Bosco na I didn’t communicate clearly. I’ve never been slighted here and you came down hard on me once and it was hugely beneficial.

Bosco I love you but if someone is getting the shits with you, you know you can just let that be a thing you know. But do what you want – I aint gettin’ in no scuffle with yer. Expect silence if you come at me.

Me I’m more insecure and suffer when criticised especially by people I admire – you Dr D, Raul, others here…

People are not always challenging each other just being annoyed. And annoying. We can all be annoying.

DBS wrote All roads lead back to British Intelligence, City of London/Wall Street and the British Crown. Further, the last time I checked, Canada is very very much an OFFICIALLY & SWORN LEGALLY SUBSERVIENT extension of both the British Crown AND British Intelligence AND City of London.

Yep. Australia is worse. My property here in Aus is crown land. I still have to pay the mortgage though.

So now at least I know I don’t have to go into hiding.

My views, actions, opinions and expression are just being hidden with the full support of my global country-men.

I feel like I can start to relax and get back to fiddling while Rome burns.

Look I also think a bit of cordiality goes a long way.
We have put up with SOOO much shit just trying to buy food “mask up sir, scan in please etc.” I think we can afford to save what tolerance we have left for our members here.
Although assumptions and opinions should/can be challenged doesn’t hurt to see beyond the comment to the person. We are all of split mind. I mean I woke up again and saw some stupid face staring at me in the mirror so clearly I also chose the ego.
Having said that the ego in me loves to watch a good fight or unkind words so I’d be lying if I said I don’t enjoy watching a little mud slinging.
    I’m a hypocrite.

Red – I would add our premier Dan Andrews for the longest and most brutal lockdown in the world (Melbourne).
The guy smirks at suffering outside his diktat.
And yes Dr D, parents do seem to want to eat children – on our state-run media (news?) ABC yesterday were headlines that child drowning in Aus DOUBLED under lockdowns (as did all others – suicide, depression, self harm, domestic violence, alcoholism etc…) Raul’s twitter vid at top is Melbourne based woke network 10, Mass Formation, transformin’ a nation baby.

I feel like I couldn’t cope without the pedantry, sarcasm, logic and search for justice. Just so you know my friend if the Stassi come and send me to a death camp for sedition online comments – IT WAS WORTH IT.

DBenton and Bosco, that was my favourite tussle of the year so far. Much LOVE much respect. So much I would like to contribute but this one-armed (non-dominant) typing thing is slooooow.

Bosco you nailed it. Being passive has not helped. No one ever endured or suffered through comfort, not for weight loss, not learning an instrument, raising children, or getting your country back in some form better than shit. Nothing.
    I am not advocating violence.
But you can stand very fucking firmly against the violent attempts against you.
Violence like using police, the “justice” system, the media etc to take your job, restrict your movements, crush your mortgage repayments etc.

I will say however, violence is built into the time/space illusion and to pretend otherwise is to be nice, hopeful and ultimately – dishonest. Think Vegan having land clearing and animal genocide for an impossible burger type dishonesty.

This something going on in the background.

The subset of people being marginalised by governments and corporate media and subsequently through the New Normal culture have been pressured-cooked into looking after themselves, finding each other and making arrangements.
Even those of us here, spread as we are around the globe, are Helping each other in many ways and I’ve been the recipient of this help with much gratitude (looking at you – you know who you are:) .

Here in Australia where conformity could (possibly) be higher than any other place on the planet, those of us aware of the madness and bullying are being forced by this outward pressure to look past differences, to see the truth of the simple fact we actually really need each other now.
In essence I guess I’m saying arrangements are being made by those who have their arse against the wall and it is building if you will a new subculture. What will be interesting to see is those who still trust the government, media and the fake bullshit everywhere slowly come to the realisation that fascism or totalitarianism only proceeds to make their life worse overtime. We the minority – in the tale of two narratives, may end up finding that our firm galvanisation and trust in each other, rather than governments, becomes quite a powerful force and very very much the right decision. I mean we have enjoyed dance parties in the middle of the forest while everybody was in lockdown in Melbourne!. We broke a tonne of laws relating to social distancing and guess what none of us… Got sick. We trust each other now and the horizon is close. We have even started off the grid black farmers market. David Holmgren and Sue Dennet have been there more often than me, and although
    small, they are very heartening.

    Reach out my people,

@ Red – I second that also. Not easy but the only way as it is the bedrock of system change.

@ Oroboros “Sustainable” coming from ‘environmentalists’ sound like code for ‘subsistence’ living which in turn sounds like Share Cropper. – Just because they have tried to capture what the word means doesn’t mean me and Red and others here are not carefully considering our environment and how to live within it long term.

TDK – what a bitch. See that shit drives me crazy, a man bares his soul publicly about deeply personal feelings and impacts and is met with ‘meh, fine I’m not listening to anything but do what we are all told’.
That sort of behaviour will start little fires in hearts and lead to effects downstream. Parents may end up starting their own schools, or bringing the current ones down.
My son (12) first year in high school is desperate for an exemption re masks but we can’t get him one as yet. It is bothering me so much this sheep behaviour.
The power is in the people and my people don’t want it.

My people need love to conquer their unfounded fears but I just want to take my clothes off and poo in the centre of town.
I am thinking very seriously of a march of the vaccine-free through the centre of town so they can stare at us. Maybe one day we’ll be thanked but I doubt it very much,

Dr D. On Rogan’s apologising. I don’t think he is a master strategist but this apology may be the anomaly – the perfectly timed mutation in the system, the random generated non AI chess move. The people were watching Rogan so much and then he was able to say sorry. They lie and wont – he will tell the truth and will.
I believe after this he can now rise and say what ever the fuck he wants. We will see, but the art of war recommends stoop to conquer.
He stooped, laid low, and responded to the woke and now the average dude can say well that is all a man can do.
    He is just a man.

There are heaps of federal and state vehicles to siphon from. Mask rules make it easier for most law abiding citizens to do what is right and institute the new law being written now by the people. The law that says the government is to do what they are told and protect and represent the people.

These are very different times VP.

Governments around the world if all stripes have been captured by corporate interests and are no longer doing the bidding of their people. This is where the populists gain traction and, unfortunately, some populists are chasing goals that are not in the interests of their people.

    latest from el gato malo
there is no one you can trust with something as big as your access to discourse and to commerce.

and so we must evolve to systems that do not require trust.

we must move to the new internet, the decentralized internet, the public square that is owned by no one, controlled by no one.

let’s render the very idea of censorship and of the interruption of consensual commerce anachronistic, for freedom lies in self reliance, not in convoluted permission.

if we do not take this power into our own hands, ever shall it be wielded over us by others.

today is just the start of that oppression and suppression.

you’re getting a look at where that road leads.

do you really want to follow it any further?

it’s time to make a new way.

Thanks for the big ups UpStateNYer but we all have a role to play.
Holy shit it is a grind though.
In my town, there are others, if ever I see them outside my encrypted Signal group who face the same but where I live out of every 100 people 94 have been stabbed multiple times, 2 are too old or sick and 4 refuse. I don’t know who they are except a handful but it is full-blown fucking Orwellian here. I am the only person with no mask in shops and I hate to say but it is making me anti-social.
Those eyes track me like looking at a rare bird or curiosity and it is hard to stop the ego from imagining what they’re thinking, but it’s easier if you remind yourself you’re in Stanley Milgrom experiment.

But still we must fight on. And only in little ways, but ways that will count over time. For example I am now not allowed to settle, comfort or be in the building with my three -year-old child in kinder. Which means I simply reassure him from outside the bars of the school grounds which makes everybody else uncomfortable, I don’t care if they think I’m crazy they can sit in it. They back this government and this government loves me like vampires love blood.
I have no income now that I’ve broken my arm, but all of my unvaccinated friends l know locally, passed around the hat and now I have two months income to get me through the hard times. I can tell you none of those people will need to buy firewood this winter. And the government will not get $.01 out of that transaction.
Fuck them they are killing themselves by attacking me by attacking you by attacking truckers by attacking all of those they depend on including everyone in this forum who is standing tough except perhaps for the one with flatulence.
