very very well, in my opinion, and I am grateful that he lets me have my say without censure. I sometimes include snippets and bits of wise observation or pithy commentary from my area of expertise, but that does give me any sort of right to turn his platform into my megaphone.
Having said all that, I do not mean to imply false modesty on my part. I’m very confident of my accomplishments in my field of endeavor, which, to be bluntly frank, is what most people would call “deep” . So, when knowledge from my working life seems pertinent and relevant to things that come up on TAE I sound off and contribute my two cents worth.. Otherwise not. No one cares (nor should they) about credentials. All that matters is the veracity of what is said.

The rigged election which (if team Biden gets its way) will bring the Chinese Communist Party even more deeply into your lives than it already is. The CCP is demonstrably a threat to the life and well being of any population under its rule or influence.
World economic collapse ( The Reset , Fourth Turning, Great Depression 2.0 , whatever you care to call it. )

How ( as in the step-by-step kind of “how”) could a scheme of such magnitude actually be executed is not a substantially useful question because It doesn’t matter if a specific crime is possible . It only matters if a specific crime was actually committed .Each of the examples you suggest are possible, because they have been done many many times in the past. As have numerous other scams ( such as ballot harvesting, false voter addresses, false registrations and simple theft.) With hundreds of thousands of employable criminals, and hundred of millions of dollars to pay them, the physical task is not particularly difficult. It’s not even a very big job, compared to moving and selling a 128 tons of heroine, 200 tons of pure cocaine, 500 tons of meth, and gawd only knows how many thousands of tons of weed). (about $150 billion each and every year, all told) . Compared to that job a few million bunko ballots is practically nothing. But that’s just ballots. We haven’t even mentioned computer hacking and software yet.
The forensic evidence of specific crimes is piling up like backlogs in Smithsonian warehouse. Listing each case (and its attendant evidence) is certainly possible. Just start web searching. But I think you’ll find it boring as hell, as sleep inducing as bookkeeping, and in the end not very useful at all to you personally. From what I’ve seen, the election fraud of 2020 has involved many many millions of fake votes for Biden. Perhaps tens of millions. The lion’s share was down with hacking and software.
The real problem is not the evidence. The problem is the Gatekeepers . They only have to say “Nope. It is now true that without the full support of Google search results promotion then professionals of every kind ( which includes scientists and universities, as well as business) one becomes utterly invisible and inaccessible to others. If Google likes you (and thus promotes you) then you can thrive. If it does not like you ( and therefore buries or outright censors you) then you disappear from the marketplace and cannot long survive except as a hobbyist. This phenomenon made Google the ultimate and virtually omnipotent “gatekeeper” of pretty much everything that depends upon communications and/or commerce. To believe something as factually true when both the probabilities and the forensically evidenced realities indicate otherwise, well that would be folly. BUT, so is the reverse. To DISbelieve while the probabilities and forensic evidence are still quite inconclusive, is equally silly, especially when the stakes are high.
Rather than do either of those ill-advised “jumps to conclusion” , why not just apply the Scientific Method? It has worked pretty well so far, and I reckon it will again.
In other words I say count the fucking ballots again because the current numbers and explanations are not statistically believable AND there is already (i.e. even before stringent detective work) forensic evidence of ballot mishandling of sufficient magnitude to change the outcome of a close election . No need to believe anything you can’t see with your own eyes at this point.
