It looks like the Taliban in Afghanistan are holding Biden to Trump’s Mayday withdrawal commitment.
Moon of Alabama: “That 200 government police and troops laid down their weapons – other reports even say they changed sides – points to the immense fragility of the Afghan forces. Nearly twenty years of U.S. ‘training’ has had little effect.

Ghazni, south of Kabul, is also under attack and may soon fall to the Taliban.

Yesterday the U.S. launched airstrikes on the southern province Helmand where the Taliban are besieging the province capital Lashkar Gah”

@Absolute Galore: By this time I have had a number of people tell me about their experience taking horse paste, giving it to various animals, down to rabbit-size, and finding the taste fairly pleasant.
The weight based dose is the same for humans as for the other animals. 0.2 mg/kg, or 1 mg/11#.
I am told that there is a convenient measuring device that goes by weight.
Instead of one dose, COVID treatment is more like 2-5 doses, in general.
The dosing range for humans, now with a lot of experience, can safely move up, so erring a little to the high side is fine. Just a little. The upper dosing is 0.3 mg/kg, currently, though there is no particular fatal-dose clearly identified.
Also, zinc gluconate 50 mg is readily available. This has efficacy against coronaviruses by itself, an can be taken 3-4 times per day when treating active disease.
I recommend keeping routine daily dose to 25 mg or less, since it can interfere with copper absorption at higher doses.
a male 60-63 is what I am, too.
Get on with life. Our life force is in decline. Do some good.

This article says there is a fair amount of cross reactivity between endemic coronavirus response and vaccine coronavirus response, in BOTH directions, but not the same amount for each endemic coronavirus. In this study the “vaccine” prompted more memory-triggering response to HCoV-NL63.
“Interestingly, we saw a 3-fold increase in the CD4+ T cell responses to HCoV-NL63 spike peptides post-vaccination.”
    • mRNA Vaccines Induce Broad CD4+ T Cell Responses (JCI)

So we know that 81% of us (I think I’m in there and my school librarian wife, too) have enough T-cell memory to endemic coronaviruses to handle this one on a good day, too.
Take vitamin-D 5000 units. (Notice how that is about the average dose used by signers of the petition Germ posted a couple of days ago?)
The question of whether the “vaccines” might help us with the common-cold coronaviruses is not a very important question, considering “vaccine” side effects. The answer is, “yeah, probably a little help”.
We do not yet know if the antibodies attacking human placental protein syncytin (similar to spike protein in some segments) will cause a lot of spontaneous abortions.
Nobody ever does studies like this on pregnant women, nobody. Never.
There do seem to be a lot of spontaneous abortions, even near-term or at term following “vacines”.
It’s a good thing that it’s nobody’s fault, isn’t it? It’s almost impossible and quite intimidating to report a vaccine adverse response, as we learned yesterday, and as I have experienced, myself.

@Absolute Galore: Madamski seems pretty subtle in diplomacy, but your entry to the mind of a defensive friend may be hard to find.
One opening may be that Pfizer will apparently release this early treatment pill, which appears to be viral-protease inhibitor, as used for HIV and Hepatitis-C, in the fall.
Pfizer is trying to get everybody “vaccinated” with their current product, but already has the successor in line, after killing hundreds of thousands by suppressing early treatment with (politically murdered) hydroxychloroquine, and (tried to smother in the crib but failed) ivermectin.
That financial angle may be a way in.
Swords are drawn in this societal schism, already.
Try to avoid the beheading reflex. Discuss from a different angle, which will probably have to keep changing weekly.
Do take vitamin-D this summer. It is pretty rare to go a little high, and I have never, ever seen anybody toxic. You can get either “horse paste” ivermectin or the “pig injection” liquid version. Both can safely be taken orally, based on body weight. 1 mg per 11# body weight on days 1, 2, 4 and 6, is how I dose, but some dose days 1-4 and some 1-5. Don’t try to get doxycycline, a tetracycline antibiotic, at this point. That is something that even ER docs have started prescribing whenever they see a chest x-ray that looks like COVID, which is common.
    (Thanks for the kind mention.)

As you well know., and not a sign of strength, at all… (Russian alert)
Twitter isn’t censoring accounts to keep users ‘safe’, it is using its power to spoon-feed the world establishment narratives
Last week, Simon Goddek, who has a PhD in biotechnology and researches system dynamics, tweeted a link to a scientific study titled, “Is a Mask That Covers the Mouth and Nose Free from Undesirable Side Effects in Everyday Use and Free of Potential Hazards?”
Some time later, his account was frozen and he received a notice from Twitter that it would remain frozen until he deleted the offending tweet, and for the 12 hours following that.

Mary then created a communication campaign to educate UN employees, government workers and citizens of Canada in general about the Great Reset agenda and the 4IR, in the language that is easy to digest. 80% of people who test positive for SARS-CoV-2 in their noses have mild illness. That appears to be due to about 80% of people having significant crossover resistance to COVID, stored in their cellular immunity, in T-cells, from prior infections with other endemic coronavirus strains. Those people basically keep the virus from entering their bloodstreams, where it does not belong, and can cause great harm. The virus attacks the lining of the blood vessels, causing inflammation, clots and lod=ss of blood supply to useful organs like the brain, heart and kidneys.
3 studies now show that even the spike protein alone, in the bloodstream, is inflammatory and causes clots and injury.
One of the most important pathologies, is hypercoagulation and microclots in the lungs of patients. Here we study the effect of isolated SARS-CoV-2 spike protein S1 subunit as potential inflammagen sui generis. Using scanning electron and fluorescence microscopy as well as mass spectrometry, we investigate the potential of this inflammagen to interact with platelets and fibrin(ogen) directly to cause blood hypercoagulation. Using platelet poor plasma (PPP), we show that spike protein may interfere with blood flow.
It’s a good thing nobody is trying to inject spike proteins into us, isn’t it?
Some of us have inadvertently chosen to make spike proteins in-house and have strokes, paralysis, brain-clots and other undesired things.
If you don’t want to do this, don’t accept genetic injections which will make your body do this. Thanks Jeremy

Essay, links and picture from the garden

We have a window of opportunity to establish kind and sensible changes in our homes and neighborhoods, in our worlds, this spring.
It looks to me like the stresses between great powers are creating something like a gridlock in global power dynamics.
The US looked like it was going to amplify the Ukrainian civil war, but that seemed to fade last week.
There was some kind of blocking move.

The big picture is that the post WW-2 western empire of NATO, neocons and neoliberalism is crumbling, because it is now based upon extortion and extraction, not on production. An extractive system is not healthy and vibrant, and it is faced off against the productive alternative offered by China and Eurasian Integration.
The west cannot make any big attack against the weapons of Russia, China and Iran, so there is stalemate.
Russia, China and Iran, wisely wait for the western empire to keep unraveling. They do not want to become the threat to pull westerners together.
“When your enemy is defeating himself, do not interfere”, quoth The Art Of War, by Sun Tzu.
Russia, China and Iran have been through lots of social turmoil, unraveling and resetting in the formative years of their current sets of leaders.
Those leaders are in their primes, more or less, not like the political geriatrics holding the reins of power in the US.
One of the best paths forward is if any threatened assault, like the NATO threats in Ukraine, spoofed in the west as Russian threats, are just quietly blocked.
A long period of global military stagnation is in our, human, best interests. We can grow gardens.
I have no new earth-shattering suggestions as the fuel to power industrial civilization steadily depletes.
Growing gardens, making real, useful relationships with other humans, to help each other and share ideas, and praying for guidance every day are all I have.
That’s probably better than it looks on its face, especially if global military stagnation will buy us time. Praying for spiritual guidance in the interests of love and harmony is not the neoliberal-neocon game plan, but the current masters see it as an impotent diversion for us to dabble in.
I think they don’t understand spiritual coordination.
I’m sort of glad they don’t, sides being taken already, but if they did, they would be different people.
Try praying for guidance to do the right thing for the good of life in our world and see how that goes.
To whom might one pray, to what entity or force?
However you might envision and experience the spirits of truth, cooperation and compassion should work well.
Altruistic prayer for guidance, naturally includes the practitioner of prayer in the eventual benefits, but it is not selfish.
Selfishness is the problem with the current extractive system of the western-petrobuck-empire.
It’s killing the hosts, killing us. It’s not us. It eats us.
It feeds us with one hand while sucking our lifeblood out through needles and tubes.
We need to work on our little parallel, inefficient, quaint human life support patterns, the ones people used to use in the old days.
We are wired for this kind of human social cooperation to grow food, build barns, make clothes and shell beans.
We’re rusty, but not hopeless, not at all hopeless.
This is a good moment for hope and action together.

You should get out more. Go get a nasal swab; you need the activity.
Maybe you’ll have 7 negative days and be able to leave the house with a mask.

    A War on Touch
… I am tactile. I perceive the world through physical touch. The current war on intimacy and the physical world at large outrages me because it attacks the very foundation of what makes a human life worth living. Plus, it is based on treachery.
Let me address the famous counter-argument head on: “Hold on hold on, no one is canceling the world, all of this is simply a reaction to the pandemic, don’t you see?”
No, it is not. We are being lied to. Let me repeat: We are being lied to. We are being lied to, there are signs of fraud all over the place (from censorship to bad statistics to suppressed effective cures to the fact that the “health response” was ready before the pandemic even started). …
But look around. Look around through your 2019 eyes. A reminder: nothing in nature has changed. Any virus would be dangerous to some without cures and with unprecedented levels of stress and medical mismanagement.
And finally, if there were any actual honest science behind the paradigm of imprisoning healthy people, separating families, closing schools, and betraying beloved elders who have died alone in nursing homes—if there were any actual science behind it, I reassure you, there would not be many skeptics. People generally want to do what helps them stay alive.

    Thanks Jeremy:
Evaluating the effects of shelter-in-place policies during the COVID-19 pandemic
We estimate the effects of shelter-in-place (SIP) orders during the first wave of the COVID-19 pandemic. We do not find detectable effects of these policies on disease spread or deaths. We find small but measurable effects on mobility that dissipate over time. And we find small, delayed effects on unemployment. We conduct additional analyses that separately assess the effects of expanding versus withdrawing SIP orders and test whether there are spillover effects in other states. Our results are consistent with prior studies showing that SIP orders have accounted for a relatively small share of the mobility trends and economic disruptions associated with the pandemic. We reanalyze two prior studies purporting to show that SIP orders caused large reductions in disease prevalence, and show that those results are not reliable. Our results do not imply that social distancing behavior by individuals, as distinct from SIP policy, is ineffective.

I somewhat agree with Dr D. and also Madamski, not necessarily wrong, either way.
TPTB and their robotic internet miners are bound to watch TAE. They watch all of us, and watch who we communicate with, and communicate what, and when and how, and they graph out nodal systems of communication. A few nodes are often responsible for the great majority of what is communicated in any human network of communication.
TAE has certainly come under existential threat through defunding Facebook ads.
If one wants to keep the internt for one’s own purposes, and deny the internet to rival groups, one needs to know which rival-group communication nodes (persons or sites) can be taken out, to do enough damage to the rival network, while doing minimal damaf=ge to te desired functions, like Amazon purchases, for instance.
If one has longer to play with this, then the attacked nodes can be intermittently crippled, and communications between the upper 2 levels of those nodes can be attacked preferentially, impairing the upper level coordination.
So in this case, the ad revenues of TAE can be directly taken out, and some of us, who have raised our heads out of the trenches, can have our own emails to others made to go through part of the time, especially if they are communicating a lot, also.
With modern AI they can dial-in-the-octane, like you may recall doing with Sunoco 260 gas pumps, where you could choose just about any amount of good-old-bad-old tetraethyl lead that you wanted to pay for in your 1972 Super Bird.
So, now I get around to agreeing some with Madamski that we are exchanging useful ideas, and working on them, and we are working out reality in a group problem solving exercise. Look at how sophisticated this group has become at calling out the bullshit we are being showered with, calling it out book-chapter-and-verse like we used to say in bible-school.
This is a healthy and developing group.
This is a part of any solution of coming up with ways to do things better.
Eliminating all of the parasitic shite, by calling it out every time you see it, and identifying the payoffs the parasites get, and the lies they tell to manipulate us, to get the payoffs, are all important aspects of understanding how things are wrong.
Yeah, Dr D. that’s not laying out a new right way, but we have to co-create new right ways going forward.
    We ARE the F..king mass-parallel-processor-of-univerdsal-reality-becoming.
And we are doing better-enough to be calling naked-naked-naked out loud right now.
Some of us are working on beta testing cutting-edge scientific game-changers like vegetable gardens, but not everybody can do that…
    Ride a bike; same thing…
Uh, I forgot where I was agreeing and disagreeing, and with whom, in specific, but I always mean well.

CD8+ T-Cells, we all have them, but they are not all trained to take out cells infected with SARS-CoV-2.
Anybody who has had any of the other 4 endemic strains of coronavirus in th last 5 years is likely to have cytotoxic (cell-killing) T-Cells that are effective at killing cells that are infected, and producing viruses within them
That’s why 80% of folks seem to be pretty well immune to getting badly sick with COVID. If it spreads past the primary defenses in the nose and throat, a whole lot of people’s immune systems now what to do with coronaviruses, and do it, and it works pretty well (if they have enough vitamin-D for their immune system to perform normally).

From Germ’s Israeli article about efficacy of having had COVID in preventing severe illness, Initial findings, which might drift over a year or more (My money is on natural immunity in the longer haul.)

We analyze an updated individual-level database of the entire population of Israel to assess the protection efficacy of both prior infection and vaccination in preventing subsequent SARS-CoV-2 infection, hospitalization with COVID-19, severe disease, and death due to COVID-19. Vaccination was highly effective with overall estimated efficacy for documented infection of 92·8% (CI:[92·6, 93·0]); hospitalization 94·2% (CI:[93·6, 94·7]); severe illness 94·4% (CI:[93·6, 95·0]); and death 93·7% (CI:[92·5, 94·7]). Similarly, the overall estimated level of protection from prior SARS-CoV-2 infection for documented infection is 94·8% (CI:[94·4, 95·1]); hospitalization 94·1% (CI:[91·9, 95·7]); and severe illness 96·4% (CI:[92·5, 98·3]). Our results question the need to vaccinate previously-infected individuals.

Guys, you need MORE transmission in the SUMMER, when everybody tolerates viral illness so much better.

‘We know from last year that numbers of infections can change rapidly, and Government are very clear that we should plan in case a third wave arises. ‘It would be a dereliction of duty not to prepare for a third wave, at the same time as doing all we can to prevent it happening by keeping infections as low as possible so we can enjoy summer with no restrictions.

    @Rototillerman:
The rapid tests are what they now use in hospitals, ERs and bigger clinics. They test for antigen, spike protein particles.
The PCR tests look for viral RNA.
If you have already had COVID (big or little case) and you get a “vaccine” that makes your body produce pieces of spike protein, they will get exuded into your nasal mucous, as far as I know. That would make the rapid antigen test go positive.
So, if you are getting sick from your immune system attacking all of those little proteins it hates vengefully , and you go to the ER sick, you may have a chest x-ray that looks like COVID Pneumonia, and a positive rapid antigen test
Why would anybody bother to send out a PCR “Confirmatory” test that will take 3 days to be reported?
    They don’t. I review ER/hospital records daily. A positive is a positive.
The trouble is, that somebody having an adverse vaccine reaction is listed as a COVID case, and may die as a COVID case.
That would, however, explain all of those COVID deaths right after vaccination. It’s a lot for the first 4-5 days and slowly declines after that.
I’m pretty sure this is a question that nobody with money wants to be asked.

    Thanks for finding even more.
The abstract from Madamski’s Nature find
    https://www.nature.com/articles/s42003-020-01577-x contains this:

Our results indicate that boceprevir, ombitasvir, paritaprevir, tipranavir, ivermectin, and micafungin exhibited inhibitory effect towards 3CLpro enzymatic activity. The 100 ns molecular dynamics simulation studies showed that ivermectin may require homodimeric form of 3CLpro enzyme for its inhibitory activity. In summary, these molecules could be useful to develop highly specific therapeutically viable drugs to inhibit the SARS-CoV-2 replication either alone or in combination with drugs specific for other SARS-CoV-2 viral targets.

That last sentence is code for: “You can make patentable drugs from this shite”

@Madamski: You are a CONTRARIAN, Contrarian, contrarian, contrarian! 🙂
I also read up on the life and passing of L. Ron Hubbard, after you mentioned his passing as something like an object lesson.
Yeah, not apparently happy, but lots of money and hiding-out in style.
I actually read the whole Dianetics book Christmas vacation 1979 or so. My roommate had fallen in with “The Org”, so he and I had to get different roomamates (cult thing). I took the introductory “Auditing Course” at the “Church”, and it was pretty interesting and informative. There is something to it. There is validity to aspects of the training, but I saw how the machine worked, and I was done with it.
After that when somebody on “The Drag” by the university offered me “Free Personality Test?”, I would look them squarely in the eye and say, “I’ll repeat the auditing question”, and they would sort of freeze up.
I appreciate your finding this about protease inhibitor activity of drugs, relevant to treating COVID:

Ladies and Germs, “Schrodinger’s COVID”, with much you just saw, and this:
    https://www.johndayblog.com/2021/04/schrodingers-covid.html

I would like to present a hypothesis from the COVID-19 Treating Physicians list, which is that the increased “confirmed” COVID-19 cases and COVID-19 deaths in the 2 weeks following vaccination are actually vaccine adverse reactions, which test positive for SARS-CoV-2, because the “vaccines” cause the body to produce, and widely distribute, exactly the spike=protein fragments which the test detects in the nasal mucous.
One of my patients was recently hospitalized about a week after an mRNA vaccination, and tested positive for COVID with a nasal swab, so her pneumonia was COVID-Pneumonia. She had been hospitalized last August for a bad case of COVID. She had antibodies. She got an inflammatory response. The hospital put her on steroids and oxygen, and she lived. A week after discharge, still on blood thinners, she was short of breath again, and had a blood clot in her lungs. She was admitted again. We are monitoring her blood thinner doses. My clinic has called her to get her second vaccine shot.
I have written that she should not, but how do I back that up?
She obviously got COVID again, so obviously needs the shot, though a 3 month wait after COVID is considered “abundantly cautious”.

@GERM(y): You are on a ROLL, Brother!
Commentarians like you were burning the midnight oil, and I don’t want folks to miss this article about how increasing cost of energy leads to slavery, like cheap coal helped abolish it.
(Spiritual guidance in life appears to be “free”, or close to it, certainly a “bargain”.)

    Signs of things to come

In employment, then, the practical response to the rising energy cost of energy is that employers and workers seek to circumvent labour market regulation which was created in a bygone age when real growth was still possible. And note that this is a very different reality to the wildly optimistic, hi-tech fantasy of the “Great Reset” in which we are meant to generate sufficient growth to automate almost everything.

Nor is the gig economy the place where decline stops. While a large part of the gig economy exists in a legal twilight zone in which a great deal that goes on is unlawful – subject to civil law – very little crosses the boundary into criminality. But as the energy cost of energy increases, criminal gangs also have a growing incentive to engage in crime as a means of circumventing the laws and regulations of a by-gone age.

It is no accident that growing demand for the abolition of slavery corresponded to the growth of coal-powered industrialisation. Such an economy no longer needs raw labour power – whether waged or forced – because of the huge increase in productivity achieved by industrial technologies backed by an explosion of fossilised sunlight. Wage labourers were still needed to mind the machines; but they were no longer the power source behind them. This is seen most clearly in the nineteenth century division between the industrial northern states of the USA, where freed slaves were a useful addition to the growing industrial workforce, and the manual labour-based colonial economies of the southern states whose profit margins were built on the back of slave labourers.

John Ward presents actual statistics about COVID-19 in India, which is doing very well, not terribly.
Unless you made an early getaway to Planet Drongo before the lockdown, you will have read pretty much everywhere that “India sees world’s highest daily cases amid oxygen shortage”. In fact, the BBC tells us that “some people” have died waiting for oxygen, the Indian health service is “completely overwhelmed” and the country now has “sixteen million cases”.So it’s a disaster, right? Well actually, no – it isn’t. The Indian health ministry has already made it clear that the Covid19 variant they’re dealing with this year has “a considerably lower death rate than the previous version”.
Go to the Worldometer site, and you’ll see that India’s deaths per million is a minute 134: that’s 7% of the US and French figures, 6% of the UK and Italy’s and the lowest by far of any country in the Top 30 for cases. Virtually no vaccination has been undertaken in India (only 1.3% are fully vaccinated) and the country is not using lockdowns. The Times of India has just denied the BBC’s ‘deaths from oxygen shortage’ fakery.
What India IS doing, however, is employing the anti-inflammatory drugs tocilizumab and itolizumab and the antivirals favipiravir and hydroxychloroquine on a very wide scale. Go to Pharma site/accolyte spaces, and you’ll see all four drugs being rubbished: the Pharmafia and their bureaucratic whores don’t want any signs of a success to get out.
But the Truth already is out there: India is doing spectacularly well without either vaccines or lockdown. You won’t find that reality expressed anywhere in the Western MSM, but the facts show that its infection management drugs have delivered one of the lowest case to death rates on the planet.
Not that you’d notice, reading Bloomberg: (my emphases)
‘India saw the world’s biggest one-day jump in coronavirus cases ever as a ferocious new wave grips the country, overwhelming hospitals and crematoriums and prompting frantic cries for help on social media.
The South Asian nation reported 314,835 new infections Thursday, topping a peak of 314,312 recorded in the U.S. on Dec. 21. People took to Twitter and Instagram to call for everything from hospital beds to medicine and doorstep Covid-19 tests.
The grim milestone shows how the pandemic crisis has shifted firmly to the developing world, where variants and complacency are threatening containment measures and there’s a lack of vaccines, with supplies dominated by richer nations.’
It’s a pack of lies from end to end. India has a population of 1.4 billion people – so overcrowding is almost generic – and being four times more people than the US, the comparison with America is completely ludicrous. Hospitals do not get overwhelmed when 134 folks out of a million get ill. India’s water purity and basic hygiene measures are very Third World. Yet despite all that, it is doing phenomenally well against Covid….by having and doing respectively none of the advantages and policies of the West.
Sloppy journalism? No – criminally misleading journalism designed to scare as many people into vaccination as possible.

Rates of Parkinson’s disease are exploding. A common chemical may be to blame
Dorsey, a neurologist at the University of Rochester Medical Center and author of Ending Parkinson’s Disease, believes a Parkinson’s epidemic is on the horizon. Parkinson’s is already the fastest-growing neurological disorder in the world; in the US, the number of people with Parkinson’s has increased 35% the last 10 years, says Dorsey, and “We think over the next 25 years it will double again.”
Most cases of Parkinson’s disease are considered idiopathic – they lack a clear cause. Yet researchers increasingly believe that one factor is environmental exposure to trichloroethylene (TCE), a chemical compound used in industrial degreasing, dry-cleaning and household products such as some shoe polishes and carpet cleaners.

We Have A COVID Lifeline. The Powers Won’t Allow It. Mary Beth Pfeiffer
In a widely reported announcement, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration warned, “Why You Should Not Use Ivermectin to Treat or Prevent COVID-19.” …
A website tracker summarizes those 52 ivermectin trials, involving more than 17,500 patients. Collectively, ivermectin:
    –Prevented 85 percent of infections (similar to vaccines);
    –Resolved 81 percent of early illness;
    –Improved 43 percent of late-treated patients;
    –Reduced deaths by 76 percent.
As authorities dismiss study after study, it has become clear. The drug’s rejection is not based on science, data or the experience of many doctors. Instead, a disinformation campaign is raging to demonize the drug and belittle studies that support it.

Lots of information about physiologic benefits of vitamin-D here, Note that Michael Hollick MD, PhD is an author
Vitamin D and Its Potential Benefit for the COVID-19 Pandemic
Vitamin D is known not only for its importance for bone health but also for its biologic activities on many other organ systems. This is due to the presence of the vitamin D receptor in various types of cells and tissues, including the skin, skeletal muscle, adipose tissue, endocrine pancreas, immune cells, and blood vessels. Experimental studies have shown that vitamin D exerts several actions that are thought to be protective against coronavirus disease (COVID-19) infectivity and severity. These include the immunomodulatory effects on the innate and adaptive immune systems, the regulatory effects on the renin-angiotensin-aldosterone-system in the kidneys and the lungs, and the protective effects against endothelial dysfunction and thrombosis. Prior to the COVID-19 pandemic, studies have shown that vitamin D supplementation is beneficial in protecting against risk of acquiring acute respiratory viral infection and may improve outcomes in sepsis and critically ill patients. There are a growing number of data connecting COVID-19 infectivity and severity with vitamin D status, suggesting a potential benefit of vitamin D supplementation for primary prevention or as an adjunctive treatment of COVID-19. Although the results from most ongoing randomized clinical trials aiming to prove the benefit of vitamin D supplementation for these purposes are still pending, there is no downside to increasing vitamin D intake and having sensible sunlight exposure to maintain serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D at a level of least 30 ng/mL (75 nmol/L) and preferably 40 to 60 ng/mL (100-150 nmol/L) to minimize the risk of COVID-19 infection and its severity.

Isreali Health Body Report On COVID Vax ‘Deadly’ Impacts Thanks Jeremy
The Israeli People Committee (IPC), a civilian body made of leading Israeli health experts, has published its April report into the Pfizer vaccine’s side effects.* The findings are catastrophic on every possible level.
Their verdict is that “there has never been a vaccine that has harmed as many people.” The report is long and detailed. I will outline just some of the most devastating findings presented in the report.
“We received 288 death reports in proximity to vaccination (90% up to 10 days after the vaccination), 64% of those were men.” Yet the report states, “according to data provided by the Ministry of Health, only 45 deaths in Israel were vaccine related.” If the numbers above are sincere then Israel, which claimed to conduct a world experiment, failed to genuinely report on its experiment’s results.
We often hear about blood clots caused by the AstraZeneca vaccine. For instance, we learned this morning about 300 cases of blood clots in of Europe. However, if the IPC’s findings are genuine, then in Israel alone the Pfizer vaccine may be associated with more deaths than AstraZeneca’s in the whole of Europe.

We can’t expect COVID-19 to go away; we should plan accordingly, Gail Tverberg , Actuary, Thermoeconomics Analyst
In this post, I explain why, in my view, COVID-19 seems likely to become endemic, like the flu. The vaccines won’t be enough to make it go away completely. I will also look at the issue of how we should respond to the cases of COVID-19 that we will almost certainly experience in the future.
To a significant extent, what we can and should do in the future is an energy issue. If we plan to transition to a green energy future, or if we simply plan to reduce usage of fossil fuels in future years, we probably need to scale back our plans for vaccines. In fact, any treatment that would be given in today’s emergency rooms is likely to become less and less possible as energy supplies deplete.
We will need to focus more on what our bodies can do for us, and what we can do to assist them in this effort. We also need to think about what simple changes to our environment (such as windows that open) can do for the prevention of both COVID-19 and the many other communicable diseases that we can expect to encounter in the future. ourfiniteworld.com/2021/04/11/we-cant-expect-covid-19-to-go-away-we-should-plan-accordingly/

It looks like there is a spike in cases in the 2 weeks right after vaccination.
