Totally pointless post that goes on far too long. So, same as usual:

The problem is more here: “have one blanket term that covers all who don’t fit into the usual mold”. Because the Natives could see “reality”, what was out there in the daily world, they didn’t have the western sense of “usual mold” in my opinion. Things were what they were, and if Bob acted like something, Bob was Bob and he’s also your cousin so you’ll have to deal with him. This is the nature of small communities quite probably, not creating an abstract demographic bell curve someone’s not conforming to. …While missing the whole point that EVERYONE on the Bell Curve is ‘normal’, as all bell curves have tails, and no bell curves have only the middles.

Some people are “Two spirits” but that word has a specific meaning too, the meaning is more not-sexual-descriptor but spirit-descriptor, and most people aren’t that. It might be easier to take a gradation as most aspects of reality are. Some people are born highly polarized into their gender (whatever THAT is either), some are middle, some are comfortable either way so it would never occur to them if not barraged with persuasion. Some are further out, and even to a point where they have to choose, which may not mean much to “choose”, just push your emphasis, soft or hard. And some will probably be born and remain that way and could probably still be changed using deep shamanic measures, but why would you? What would be the point unless “God made a mistake” in the first place, and isn’t that rebellion? “I know why God created me and the world so I’m going to uncreate it”?

My point in bringing it up is that these guys are dissolving reality itself. Gender both exists and is the most important thing in the world, and also doesn’t exist and can be picked new each morning. You’re both born gay, so there’s no choice and we must have tolerance, AND you can choose your gender any time you like, or fluid non-genders, like waterkin no one’s heard of. It’s infantile. You ARE something. We don’t have to define it, it doesn’t have to fit a stereotype, but it exists. The point of “gay,” “straight,” ‘waterkin’ or whatever is to make OTHERS behave in a pre-established way towards you. That I neither care nor obey them, is therefore a furious, unforgivable act – even though I have the same behavior and opinion to straight people and don’t involve myself in their sex lives either.

So it’s a multiple form of violence: to impose it on you, to demand a canned behavior, and to go nuclear if you don’t get the reaction you have no reason to demand from me. And that part has nothing whatsoever to do with your person and your orientation. It’s gotten so bad the straight world has had to form a careless and unconscious response to it “I don’t care what you do, just don’t put it in my face”. Pretty similar response as the world had to Christian evangelizing. Identical maybe. The key part is the first one: “I don’t care,” “Leave me alone”, but they only hear the second part as: “you can’t express yourself” “you’re not allowed to be.” Which CAN be what they mean, but you can see my diagnosis, isn’t REALLY what they mean. Imagine a world where people are relatively private and formal. No one would care because they’re not going to your parties or your bedroom. It’s already a crime to assault someone. Seems like everything’s settled. BUT THAT’S NOT WHAT WE’RE GETTING. And I’m afraid – in fact too late – that antagonizing the majority in weird, cruel, and outlandish ways will cause a terrible backlash that will put “gay rights” (whatever that means – remember, there are no genders so there is no orientation) back to 1960.

We also have the problem that this sort of thing is notorious for appearing at the end of a culture, when it collapses. There’s a vague unease then that it causes collapse, or the moral rot is represented by it, but I really think it represents something different. As people are on a gradation, how do you get more people to orient and push themselves opposite to their, well, supposed birth gender, whatever that is/means? And I really think being grounded in the earth, into life, reality, causes you to see and feel and express that innate, universal voice that is very subtle. And you may think being a woman is stupid and men have it all, which is visible, intellectual, and drive your body that way, into being more man-like and man-being from your mind. But when you see and feel the subtle earth, the power of yin or yang, whichever you are, you might also say “Ah, this day has made me understand it – my gender, the self type I was born with – connect with it, and think it’s pretty good after all. Maybe I’ll go with it. Tie into it stronger.” As you know, the focal point of TV and advertising is to make us perennially discontented with all we have and are, and that something we show you is always better. Which it isn’t. For YOU. Because you are you and not a TYPE, and the box and limits of that TYPE would crush and confine you.

Because strangely gender isn’t born so much but people come about it, grow into their “gender”– whatever that is — especially when they’re young, hearing the voice of What Is, or I Am, comes from quiet, grounded places and cultures. So if you unmoor and unground a culture, it’s so frentic, so loud, so overmentalized, and therefore so screwed up that the ungrounding draws people away from who they are and what they would be into some plays and stories, ideas and ego abstractions instead of going deeper into discovering their whole selves. Then they attach to this IDEA of something, IDEA of gender, what is gender? A stereotype? From the ‘50s? From the 80s? Of Soviet women on the Eastern Front? What? This is all mental. The IDEA of what it is instead of a body that includes so much MORE than ideas, mentalism, abstractions. Which are fun, sure, and seem big, but ultimately are hollow and make you deeply unhappy and unfilfilled.

You can see that now when, arguably the world has never been more permissive or tolerant of genders since Rome, gay people or especially trans are deeply unhappy, measurably, statistically unhappy, and neither coming out, nor gender changes, nor anything seems to work, suicide rates are significantly higher, long-term relationships are less common, assault is high — and usually from partners — dangerous sex and drug use are rampant, and instead of looking at the beliefs and paradigm that led them there, blame straight people they never met for their free-floating unhappiness. It’s not a road I would choose, for myself or anyone near me. If you’re capable of choosing. Most people I know who have chosen it are noticeably more unhappy, and have more difficult relationships and more difficult lives. If you must, you must, I guess, and very personal, no business of mine, but since history seems to suggest the wild majority have a choice, you can most probably choose not to make life additionally hard on yourself. And what would be the point? The purpose, the gain? But you can. Go ahead. Just don’t blame me for it and claim favors from me afterwards. I would have told you to go this other direction, follow this other, deeper voice, and be happy. I had to, to find out, to choose how respond, same as everyone else.

Denninger is correct in my opinion. Unfortunately, it’s not simple to discuss nor has a magic bullet, so no one will read. This is matching 10 years of mRNA failure (or success, depending on your goals) where it might cause protection, but then immune collapse and killing everyone when presented with any similar wild strain. This may go further into more different flus or diseases than expected, but remains to be proven. The cancer numbers are not promising. And “not promising” in this environment means “almost certainly true.”

Thinking of “Across state lines”: All these people live in New York. Where half the people “Cross state lines” in the Lincoln Tunnel to get to work every day. Then they “Cross state lines” to Connecticut to party in Foxwoods Casino before they “Cross state lines” to vacation in the Poconos.

Sus: I understand the closing arguments. If you display a gun, you’re clearly marking yourself as a participant. It’s likely to lead to misunderstandings. Misuse or handling, such as the pointed direction is nearly impossible to be safe and clear in a crowd. When there are shots, people may believe you are the cause of them. The weapon can be taken from you and used on you or others. These are good reasons that people don’t generally carry, and don’t carry openly.

Should some of these aggressive signals be displayed, someone else may feel the need to defend themselves, and they may be legally right to do so.

I can understand the media’s argument that Grosskreutz thought Kyle was an aggressor or mass shooter. However, that’s not what their witness and admitted aggressor testified. Grosskreutz would also have lost on a self-defense charge, even if well-believed and intentioned, which his own testimony said it wasn’t.

Did Grosskreutz attempt to flee? No. Neither did others: they too did not believe themselves in any danger. Was there a mass shooting, was anyone injured from it? Whether he believed it or not, he’d be in big trouble because there wasn’t: he and his crew were the only aggressors, committing the only attempted murder with a skateboard. Was there an imminent threat? Apparently not, Kyle wasn’t shooting, so we were still in talking mode, clarifying.

Kyle was fleeing a chaotic situation yelling “friendly!”, a peculiar thing for an aggressor or shooter to do. Huber and Grosskreutz were not allowing him to flee and go away. So it might make sense to ask Rittenhouse what was happening, or at least watch for more signals of danger. And self-defense requires using the minimum force to stop the threat (if saving others) and to immediately flee if possible (if yourself). Grosskreutz failed on all counts, so it cannot be a self-defense to shoot Kyle as a misunderstanding, even despite his own testimony that confirmed a) he had no idea if anyone was shot b) had no idea if Kyle was the aggressor c) had given specific, witnessed death threats to Kyle an hour before. Grosskreutz was also carrying a gun; however his gun was also illegal, so the legal argument that he might be unnecessarily escalating a situation would likewise apply to Grosskreutz.

So that’s the sort of reason I personally would not handle a gun in that situation. Even if innocent, you’re rather likely to spend the next year of your life consumed with proving your innocence to armchair quarterbacks who’ve never held a gun in person, and hate you on sight for having held one yourself. Or ever THOUGHT of holding one, once, in your mind. The very thought of holding one proves your evil, much less the actually holding one.

Guns are magic, you see: they get up off tables and shoot things without their people involved. The people are poor victims, having no agency of their own, and must succumb to the irresistible magic of the bang-bang. Strangely, this is unlike all other objects like poison or cars which are scientific and only move when directed by their owners, who are therefore responsible for their consequences. Or not. Perhaps people have free will and are responsible for the outcome of their actions, whatever their birth and whatever their color. We have the larger problem that the Prosecution should be tossed out with prejudice for:

A) introducing evidence the Court already prohibited. That’s an open slap in the face, intentional as bending the Judge over the bench.
B) Bringing charges that are not legal or possible.
C) Bringing charges and prosecution when their own witnesses refute them. That means the Prosecution KNEW ALL ALONG and were just trying to convict an innocent man but bringing spurious charges on some guy, just ‘cause they didn’t like him. Not as clear, but still true.
D) Placing words into witnesses’ mouths and having witnesses openly avow they were coached and bullied by the Prosecution, which is illegal. They claimed this under oath, so it’s a crime that instantly needs to be followed and charged.
E) NOT charging an illegal weapons charge that IS true on the aggressor. That would need to be proven in court, but it CLEARLY demonstrates open prejudice and favoritism. And
F) When the victim admits he drew, aimed, and advanced, and had NO legitimate reason to do so, he was admitting to a clear and serious felony, probably attempted murder. The prosecutors are now aware of TWO serious felonies by their own witness and have done nothing to pursue them. That could also be perceived as buying testimony, ANOTHER felony.

…I’m only getting started. Usually these major felonies discover some ancillary crimes like “False statements” , “Obstructing Justice” to add on. And that’s by the FELON witness, AND the Prosecution, from the D.A. to his entire team.

But if they did to probably correct and legal thing — punish the Prosecution for grave abuse of authority — they would immediately declare the trial faulted, the Judge crooked, and start the Civil War.

Once again, there’s something else going on here. Engineering: Hmmm, the material volume is near-zero compared to a ml vial. The medicine therefore would have to be dangerously, fatally strong (like if you licked it). The injection is so close to the surface as to be lost in a callous. The opposite is also true: if the dosing is extremely tiny and strong, then the patch won’t work if put on only very slightly less pressure, or the dosing chronically uneven. And we’re doing this to save who? <1% who don’t like needles? How about we solve a medical problem that’s statistically relevant? AND I’ve been hearing about this for decades. Although it’s not going to be a big profit center for whoever produces them.

Although about organizing Antifa and labor to hide the walk-out general strike, Let me distill it down for you:

“I am reminded of a story I read when I was a child about a conversation between an ancient Roman General and a Roman Senator. The senator tells the general that something needed to be done about separating and delineating the slave class from the free Roman citizens because often they all looked alike and were sometimes dressed alike. The senator suggested that the slaves be forced to wear black arm bands so they could be easily identified. Now, I don’t know if this tale is historically accurate but I treat it as a parable. …the more the establishment tries to squeeze the US population with forced vaccination efforts the more liberty minded people slip through their fingers and fight back. If mass walkouts and strikes are attributed to conservatives and patriots standing against the mandates, then all the other “slaves” might realize they are actually legion. This would be bad for the globalists and their Reset agenda.

We are not supposed to know our numbers. By instituting a two tier society through vax mandates the establishment has made an error. They obviously assumed there would be far less rebellion against the passports. They obviously assumed that there would be a vast majority of support and the 10% or less of the population refusing to comply would be overwhelmed and surrounded by the covid cult. They figured we would be compelled by peer pressure and the fear of standing out, and that we would naturally fall in line. Instead, 30% to 50% of the population depending on the state or city or industry is in revolt and we are starting to see how many of us there really are across the country.

There are three things the covid authoritarians are predominantly afraid of:
1. Liberty groups recognizing their true numbers.
2. Those same groups organizing at the local and state level across the country.
3. And, losing the mainstream narrative that they are the “good guys” and that we are the “evil insurrectionists”.

I think we just got #1 with “Let’s Go Brandon”. #2 is the long-planned “Devolution” which is really just the restoration of Constitutional Law and government, small at the Federal level and as localized, humanized, and decentralized as possible. If everyone is on our side and all the cool kids are now Conservatives, we’ve crossed #3 handily. They’ve lost the moral high ground. That is, legitimacy. That is, as seen on Joe Rogan last week, 5M viewers vs CNN’s dismal 800k. They’ve LOST the culture war. In the biggest possible way. And the PTA. You don’t (empty threaten to) sic the FBI on every parent in America if you’re winning.

He may miss #4. The power is in the currency and the currency is in legitimacy. No legitimacy = no currency = no bribery, no payouts = no power. Checkmate in 3, 2, 1…
