Thanks to All-Y’all again today. My heart is happy to see your writings. Picture of me on the blog is not the one of me bending over and picking the squash.
That one was all butt, not flattering at all.
This one makes me look buff and sexy holding a fresh vegetable in the squash & banana patch
    https://www.johndayblog.com/2021/08/consulted-more-fortunate-countries-of.html

The “more fortunate” countries of the world made the kind of deal with Pfizer last fall, that you or I might make with a mortgage lender, or when taking out a home-equity loan. The superior party bears no risk, and actually gains even more if the lesser party defaults. No way out, except to pay up.
Pfizer had good reason to exact such iron-clad contracts, which held Pfizer blameless in any circumstance which might arise. It’s good-business, of course, but the risks for antibody dependent enhancement (of viral pathogenicity) were well known, and no coronavirus vaccine studied had been successful in 20 years of trying.
The vaccinated animals made antibodies, but died at higher rates than the unvaccinated animals when challenged with viral infection.
Antibodies “against” a virus can turn out to be “for” the virus, to help it be more infectious.
That effect takes time to develop, like half a year to get started, in general.
There is evidence that is happening with vaccines against the original “alpha”-COVID spike protein now helping the Indian-originated delta-COVID have enhanced infectivity in vaccinated people.
That is just getting started, though, because it’s kind of accidental that delta-COVID can do a bit of this. Delta-COVID evolved in India with about 4% population vaccination, so it was just trying to spread effectively in a population. It did not have to dodge vaccine-created antibodies on the path to that success.
Now, in much of the world, like where we live, a majority of susceptible people have blocking-and-enhancing antibodies to alpha-COVID spike protein, due to vaccination. The viral mutations of resistance to blocking antibodies will be rewarded with more viral success in spread, but there is now a new option. Viral mutation to get more TURBO-BOOST out of the enhancing antibodies opens the door to new viral strains that will be more infectious to the vaccinated than to the unvaccinated.
This environmental niche has been created among spike-protein-vaccinated human hosts.
I suspect that mutant COVID variants yet-unnamed are already filling it.
    Stay tuned, especially to Israel.

@Deflationista: You can lay in stock, or use daily, zinc plus a metabolic delivery system for it.
You should be replete with vitamin-D, of course. Take 5000 units per day, or titrate your dose to a blood level of 60-100. It takes a couple of months at a dose for the blood level to equilibrate.
Zinc has been known since about 1995 to interfere with coronavirus intracellular replication, but your body does not actively transport zinc into cells. Quercetin, a natural food plant product, found in onions, green tea and many vegetables, is a zinc ionophore. It helps zinc get into cells. Your gut does not absorb quercetin very well, but sunflower lecithin greatly facilitated gut absorption of quercetin (“… she swallowed the spider to catch the fly, but I don’t know why she swallowed the fly…”)
Once per day take 25-50 mg zinc, quercetin (250-500 mg, with or without bromelain) and a capsule (250-500 mg is plenty, but they are often bigger) of lecithin.
Up that to 3 times per day for active COVID.
Don’t take enough ivermectin for a horse 10 X your weight.
You will get nausea, vomiting, the runs and feel woozy.
You won’t die. You’ll just feel like you should have done the math.
Get ivermectin from India. Get it before you are sick.
    Germ posted that again recently.

The first part of this story is about my people, their grinder, historical parallels, and my life. The second part of the story is about tricks and the Fourth Industrial Revolution. The pressure is so high, and it’s all moving so fast that the tongue gets numb—but I keep thinking about how the Soviet adults became the way they were—and what we can do about love.

Phoenix Voice said (day before yesterday)
“Social distancing becomes the act of ostracization when overtures are made to end the distance, and one party refuses. With my choir group, we have essentially all been avoiding meeting since March 2020 — but when I “dropped the bomb” and suggested that we meet because we know so much more about the virus, and there is no need to continue to act out of fear…it was shot down, and my bid to return to “normal” was rejected…that feels the same as being ostracized.”
    Thanks, Sister ;-}

I’m still “standing with” the oppressed minority comprised of people who refused injection with mandated gene-modification therapy.
We got an email at work Friday that testing the unvaccinated begins Monday, and there will be a “town hall” video about COVID, and that “the clinic is moving towards requiring vaccination for all employees and contractors”. That timeline is likely to be announced Monday.
I explained that “I’m standing naked with the “Jews” on this one for moral and spiritual convictions. I’m not asking for an exemption. That would be paradoxical. I am a conscientious objector, but that can’t be recognized, prob’ly not even for Quakers.
I never got to burn my draft card and piss Dad off, because they canceled the draft one month before I turned 18.

@CitizenX: I ready your reply yesterday about looking up at King Kong and stuff. It was a big thrill to be on top of the Empire State Building when I was a kid (not the tippy-top pointy thing up there, though. How do they measure the height? How high am I right here? An airplane ran into it?)
Yeah, the empire coddles and cocooned us as it bled us and slaughtered nd bled the rest of the planet, or made deals and bled. No more Mr. Nice Guy for the home-crowd going forward.

@Dr.D: “USS Liberty”, you say? I heard LBJ “wanted that son of a bitch at the bottom of the ocean”, but maybe he was just misquoted on that stressful day, when he did not get to nuke Egypt for sinking it, ’cause the Israelis screwed up and didn’t sink it and left a bunch of survivors.
That’s just a conspiracy rumor, but my Dad, a USMC Major at the time, believed it, and so did a lot of other US military officers. They said it “got covered up”.

@Deflationista: People get easily confused and can’t do math.
No Americans have been injured and certainly not 12,000-45,000 deaths have occurred from COVID vaccines.
Ivermectin is NOT way safer than Tylenol, which kills LOTS of people by overdose every year.

“The alert said “no hospitalizations due to ivermectin toxicity have been directly reported to the Mississippi Poison Control Center or the Mississippi State Department of Health.” But MSDH reiterated to Mississippi Free Press reporter Nick Judin today that they had confirmed at least one hospitalization due to ivermectin toxicity, though it had not been reported to the department directly.”

@CitizenX : Mylittle sister was born at Mercy Hospital in Queens January 1965, a few months before I turned 7, and about a month before I caught measles, the most sustained misery I have ever known.

Hi-ho, hi-ho, it’s off to work I go, while I am still paid to take care of poor people, which will almost certainly be over well before Halloween, as I am a Vaccine Conscientious Objector in a Federally Qualified Health Center.

Deflationista’s Simpson’s Paradox remark may have referred to this:
    https://www.covid-datascience.com/post/israeli-data-how-can-efficacy-vs-severe-disease-be-strong-when-60-of-hospitalized-are-vaccinated

Here is analysis from (ID scrubbed) C19D list:
I checked out the guy’s arithmetic because it seemed so illogical and sure enough.
The basic arithmetic on this page is incorrect beginning at the very top of the page. His statement is FALSE that “out of 515 patients currently hospitalized with severe cases in Israel, 301 (58.4%) of these cases were fully vaccinated” because if the given numbers (by the Israeli Health Dept) are 214/100000 hospitalized are not vax’d and 301/100000 of the hospitalized are fully vax’d, then the hospitalized rate of vax’d per person is 0.00301 and of non-vax’d is 0.00214, so out of 515 persons 1.1021 would be not vax’d and 1.55015 would be vax’d. Multiplying that rate times the total populations of not vax’d is 2,788.23 and of fully vax’d is 16,960.25. It is very clear that the ABSOLUTE risk protection from hospitalization from being vax’d is NEGATIVE -0.00087 or -0.87% GREATER Risk of being seriously hospitalized for the fully vax’d than for the non-vax’d. This whole page is manipulated incorrect arithmetic to fool people into getting booster shots. Highly unethical nonsense!

    Go Taliban!
This will be good for Russia, good for China, good for Iran, and BAD for CIA!
I’m sure the first 3 can fil in where the last one cuts out.
Opioids shuffled into Russia, China and Iran by the CIA have been a steady push of assymetric-warfare upon those countries, by getting little-people in the countries addicted with expensive habits that involve theft and hospitalizations and make them unfit for work and untrustworthy.
This can be win-win-win-win-win and… lose for the aforementioned parties.
Other local neighbors can also benefit.

I cn’t really hold off on posting this here, and will have the blog up soon. Most of my patients improve overnight on ivermectin-based treatment. Nobody has gotten worse on it. It’s safer than Tylenol/paracetamol.

I’m just going to meditate and pray more, and see how that works out, for now, Sir.Klaus Schwab, interviewed here: “This fourth Industrial Revolution doesn’t change what you do; it changes YOU, if you take a genetic editing”  . Thanks Luc:https://www.bitchute.com/video/zdiXbdRb8OCY/

These “required vaccines” are genetic insertion tools, right? Why are you dudes being so HEAVY?U.S. to require nursing homes get staff fully vaccinated or lose federal funding  The new measure, which would withhold Medicare and Medicaid funding to nursing homes that don’t comply, could take effect as early as next month, the official said, though the timing is fluid. It would impact about 15,000 nursing homes, which employ more than 1.3 million people nationwide.https://www.cnbc.com/2021/08/18/covid-vaccine-us-to-require-nursing-homes-staff-get-shots-or-lose-government-funding.html

The clinic where I work is a “Federally Qualified Health Center” these days. I guess federal  funding will be cut off to ALL all medical facilities that don’t enforce 100% vaccination for all employees and contractors soon.I wonder how long before Social Security check only go to the vaccinated…Does this seem “un-American” to y’all?

Lets all get to the same page of the hymnal, now!
Growing up on military bases during Vietnam, a scrawny kid with a smart mouth, I had lots of experience with bullies.
I’m not sure how much it applies to everyday life, though.
Weasels are what conspire against you in the grown-up world.
Packs of smiling weasels that lay ambush and tell lies.
By the time I was 15 I could do pull-ups and push-ups and did not have bully fights where I lay face up and got pounded ’cause I wouldn’t say “uncle”.
Weasels are the issue in adulthood.
I’m still ready for bullies, but I never use it.

On August 15, 1971 Richard Nixon announced on TV that he was temporarily closing the US Treasury Gold-Window, due to attacks by speculators.
I remember that TV show. 50 years later, to the day, the Taliban retook the capital of Afghanistan. Monday, three days ago. Comparisons are inevitable.
Throughout spring and early summer of 1971, the drains on the US gold reserves increased, drawing down those stocks of physical gold. The main reason was the outlays for the war in Vietnam. Trade had been pretty balanced before that, but a lot of dollars got spent in Vietnam, and found their way back to the US Treasury gold-window. It was the Vietnam War that drained US gold. Michael Hudson worked that out in 1966, working for David (I think) Rockefeller.
It was unwelcome news. The Treasury rejected his reported analysis. He was right. France, the recent colonial master of Vietnam, had been converting $US to gold.
A French destroyer came to pick up a few thousand tons of it in summer 1971, then on Thursday, August 12, 1971 the UK asked for so much physical gold that it was impossible. The US gave them a quarter of it, and closed the gold window the following Sunday night, August 15, 1971. Here is how that went down.

    https://www.johndayblog.com/2021/08/financial-regime-change.html

Pepe Escobar on the Updated Great Game:
In the end, there was no Battle for Kabul. Thousands of Taliban were already inside Kabul – once again the classic sleeper-cell playbook. The bulk of their forces remained in the outskirts. An official Taliban proclamation ordered them not to enter the city, which should be captured without a fight, to prevent civilian casualties.
The Taliban did advance from the west, but “advancing,” in context, meant connecting to the sleeper cells in Kabul, which by then were fully active. Tactically, Kabul was encircled in an “anaconda” move, as defined by a Taliban commander: squeezed from north, south and west and, with the capture of Jalalabad, cut off from the east.
At some point last week, high-level intel must have whispered to the Taliban command that the Americans would be coming to “evacuate.” It could have been Pakistan intelligence, even Turkish intelligence, with Erdogan playing his characteristic NATO double game.
The American rescue cavalry not only came late, but was caught in a bind as they could not possibly bomb their own assets inside Kabul. The horrible timing was compounded when the Bagram military base – the NATO Valhalla in Afghanistan for nearly 20 years – was finally captured by the Taliban.
That led the US and NATO to literally beg the Taliban to let them evacuate everything in sight from Kabul – by air, in haste, at the Taliban’s mercy. A geopolitical development that evokes suspension of disbelief…
Taliban 2021 is an entirely different animal compared with Taliban 2001. Not only are they battle-hardened, they had plenty of time to perfect their diplomatic skills, which were recently more than visible in Doha and in high-level visits to Tehran, Moscow and Tianjin.
They know very well that any connection with al-Qaeda remnants, ISIS/Daesh, ISIS-Khorasan and ETIM is counter-productive – as their Shanghai Cooperation Organization interlocutors made very clear.
Internal unity, anyway, will be extremely hard to achieve. The Afghan tribal maze is a jigsaw puzzle, nearly impossible to crack. What the Taliban may realistically achieve is a loose confederation of tribes and ethnic groups under a Taliban emir, coupled with very careful management of social relations.

The Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan back with a bang

Tom Luongo on the fall of Kabul. (I think elites like special dates to signal significance.)
I can’t say I’m shedding any tears here except for all the losses on both sides. War is never righteous.
So, while I’m happy to see this end I am also sad to also see this end for what it is, a planned act of geopolitical vandalism by the Biden Obama Administration to ensure a complete collapse of the U.S. political system.
We are being liquidated by The Davos Crowd at the precise moment when their Great Reset is at its most vulnerable…
Before Afghanistan was there a Dept. of Homeland Security? The Patriot Act? The Military Commissions Act? A Global War on Terror?

It won’t take the CJ Hopkins. Let’s see if it will take my essay that extends from that.

There is soon to be an announcement that vaccination, full vaccination against COVID, will be mandatory for anybody working at our clinic, including vendors and contractors in the buildings. The people who are slowly moving this policy into position for official deployment are people I have worked with for years, and shared hugs and smiles with. It is bound to make everybody uncomfortable, most of all me. I have committed to dealing with it, to making a stand at this point in the dehumanization process, after 18 years of cumulative service at People’s Community Clinic.
This is a stand which will lose me my job taking care of thousands of patients. I will lose contact with then=m, and they will lose contact with me. I will lose my social identity as their physician and as a member of the team at the clinic. This will dehumanize me, my patients, and will somewhat dehumanize the people making this decision as a group. They are all nice people, and we have all, always gotten along well and shared the vision of humanitarian care for our patients.
During the COVID pandemic, I have been permitted (quietly) to treat patients with repurposed oral antivirals. It was appreciated that I gave away 600 bottles of vitamin-D pills last year at my own expense, to patients and staff. It is appreciated that I created and maintain a vegetable garden in the break patio, large by urban standards. I post updates and garden news to our inboxes a few times per season. People like the garden news and insights.
I have put a major portion of my life, identity and all of my livelihood on what seems like an abstraction. I will lose all of that to stand with those who choose to resist mandatory medical injections with a new and secretive technology from Bill Gates and friends.
I can take Social Security early retirement while it lasts. I’m probably healthy enough to last another 30 years, myself. I don’t think Social Security will last to 2030.
I don’t see the future. It’s not formed by our free-wills yet, but I see what similar set-ups have wrought in the past.
Our country is in early financial collapse. The global oligarchs have determined that a 90% culling of the herd is necessary.
Blowing things up is the wrong tool for that job this time.
    I seek spiritual guidance daily.

Simpson’s paradox basically says that lumped data, which statistically “proves” one trend, might actually “prove” the opposite when it is appropriately separated into similarly grouped sets.
Sometimes a scatterplot helps the eye pick that out.

No pics, just what you know.
The battle is joined. It cannot long be hidden that the vaccinated are more susceptible to the new strains.
    https://www.johndayblog.com/2021/08/vaccines-help-delta.html

This scientific paper from The Journal of Infection looks at ADE, antibody dependent enhancement of viral pathogenicity.
This is the phenomenon whereby antibodies may help a virus infect an organism more aggressively.
The context for this is antibodies formed in response to vaccines against the “alpha” coronavirus.
There are populations of blocking antibodies and populations of facilitating antibodies.
In the battle against the alpha SARS-CoV-2, the blocking antibody effect is clearly dominant.
Those same vaccination-antibodies have a different summation against the delta variant.
They tend to help it infect human cells.
This is true for all of the vaccines against the original spike protein. Yep, that’s what you got.
However, in the case of the Delta variant, neutralizing antibodies have a decreased affinity for the spike protein, whereas facilitating antibodies display a strikingly increased affinity.

The bulk of hospitalizations for COVID-19 in the January through June time period occurred well before May. Anybody not receiving a second vaccine 2 weeks or more before being diagnosed with COVID was counted as “unvaccinated”.
That’s how they got that “pandemic of the unvaccinated” line. It was. Now it looks more like a”pandemic of the vaccinated.”.
According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the White House and most mainstream media, what we have now is a “pandemic of the unvaccinated,” with 95% to 99% of COVID-related hospitalizations and deaths being attributed to the unvaccinated.
To achieve that statistic, the CDC included hospitalization and mortality data from January through June. The vast majority of the U.S. population was unvaccinated during that timeframe.
By Jan. 1 only 0.5% of the U.S. population had received a COVID shot. By mid-April, an estimated 31% had received one or more shots and as of June 15, 48.7% were fully “vaccinated.”

How CDC Manipulated Data to Create ‘Pandemic of the Unvaxxed’ Narrative

India, birthplace of the ‘Delta variant” (previously known as “the Indian strain”), uses ivermectin based treatment for COVID. Uttar Pradesh is 2/3 the population of the USA, and much poorer, much more congested. There is good reason to be dubious of any statistics from India, but the clearly beat COVID in New Delhi.

Thanks to all who posted kind and supportive words last evening (here) after I posted my essay about facing the developing drive to mandate COVID vaccines for anyone who works at our community clinic.
Thanks especially Upstate NYer. You posted moral support last night and also this morning. It takes me a long time to catch up on comments.
@Robinboscohorowitzmadamskicafonivinski: I read your piece about Germany, but my use of Germany in 1932 was a completely apt comparison for the point I made, which was the boiling-frog-deciding-to-jump dilemma. It’s about the same to the frog.
I also watched the horse video, and I cried. The lady narrating did not seem to understand about horses streaming soul-knowledge through their eyes at ginormous bitrates. They were not just smelling and stuff. They were eye connecting close up.
I almost never cry. It’s just a change that came over me about 50 years ago when my voice dropped. It’s not that I don’t feel the upwelling of emotion sometimes.

    https://www.johndayblog.com/2021/08/in-crosshairs.html

Many of you might feel like you are in the crosshairs, maybe of a transmissible virus, or of a government that will not let you ride the bus, or train, or enter any public venue unless you submit to a novel medical procedure.
Maybe you have lost your job because you would not accept mandatory vaccination.
Maybe you are looking forward to that happening soon.
Rumors and appearances are that I may face that edict soon.

I have composed a letter, very early Friday morning, before dawn, after lying awake and considering it for a couple of hours.
I have explained that I see this as a moral and spiritual test. If there is to be an overclass, and an underclass, I must stand naked with the underclass, as the Jews stood naked under the Third Reich. I made that clear before anyedict was announced. One of the doctors, with whom I have worked since 1995, commended me on my dedication to public health, but said that he trusted different factual sources, and that it was inappropriate and hurtful of me to bring the Jews and Nazis into it and tired and overused, too.
With that reply to the small group, I explained that when we took our four teenage kids bike touring and backpacking around the world in 2005 – 2006, we stopped at three memorials to the process now underway, the Anne frank House in Amsterdam, Dachau concentration camp in Germany (3 extra days on bikes for that visit) and Tuol Sleng Torture Museum in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. At each of these stops, the lesson was the same. This was not the work of monsters against ordinary people, but the work of ordinary people against other ordinary people. The situation turned so slowly to transform them out of a series of necessities, to become torturers and executioners of the innocent. Many in Cambodia eventually died the same way, falling under suspicion at some point.

The thought question for the “home school students” was how they might see something like this developing before there was no way out , but death.
Knowing that this kind of situation recurs in human history, where one group marks another group as a scapegoat, during times of war and famine, takes their wealth and disposes of them somehow, how would one see it developing and make a leap into the unknown to escape the trap?
In 1932 Germany was under severe economic and social stress, the Weimar Republic was on the ropes, and the opposition to it was fractured, largely between communists and Nazis, but no path was yet set or decided, and nobody wanted war again. I likened our current situation to 1932 Germany, just before the steps were taken that led to the chaos and horror which followed. Looking back at history it is hard to see what might have alerted a German Jew between 1932 and 1936 that it was time to risk everything and leave.
And go where? The whole world was going through depression. How can people in a depression just leave their only support?
This is a really hard question. What I came up with was that a person had to leave at the first sign of depersonalization and scapegoating of a group being codified into law. How would a college educated Chinese person flee China as years of stagnation and frustration led towards the Cultural Revolution?
Could any Jew or non-Roman Catholic have seen the Spanish Inquisition coming?
One would have to be ever vigilant for signs of scapegoating, mainly from the government, as the economy spiraled down, but before it collapsed completely.
One would need to have certainty in the face of these signs and act decisively before the society coalesced to carry out the scapegoating. One might be able to influence against it by making a public stand. If one would be unsuccessful, one would be forced to leave at the point that the decision was set. One might leave before the purges and culls were carried out. This is a hypothetical which only involves struggle and uncertainty.

Now, in the US, the government is blaming unvaccinated people for causing mutations of the coronavirus, which are infecting nice, law abiding, compliant, innocent vaccinated citizens.
The fact is that the vaccines themselves select for viral mutation to resist them.
This was always certain, because they are “non-sterilizing”.
A vaccinated person can carry the virus in their nose, a somewhat hostile environment, and if the virus mutates to avoid the antibodies, that mutation will proliferate and spread. It is inevitable, and on the fairly short timeline that we are already seeing.
In July, the Pfizer vaccine was 42% effective in reducing relative risk of catching COVID in the US, down from 95% touted in January.

It is the US government blaming the unvaccinated, mandating vaccination for government employees, including the armed forces, which were reluctant in the spring, especially the army. Other governments already have vaccine passports, without which one is essentially confined to home, not allowed in public buildings or public transport, and can’t dine outdoors in Paris. The important point in my mind is that government policy is picking a large scapegoat class. Many are calling out for blood, or at least firing the scapegoats, and I see nice people, who I have known for years, saying and writing this. Jenny tells me of people writing this on Facebook, who I know to be loving and caring people. One of the doctors who is most enraged that anybody is still working at People’s Community Clinic is somebody I have always been friends with, and who smiled and waved Friday morning as we entered work. We always chat when there is not plate glass between us. Maybe she has heard about me over the weekend. Maybe I will know the next time our eyes meet.

My calling, my spiritual work in this life is to help my patients live their lives with less suffering, and I have to do that in any way that I can. Thousands of people count upon me to see what is causing them pain and troubles, and to find ways through medical investigation, treatment, and sometimes prayer to help them live through and past it. At this point in my life, and in history, People’s Community Clinic, where I am already working with so many people, is the best place I can see to do my spiritual work. In fact, I see no other. Nothing else has been shown to me by our loving universe.

My spiritual “dual mandate” is to keep serving the people who count on my insightful medical care, and to refuse mandatory vaccination upon the principle of avoiding the dehumanizing steps which lead into totalitarianism.
I’m again including the succinct video which summarizes the work of Hannah Arendt and Carl Jung, who intimately lived through this process.

Passports To Nowhere (and garden pic, somewhere…)
    https://www.johndayblog.com/2021/08/passports-to-nowhere.html

Earlier is better when treating a progressive viral illness with antivirals, which impair viral reproduction and spread.
Seek out how to get a rapid antigen test for COVID if you get a summer-cold presentation in nose and throat, and be poised to treat with antivirals..
Prophylaxis makes sense, also, notably in our present context, with the very transmissible Indian/delta strain.

Ivermectin prophylaxis seems to be the best available long term prophylaxis for efficacy and low toxicity, and I have prescribed it for that since last fall. I began prescribing ivermectin-based treatment for illness in August 2020. (Ivermectin, zinc, doxycycline; Dr Borody’s protocol. Always vitamin-D)

I posted Treat Your Own COVID 2/8/21 https://www.johndayblog.com/2021/02/treat-your-own-covid.html
Information to order Indian ivermectin is there.
People tell me the ivermectin from India takes 8-14 days to arrive in the US. (see blog link)

A dosing for prophylaxis, is most ideally 0.2 mg//kg body weight per dose, days #1, #2 and every 7 days thereafter. Missed doses are made up when remembered.
There are other prophylactic regimens, including once per month, but I think this one is the most foolproof.

One can go to Tractor Supply Company and buy veterinary ivermectin. The veterinarian on the COVID treating-physicians listserv recommends the injectable form, taken orally, but most Americans just use the horse paste. Refrigerate after opening.

That “single dose” in the tube of pasteis for a horse that weighs 10X what a human weighs. It is marked for weight for the initial dose. Anybody with livestock has given a lot of this, and has probably taken it a few times, too. having a syringe to measure the liquid accurately would be my approach, if I were to use this.

    https://www.tractorsupply.com/tsc/search/ivermectin%20paste?

I presume you are taking vitamin-D 5000 units per day already..
25 – 50 mg zinc daily is good. I would not exceed 50, and consider 25 a sweet spot, since more inhibits copper uptake.
Zinc is directly active against coronaviruses, known for 25 years.
Quercetin helps it get into our cells, where it impairs viral replication.
Sunflower lecithin greatly helps the body absorb quercetin. Both are found in our foods daily.
Texas HEB has quercetin/bromelain caps. Just take 1/day. with HEB zinc.
HEB also has sunflower lecithin powder. Take 1/4 teaspoon with the quercetin and zinc. A little more won’t hurt.
Other grocers and drugstores should have similar choices.

The vaccinated are also catching this bug a lot.
None of the vaccines is very helpful, but they probably reduce ICU admissions and deaths.

It is the non-sterilizing vaccines, not the unvaccinated, which are creating a selection-gradient to favor viral mutations to escape the vaccine-induced antibodies.
The virus coexists with the antibodies in the vaccinated hosts, mainly sitting in the nasopharynx.
As such, if a mutation eludes antibody attack, it is highly selected for reproduction, and spreads within the host. It spreads more if it jumps hosts.
That is exactly what is happening, and it is completely mundane and predictable.
Natural immunity is best and most durable, but requires catching COVID..
Details are pretty well explained here: https://www.cure-hub.com/post/sars-cov-2-vaccines-breakthrough-infections-and-lasting-natural-immunity

The Indian/Delta variant also has a much lower case fatality rate, 20% or lower than the original strain, but it may advance more aggressively in the hospitals. Treat early.

Most times a chicken is just not interested in the road, unless something edible got dropped on it. Sometimes a chicken uses up the pecking on one side of the road, and wants to peck, and not peck the road, so pecking chicken crosses to peck “the other side” as we conceptualize it..
Later, chicken crosses to get to coop before dark, when the coons come out.
Coons eat chickens. Chickens often sense that danger.

@Upstate NYer: Sister, I love the band, have their albums on Vinyl, including a picture disc of Ditch Digging, and used to go catch them at Liberty Lunch, when Austin was still Austin. I bought a SCOTS Southern Culture On The Skids Racing Team t-shirt. They are brilliant, and I was not being snyde. I can sing their songs. Rockabilly surf guitar with Frank Zappa’s eye for humanity (though a touch gentler).
I’m singing along with this one. I have friends who live in trailers, smart friends who live in trailers.

@Germ: I gave away a bottle of 120 X 600 mg NAC from back when I bought it over the counter, to a lady with lungs full of COVID clots last Friday, along with zinc, and I prescribed doxycycline and ivermectin. She was already on Lovenox from the hospital and still tested positive on a rapid test and still felt sick, over 2 weeks since her first positive test.
I’m not sure NAC is able to do measurable good, but it does good.
