If people were encouraged to save their money (not in a 401k or some other financial gerrymandering) it would do a lot to save resources, but it would also collapse the system our “betters” need to stay on top. So that is why the great reset is introduced, many of us here have been calling for a reset since 2008. They must have been listening and all the while scheming how they will remain in control.

Which Obamacare was just a more clumsy attempt at if you think about it, we’ll charge you if you don’t have health insurance, even though the problem for most people is that they can’t afford health insurance. I’m sure Dr. D would have something to say about this logic. They tried to force a subscription on you then, but it wasn’t efficient enough. So they cooked up the past two years to cover up the failing economy that they’d “fixed” and ya know, never let a problem go to waste. Force people to get a shot every three months that they don’t need! You won’t listen to us anymore or buy our “products” at the rate we need to justify our exorbitant privileges so we’ll just force you!

I remember when passion of the christ came out, i went with my grandmother. Must have been the early 2000’s. The movie wasn’t bad, and i don’t consider myself overly religious. They had a discussion afterwards and listening to the “left” and “right” argue made me sick to my stomach. Kinda like the scene in terminator 2 when John Conner watches the two children play with guns and says to the terminator “we’re not going to make it, are we?”

Whatever the ethical dimensions of these issues, what lies beneath is the fact that the media companies are no longer viable businesses capable of existing without government support. Because they are now reliant on government money, their function as the fourth estate that holds government to account has also all but disappeared. That’s a problem for them but it’s also a problem for the government. The “official narrative” is transmitted through the legacy media. If the legacy media goes away, so does the narrative. Governments know that if the media disappeared, so would a large chunk of their power. The government needs the media as much as the media needs the government.”

Also, if the economy collapsed (as it should, most healthy thing that could happen to people in the long run), would the healthcare system as we know it even exist? Doesn’t anybody remember how most insurance companies were about to fail in 08? I honestly think Deflationista is the same person, but what covid/collapse has revealed are those who actually aren’t cowards and those who are. A best friend of mine, we’ve talked about this BS since 08, is a coward. He knows something is wrong, and we’re being lied to, but got the clot shot because he wants to travel. This is separating the men from the boys. Those who truly want a better system and are willing to deal with the consequences and those who just talk.
