Today is the end of Canadian Thanksgiving long weekend. So happy Thanksgiving to all of TAE’s Canadian friends!

We celebrated at the island cottage with a turkey dinner Sunday evening with our American friends. They will get to celebrate 2 Thanksgivings this year as the American Thanksgiving is the 4th Thursday in November.

Canadian Thanksgiving is earlier because it gets colder earlier up here than in the states. Maybe we have to catch our turkeys before they fly south for the winter?

As Raul said, the flu is going to be killing more folks in the west than ever before because all the vaccinated have weakened general immune systems. It will be the flu’s fault, not the vaccines. The unvaxxed will continue to be blamed non-stop.

We are now seeing the media setting up the flu narrative. Now suddenly the flu is back. The flu will provide the neccessary cover needed to explain away the expected new deaths caused by the vaccines injurying the vaccinated’s general immune system.

Sadly the killing spreè continues unabated.

    Chooch:

A lot of things are absorbed by the human skin.

Right now I have a bad case of poison ivy on my hands and arms! Obviously my skin absorbed the oil from the poison ivy plant all too well! My treatment method is when a spot gets itchy, to rip the blister raw until it bleeds and then wash the area with dish soap which can cut the oil, to prevent the oil from spreading, unlike mild hand soap. Then treat with hydrocortisone cream to dry up the affected area. Of course I do the opposite of what the doctors would advise, leave it alone! I have no intention of suffering for weeks when I can reduce it to mere days!

When I was working with hydraulically driven machinery we used to apply a barrier cream to our hands to try and reduce the amount of crap obsorbed from the hydraulic fluid by our skin when working with hydraulic valves. I remember the company doctor going on a rant about all the bad crap in hydraulic fluids!

The drop in government medical and pension costs proves the vaccines are working.

The drop in hospital expenses and increases in profit margins proves the vaccines are working.

The reduction in university salary expenses proves the vaccines are working.

What ever happens on Oct 15th will prove that the vaccines are still working.

Being able to discriminate against unvaccinate people is now perfectly legal.

Corporate profits increasing because companies no longer have to pay severance to terminate the unvaxxed.

There are no shortages of workers because of the government’s vaccination mandate.

There are no everyday goods shortages due to the vaccines.

There is no energy shortage due to the vaccines.

There is no toilet paper shortage due to the vaccines.

    The vaccines didn’t do n’thing.

    My Parents said know/tdk:

Here at the island cottage we had a squirrel that decided our pump house was the perfect spot to store butternuts. The entire floor of the pump house was covered in nice sticky green butternuts!

My Father begrudgingly gathered up all the sticky butternuts, enough to fill up two 5 gallon pails. Bright and early the next morning my Father discovered that the squirrel had refilled the pumphouse with more sticky butternuts, enough to fill two more 5 gallon pails!

That was the last straw for my Father! He set the Have-A-Heart trap catching the squirrel!

My Father then took the squirrel along with his four 5 gallons of sticky butternuts, over by boat, to the next big island, far enough away that the squirrel couldn’t swim back!

We always joke that the squirrel, for its crime of trying to turn the pumphouse into a butternut storage area, got exiled to Botany Bay!

Over on the conservative tree house there is a very interesting article dated Oct 1st of AG Thomas Renz releasing a freedom of information request showing 31K deaths within 21 days of getting the vaccine plus vaccine injuries.

Also remdesivir killing 25% of people given it. Just like we always suspected. FAUCI’s legal method to kill more covid patients to hype the fear. Just like that nurse said they were.

Hopefully Raul will include this article in tomorrow’s TAE.

I see Germany now has a choice of either a Traffic Light or Jamaica coalition government. Confused?

Traffic Light represents the red, green, and yellow coalition party colors.
Jamaica coalition party represents the black, green, and yellow coalition party colors.

If you are the government and you want to cut spending on health care for the 99% masses, how would you go about achieving this task?

Yes you would first label the health care workers you want to get rid of as undesirables, like unvaxxed.

Now you can safely fire them to the popular applauds of the vaxxed!

Now you can ration health care to the 99% as you see fit!

All health care shortages can now be blamed on the unvaxxed!

    Mission accomplished!

One thing folks need to keep in mind about the island of Newfoundland is that moose were introduced around 1900 or so. Since there are no wolves on the island, the moose have no real predators, so man has the job of harvesting moose every year to prevent the moose from over grazing, then starving.

There are about 100,000 moose on the island of Newfoundland! I think that works out to 1 or 2 moose per square km! Or about 1 moose per 5 Newfoundlanders!

In the entire province of Ontario there are only about 100,000 moose, showing how wolves keep the moose in check.

The other interesting thing about the island of Newfoundland is that there are no deer or raccoons either! Actually there are quite a few more critters not on the island. The reason for this is that during the last ice age, about 12,000 years, the entire island was covered with ice wiping out all existing wild life. Since then only critters that manage to somehow reach the island got to call the island home. Then of course man has introduce a few critters, like mink, for better or worst.

    Veracious Poet:

    Re-slide rules versus calculators:

I started electrical engineering using a bamboo slide rule. (Yes, I am dating myself!) Then half way through the school switch to calculators as calculators prices had fallen to $50 versus $35 for a slide rule.

Let me tell you, our exams got a lot harder! Now the prof could put many more questions on the exam since the calculators greatly reduced the time to do the math. No more nice clean answers either!

With slide rule, the prof could maybe ask 3 questions in an one hour exam. Time was needed to rub the bamboo sticks together. This made it easier to study for an exam as the prof was limited to just asking questions on the major topics covered in a course.

With calculators, suddenly the prof could ask 6 questions! So everything changed! Now we had to study both the major and minor topics. Our exam approach also had to change. If you couldn’t figure out quickly how to solve a question, you had to force yourself to move on to the next question. Time management became more critical.

With a slide rule, you had more time to solve each question. Not so with calculators! It had to be bang, bang!

Calculators were a double edge sword!

Claude Monet’s The Sheltered Path painting is very apt for me!

This past week I have been busy everyday making improvements to a pathway that runs back of the cottage and runs the length of the island.

I have removed dozens of rocks and tree roots sticking out on the path and filled in the holes with sand.

If I knew how post a photo on TAE I would. It would look somewhat like Monet’s painting!

It is fall here in Ontario.

With it comes duck hunting season which opened September 10th. Every evening, just before sunset, shotgun blasts echo up and down the St. Lawrence River. Since I am still asleep without my hearing aid on, the morning are quite peaceful for me, but not likely so for the ducks! There are no longer any ducks to be seen during the day. They are all in hiding except for early morning and at sunset. Each shotgun blast announcing another duck has died, just like in the movie, The Hunger Games.

Goose hunting season opened September 1st, but it opened to total silence. Nobody is hunting them. Geese are now gathered together in large flocks, honking without a care in the world! No Hunger Games for them!

Most probably didn’t notice but Biden reinstalled fencing in DC and recalled the National Guard before making his announcement of war on the unvaccinated this week!

I suspect they were hoping for trouble so they could start their next step in their master plan. Seems nothing happened. Maybe everyone is just learning to resist by ignoring Biden.

Certainly Biden has successfully managed his escape from reality by wearing a mask!

And now we know dr fauci created the Delta variant as cover for the expected wave of vaccine injuries. He is also keeping the PCR test until the end of this year to help stroke the size of the Delta wave. He is also counting fully vaccinated that die as unvaccinated, if they die within 2 weeks or a month after the 2nd jab.

We also now know Raul was correct in pointing out we have crossed the point where the vaccines are harming and killing more people than the virus.

I am still telling my young adult kids not to date vaccinated people because of their poor future health outlook.

As for trying to convince unvaccinated friends to hold out against the vaccine, the Kool Aid, sadly is still winning. It is a loosing cause. The Kool Aid is too tempting. Emotion wins over logic nearly every time.

A friend’s mother, who escaped communist Cech in 1968, and who should know better than to believe any government, highly educated, is scheduled to be vaxxed on Wednesday September 15th despite my feeding her information all summer.

So I can relate to the frustration many on TAE are feeling about their failures to convince anyone otherwise. These people can only be convince in hindsight, after all their peers are convinced.

Maybe I should get rich by selling “Peer Kool Aid”!

I just finished listening to a very distracted Stew Peter’s interview of an anonymous nurse who has worked on the covid floor of a hospital that is posted on The Conservative Tree House.

It seems the so called covid “delta” variant is just a “cover” for the wave of vaccine injured patients! Hospitals are not overflowing with covid patients as the media says! The hospitals are filled mostly with vaccine injury patients who are referred to as Delta covid!

I hope Raul posts this CTH interview in tomorrow’s posting!

This nicely explains why India is not experiencing a second wave!

We have kind of already figured out that all vaccine deaths are being reported as covid deaths.

Your comments about nursing homes seem correct to me. We know from a number of comments on TAE that nursing/old folks homes are hurting.

One Spanish commenter from a disadvantage region in Spain said that covid killed so many of the old folks in the nursing homes, that many workers were laid off as a result. This in an area where nursing homes are one of only a few major employers.

An American commented that he had a friend who owned two small nursing homes, a mens and a womens. The friend said that he lost no one to covid but lost about half to the vaccines! Obviously the friend would have had to reduce staff to match income.

My own guess is between covid and now the vaccines, many of the current and future customers of nursing homes have passed away, short circuiting the nursing home route altogether.

I suspect after New York willingly torching old folks to help create the perception of a crisis, many older folks are terrified of going into a nursing home! Going into a nursing home now means giving up all control of your life! You become government property to do as they please!

It is interesting we have not heard any recent stories about how nursing homes are doing. I suspect they are doing poorly due to a shortage of customers!.

    Absolute galore:

In 1983 I flew 2 cases of Johnny Walker Red (along with 40 cases of good Danish/Dutch/German beer) from Moscow to Siberia! Since there were no horses there, sadly we had to drink it all ourselves!

The Russian airplane crew in Moscow refused to put the booze in the airplane cargo because it would freeze! They wisely insisted that this rather important cargo (they should know!) had to be put in the isle of the narrow bodied plane. That meant nobody could get out of their seats for the duration of the l0ong flight!

I can only imagine what these Russians were thinking! Bloody alcoholic! Drinks more than we do! But drinks only the best stuff!

Let me tell you I received a first class reception by upon landing! When told there was booze still on board the airplane they all madly rushed into the airplane coming out and claiming whatever booty they could carry! You know in rare situations like this, procession is 9/10s of the law!

I never had any trouble getting my $20 bucks per case of beer!

I hid one case under my bed. Many weeks later when all of the beer was gone, the guys were bemoaning this very sad event, I said “Oh by the way I still had a case hidden under my bed!” Let me tell you the desperate made a mad dash into my bedroom and hauled it back to drink in great happiness that the dreaded dry season was delayed by one more day!

P.S. The Johnny Walker Red was reserved for one Englishman who preferred the hard stuff and was a raging alcoholic!

As I was reading your comment, I thought you were referring to my Ontario fearless leader until you mentioned Alberta popping my balloon!

Now curfewing booze hours is really deadly serious stuff!

When in working Russia in 1983, Russian leaders were always complaining about Russians consuming too much vodkas! I was puzzled by this because the state was the only one brewing the stuff! It would be very easy for a leader to stop producing vodkas! But I then noted that not even Stalin curtailed vodkas production! To stop producing vodkas would be the instant death knell of any Russian leader who was foolish enough to even think of doing so.

Naturally my Russian construction crew were always working under the influence of vodkas for the entire 6 months of my stay. We got along just fine because I never complained or did anything about their drinking on the job. If I found a bottle of vodkas I never disturbed it, so they knew I could be trusted.

It isn’t the vaccine that is going to get your ear fearless leader into trouble. It is the edict on booze! He must truly be an idiot!

Yesterday Trudeau put aside $75 millions dollars to pay funeral expenses of dead vaxxers!
Taking this to it’s local conclusion.
If a funeral costs say $10,000 that means they are expecting 7,500 dead Canadians!
That is 1 dead in every 4,666 people!
That death rate seems ridiculously low!
Obviously there is a fly in the ointment!

    Michael Reid:

In regards to your LED light questions.

I am installing 10,000 lumen LED light fixtures that use 100 watts and produce the cooler 5000K Kelvin light which is closer to daylight. The LED fixtures have 4 rows or tubes of LED and are more or less the same size as a twin T8 light fixtures.

As my parents said know stated the LED tubes are not replaceable. If one LED in the string fails I guess one could replace the LED but I suspect most people will just replace the entire fixture. They say they are good for 50,000 hours but that is probably based upon turning them on once and running them until they fail.

What I don’t know is how much the life of a LED is shortened everytime you turn it on and off? I suspect a lot of wear and tear occurs turning these critters on and off. This on/off business certainly ensured that the 10,000 hour compact florescent blubs lasted no where near 10,000 hours! I feel some never made 500 hours in my house!

The main reason I bought these high lumen fixtures was to provide more light for my failing eyes. Everything keeps getting darker for me so I constantly need more and more light to see even in daylight. It isn’t unusual for me to be seen wondering the hallways of my house or cottage with a powerful handheld LED flashlight during daylight hours! Even outdoors I can be seen carrying a powerful LED flashlight in my hand. I often use a LED flashlight just to check for goodies in the fridge!

About 12 years ago I added a dozen skylights to the roof of my house because the house was too dark!

The LED light fixtures are quite compact and light. They come with a pull chain and a 2 prong (no gnd) plug on one end so you can connect up to 4 in series if you want. I am not yet at that stage where I need to double my lighting yet! The LED light fixtures are much lighter than T8 or T12 fixtures which are quite heavy in comparison.

I bought mine at Princes Auto for $49 plus taxes. I think I bought 16 of them, with 6 for the cottage, 7 for the boathouse, and 3 for at home. I felt these LED light fixtures gave me the most light for the buck. I should probably buy a few extra LED fixtures just in case one or two fail prematurely as suggested by my parents said know I believe.

I think in your case using LED light blubs will give you the most energy efficient lighting. These just aren’t enough for my eyes in many cases. Sometimes I add a second LED blub using a “Y” splitter. I am after maximum light while you are likely after maximum energy efficiency.

    Hi Everyone on TAE.

I am currently enjoying the last week of summer (at least here in Ontario!) at the family island cottage in the St Lawrence River. I have been busy installing new LED light fixtures inside and outside of the cottage and boathouse. It is going a lot slower than I expected! Duh!

My family isn’t too impressed with my efforts, complaining the new lights are too bright! I agree for normal folks with healthy eyes they are overkill. That is why each of the 4 foot 10,000 lumen LED light fixtures has a pull chain to turn each light on or off, as desired. However, for my rapidly declining RP eyes I need more light than ever! I am installing the light fixtures now while my eye still allows me to do so.

Anyway I have been trying everyday to read all of the comments. TAE folks have been doing a great job of commenting on the issues!

We still have the numbers to hurt businesses and the national economy. It is our big stick! Money talks!

Look at how the Russians dealt with vaccine passport to restaurants, theaters, etc. They all stop going to these places. In just 3 weeks the order was quietly cancelled! Now the French are dealing with this vax discrimination. Some places looked at customer’s papers (that doesn’t mean they actually read them) and then gave the customer a token, to present in the future, which doesn’t expire! Our girl in Switzerland says many French businesses are simply refusing to enforce Macron’s decree.

I wonder how New York is doing these days? A shortage of customers? How are airlines doing these days? Clearly they have more travellers than they can handle if they are only allowing vaccinated travellers to fly.

The stupid thing about only allowing the fully vaccinated to travel, be indoors, etc., is that these people actually represent the highest risk group! They are twice as likely to catch covid due to their spike protein weakened immune system!

Another view of why your manufacturing company may be considering mandating vaccines is strangely because of potential future legal liability issues over the virus.

It is possible that lawyers are sensing that the way to escape any future legal liabilities from the virus, is to show that they implemented such a policy. Whether they successfully force all employees is another matter. It is looking more and more like it is now legal to fire employees who are not vaccinated. But of course one needs to implement a vaccine policy first.

Clearly the courts seem to be saying you have no rights regarding your own body. This seems to be occurring in the US, Canada, and UK.
